Attention, la suite junior était annoncée avec 2 grands lits doubles en réalité un seul lit double et une banquette. Mais il me semble que cela a été corrigé sur le site. Le restaurant est bon mais particulièrement cher...

Reviewed Jul 16, 2026The Donatz's location a few minutes walk from the railway station was important to us, as we needed access to it daily during our four night stay. All the staff we met over our stay impressed us with their professionalism and friendliness. We ate in the restaurant on two nights, and in the wine bar on a third. We can recommend both very highly. Our first night was a Friday and we opted for the Aberdeen Angus beef, which was exceptionally good. Breakfast, served in two large rooms separate from the restaurant, was of high quality and with plenty of choice. Rooms were comfortable and welcoming.
Nothing. We really enjoyed our stay and were sorry when the time came to move on.

Reviewed Apr 11, 2026C'est un hôtel 3 étoiles qui a la qualité d'un 4 me semble-t-il. Merveilleux petit-déjeuner, chambre confortable, accès au spa de Samedan à 2min à pied. Un lieu vraiment à recommander pour vos vacances aux Grisons.
Le seul petit détail c'est que la chambre donnait sur la rue et les personnes sortant du Wein Bar et restaurant étaient peu discrètes... mais l'hôtelier n'y peut rien.

I had dinner in the wine bar and it was also excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone

Reviewed Oct 31, 2025Das Frühstück war sehr lecker! Ich wurde im Hotel sehr herzlich empfangen. Das ganze Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Leider konnte ich aus zeitlichen Gründen den Spa nicht benutzen - nächstes Mal dann ganz bestimmt. Ich würde dieses Hotel jederzeit weiter empfehlen.

Comme la chambre ne donnait pas sur la rue, il n'y avait pas de bruits extérieurs dérangeants. Des bus sont disponibles à la montée depuis la gare. Appréciable avec les bagages. Petit-déjeuner varié.
Même en cherchant bien, je ne vois pas ce qui pourrait être amélioré.

Reviewed Sep 17, 2025サンモリッツから15分しか離れていないのにスイスの主な観光地に比べて価格が安い。さらに部屋が大きくデザインがよい。ベッドも丁度いい硬さ。朝食のパンとハムは今回の滞在で最高のおいしさ。また、20時までだが近場の温泉券もついている。(要水着)
特になし。しいていうならテレビがネットにつながっていないこと。

Reviewed Jan 3, 2025This was the most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in. All the staff are so lovely and helpful to accommodate our requests. The room is really comfortable, the breakfast is wonderful, it is super close to the train station. The stay includes free entry and towels for the local Spa which is an amazing experience in itself which a magnificent view of the mountains. We didn't have any Swiss adapters and the reception were able to lend us one during our stay! We felt so welcome here and will definitely rebook Hotel Donatz in the future.

Der Service ist zuvorkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit (bsp Wasserkocher aufs Zimmer). Frühstück in einem sehr schönen Raum mit allem was man braucht und sehr freundlichen Service. Sehr zu empfehlen!
