Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Lokalizacja, wygodny duży pokój, a najbardziej vouchery na cały transport publiczny w okolicy łącznie z kolejkami linowymi do najpiękniejszych miejsc. To znacznie obniżyło nasze koszty zwiedzania.
Łazienka z toaletą dosyć daleko na zewnątrz. No i na 3 pokoje. Trudno sobie wyobrazić co się dzieje gdy wszystkie 3 są zajęte. Na szczęście byliśmy we wrześniu sami.

Reviewed Sep 16, 2026Beste Lage, nettes personal. Ein wenig heruntergekommen, aber das Beste daraus gemacht. Und dann am Morgen das köstlichste Frühstück in einem schönen Saal. Eine schönste Überraschung! Vielen Dank!
Das Zimmer war sehr günstig und Bad und WC auf dem Gang, wie angepriesen. Wir waren dann doch ein wenig überrascht, ob dem Zustand. Aber wie gesagt, wir hatten einen freudigen Aufenthalt, es war sauber und das Frühstück hat uns problemlos auf den Berg gebracht.

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026I was woken up by construction noises on Sunday morning at 7am. They were switching out the carpets in the hallway. On a Sunday morning... In general the rooms are not very well sound proofed so I heard people moving up and down the hallway in the morning.

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Der Preis ist für diese Region gut. Sonst bezahlt man viel mehr, obwohl auch nicht mehr geboten wird. Die Lage ist gut und es gibt Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus.
Das Hotel ist schon nicht mehr ganz aktuell. Da hat sich in den letzten Jahren kaum etwas geändert. Aber uns hat es trotzdem sehr gut gefallen. Das Frühstück ist ok, aber es gab nur eine Sorte (helles) Brot. Da sollte mehr Auswahl sein!

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Hote se nachází v centru menšího města na poměrně klidném místě. Pokoje splňují spíše nižší standard. Pokud cestujete západní Evropou a zavítáte i do Švýcarska nemůžete očekávat, že kvalita ubytování v této cenové hladině bude stejná jako v okolních zemích. Přes fakt, že cena ubytování v tomto hotelu byla násobně vyšší než v Německu, Rakousku a Itálii, kvalita ubytování a přístup personálu byl na naší cestě po území pěti států nejméně příjemný. Švýcarsko je zkátka neúměrně drahé a musíte počítat s nižší kvalitou za vysší cenu než byste zaplatili např. v Německu nebo Rakousku. Také zde není obvyklé, že by něco (jako např. parkování) bylo v ceně ubytování. Ve Švýcarsku platí, že za vše, za co by mohl host teoreticky zaplatit, to bude mít na účtě :-). Na to si, ale nelze stěžovat, tak to prostě je by principal a pokud jste se rozhodli překročit hranice tohoto státu akceptovali jste tento princip :-).
Personál v recepci působil zmateně. Nejdříve paní recepční chtěla ID jen od jedné osoby za každý pokoj a po výměně služby, začal nově příchozí pan recepční horečně shánět to co zřejmě jeho kolegyně předtím zanedbala. I přes fakt, že se pán choval velmi zdvořile, rušil tím náš odpolední program. Evidentně potřeboval IDs i od ostatních členů naší výpravy což je samozřejmě logické, nicméně měla to udělat recepční již při checkin.

Die Nachtessen bei Halbpension waren wenig ansprechend, es gab genügend und wurde sehr nett und gekonnt serviert. Die offerierten Menüs sowie Getränke waren oft nicht mehr erhältlich und die Speisekarte war mager.

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026Staff was extremely friendly and happy to help. Easy to navigate the hotel interior/find the rooms. It was also fairly quiet which was nice. Very rustic feel.
They did not have any more parking spots available which was disappointing. We ended up having to pay for a parking spot near by. It would have been good to know that parking is not guaranteed. There is a parking lot down the road that has free overnight parking (7pm-7am) but if you plan on arriving before then, you would have to pay.

Das Badezimmer ist ausreichend gross aber renovierungsbeduerftig! Die Armaturen uralt, die Wassertemperatur schwankt beim Duschen stark. Es ist sehr muehsam und auch nicht ganz ungefaehrlich in die Badewanne zu steigen um hinter einem provisorisch angebrachten und zu langem Vorhang zu duschen. Das Fruehstueck war ausreichend aber rel teuer.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026contraté una habitacion FAMILIAR para 4 personas, mi marido, yo y mis dos hijas de 4 y 11 años, (la niña de 4 tiene autismo y debe dormir en la misma habitacion que nosotros) cuando llegamos al hotel nos dijeron que x un error de Booking teniamos solo una habitacion doble con una cama matrimonial. despues de esperar 15 minutos, me dijeron que me iban a dar una habitacion mas grande, cuando llegamos solo estaba la cama matrimonial.. pedi que me den un colchol al menos y no me dieron lugar de agregar, al menos un colchon en el suelo. a las 2 horas me llamaron para ofrecerme otra habitacion doble. El problena es que con la condicion de mi hija no nos separamos los padres. No me resolvia nada y no la acepté
la asignacion de habitaciin acorde a lo que CONTRATÉ y PAGUE, (me dijeron que reclame a Booking el refound por la diferencia) El desayuno muy pobre, las frutas golpeadas, no quedaba mas fiambre a las 9 a.m. ...ni hielo tenian, (para el citrix de naranja caliente)

La dame qui servait n'était pas très joviale au début m'assurant que je n'avais pas payé le petit-déjeuner. J'ai ressenti un déli de faciès étant de couleur de peau foncée. J'ai du insister pour lui dire que OUI j'avais payé. Cela m'a un peu destabilisée. Ensuite elle est venu s'excuser et c'était ok. Je trouve dommage que l'on ne parle pas du tout le français, pour un lieu touristique comme Samedan. Les lits dans un caisson ne sont pas très confortable. Mais pour 1 nuit cela allait très bien.

Deixamos para reservar o café da manhã do dia seguinte na chegada (check-in) como orientado anteriormente por e-mail pela Hotel, mas quando chegamos não tinha mais vaga e tivemos que acordar mais cedo para dar tempo de tomarmos café fora.

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026部屋は広くて、改装直後のようでとても綺麗でした。窓から見える山の景色もとても良かったです。スタッフのみなさんもフレンドリーでした。 またサメーダンに行くことがあれば、ぜひ泊まりたいホテルです。
エレベーターがないので、スーツケースを運ぶのが重かったです。チェックイン時は、スタッフの方に手伝ってもらったので助かりました。

Teilweise könnten die Möbel im Zimmer ausgetauscht werden. Ich hatte keine Lust mich auf die etwas schmudelig anmutenden Sessel zu setzen. Mir scheint auch, dass selten gelüftet wird.
