Die Lage ist einfach perfekt wenn man mit dem City Bus durch Barcelona fahren will. Eine Haltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel

300€ für eine Nacht und dann nicht mal mit Frühstück. Das ist bitter

Good facilities, on the whole fairly clean, helpful staff, good breakfast, and good layout for dining. The rooftop pool was spectacular, and the gym is very good for a hotel and is kept open.

WiFi wasn't the best and disconnected a bit, my room wasn't cleaned one of the nights, few issues with my door and the card not working to open it, downstairs lobby ideally could be rearranged so seats are near charging ports.

Breakfast was perfect, lactation and room itself good.

Crew do not respect „do not disturb” sign hanging on the door, they not care about env as they wrote on leaflet and you need to be careful about the info that you get on the desk cause someone other can cancel this without good reason

La suite avec jacuzzi était superbe. Spacieux et magnifique. Le personnel est professionnel et gentil. L’arrêt « el maresme / fòrum » est à proximité. Le bar est top. Le spa est très bien.

Po uprataní izby (počas pobytu), sme nevedeli nájsť pyžamo. V ten deň som informoval recepciu hotela, že zmizlo pyžamo. Do dnešného dňa som nedostal odpoveď. Za mňa veľmi negatívna skúsenosť.

L’hôtel mérite un rafraîchissement, tout est un peu vieux et le ménage n’est pas fait dans les détails.

Great location and had an amazing rooftop swimming pool with breathtaking views! Firm bed with pillows and blackout curtains allowed for great nights sleep every night. Management found out it was our son’s 21st birthday and offered us complimentary champagne which was an amazing surprise and says a lot about how aware they are of their guests.

There was a 24/7 gym but the lighting was so poor and low, it was difficult to work out as it can be difficult to work the equipment properly and especially if you’ve not used it before so you can’t try new things. The floors are not carpeted and so easy to see piles of dust both in the room and under the bed. Had to request many times before the room was cleaned. Soap and toilet paper also wasn’t replaced neither.

The hotel wasn’t at all what it looked like on booking;m, the room was a lot older, it smelled, we paid over 500 euro but had to pay extra for the spa & getting a plate to the room. For a 4 star hotel I would expect something different. No wardrobe in the room. We were dissappointed

I stayed at Hotel SB Diagonal Zero for four days, and although the location is good, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. There was a strong, unpleasant musty smell throughout the hotel, especially inside the room. The smell was so bad that I had to keep spraying perfume just to be able to stay in the room. The corridors carpet was dirty and covered with stains. There was not even a waste bin in the room . The air conditioning was another major problem. It was not cooling properly, and after arriving exhausted from travelling, I could not sleep because the room was uncomfortably warm. I changed rooms hoping the problem would be resolved, but the second room had exactly the same issue—the air conditioning still did not cool. This hotel absolutely does not deserve the price I paid. The cleanliness, smell, basic room facilities, and air conditioning were all far below the standard expected from a hotel at this price. I would never stay here again and cannot recommend it.

Il clima è difficilmente regolabile a abbiamo sofferto il freddo, il bagno si allaga, i mobili sono vecchi, ho chiesto alla reception se era previsto un servizio di asciugamani da spiaggia e la receptionist mi ha risposto in malo modo, piuttosto scontrosa.

Close to the beach

The only positive for me were the location, as it is close to the beach and shopping mall. The location is convenient for getting around and having access to nearby amenities.

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the overall experience. The property did not meet my expectations in terms of cleanliness, privacy, comfort and value for money. The staff where very rude, TV never worked i communicated this to staff but they never sent anyone, phone never worked had to keep going up & down myself! BIG DISCLAIMER FOR PEOPLE WHO WANT PRIVACY IN ROOMS WITH WHOEVER THEY ARE STAYING WITH THE SHOWERS HAVE A SEE THROUGH WINDOW INTO BEDROOM!!( which is not stated anywhere) - Some of the facilities and room features were also not as expected, which made the stay uncomfortable. Overall, apart from the location, I did not feel the hotel provided the standard I expected for the price. Also was promised a hotel transfer would be booked for me stress free when I would get up to go airport for 12pm when i went down i was told it never got booked and they could not do it so had to stress getting my own taxi sorted with such short time due to staff incompetence there is so much more issues i experienced but these are the main few

tolle Lage am Kongresszentrum und Beachnähe, die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet. Gute Klimaanlage. Betten sehr komfortabel, Fenster dichten gut ab. Pool schön auf dem Dach.

Kaum etwas. Eher eine Bemerkung: Im Badezimmer/ Zimmer wären mehr Aufhängemöglichkeiten für Handtücher u/o feuchte Kleindungsstücke nach Sport oder Schwimmen wünschenswert.

Magnifique hôtel confortable, très bien situé, à proximité d'un grand centre commercial, de la plage, d'une ligne de tram.Vue exceptionnel sur mer, piscine en roof top sensationnel.Le personnel très accueillant Le petit déjeuner est très varié.Parking en sous sol avec accès direct aux chambres.

The hotel was very well situated, 5 minutes walking to the Diagonal Mar market mall and 8 minutes to the CCIB congress center. It is 10 minutes from the Sea and the room was very clean.

The only thing that I can maybe complain is that I don't know if it's only my room that during the night I can hear the noise in the hallway very clearly. Other than this nothing to say.

La cama, la cama era increíblemente cómoda y las almohadas también.

No me gustó, que en la ducha había un agujero con una gotera, y la solución fue poner unas toallas para que no escuchará el gote, la alcachofa de la ducha se salía el agua por tos laos, lo peor fue la ducha.

What when you ordering room in online is writing one price but when you arrive is different money. In reception saying like it's town tax. But when you ordering hotel saying what tax included in a price. So I very angry for bad information when you do booking. 😡😠.

We had a wonderful two night stay at the hotel. The staff is very attentive, we had an issue with the AC but maintenance fixed it in a timely manner. We also had an upgraded room which was great, spacious and had a great sea view. The rooms are planned comfortably, some minor details need maintenance, but overall the hotel is great value and would totally return.

Me gusto mucho

It was excellent. Location next to the beach and also our Favorit part: Poblenou. Hotel was clean, liked to have a pool and the gym. The staff was friendly and we even got a upgrade which really made our stay. We only stayed (unfortunately) one night but getting upgraded we really had the best and relaxed time at the hotel and enjoyed the own spa at our room. Wanna specially thank Ferran for an excellent customer service.

Le personnel a l’écoute

Fuite d’eau dans la suite , le technicien est venu réparer la fuite mais à laisser la chambre dans un sale état, il a fallu batailler 3 heures pour qu’elle soit enfin nettoyé , des gens alcoolisé a 8h du matin dans l’hôtel en train de crier , je ne recommande pas cet hôtel .

If you're going to enjoy Primavera Sound, and you have the means to stay here, do it. It's the perfect stay for festival goers who do not have the stamina they used to have back in the day. Great bed, great shower, amazing breakfast.

The pool was always crowded, and we could never find empty chairs for us to sit and take in the view. I guess the hotel was full and couldn't accommodate everyone at the same time.

La chambre : douche qui gouttait, le jacuzzi était extrêment long à remplir, avec très peu de bulles, les plaques autour du jacuzzi ne sont pas alignées, impossible de trouver comment couper la lumière de la chambre.

J’ai réserver une suite avec baignoire balnéothérapie Pour qu’au final le la lumière de la baignoire ne s’allumer pas et il n’y avais aucune lumière dans la balneo

Tenké steny oddeľujúce kúpeľňovo/toaletnú časť sú veľmi tenké, neodhlučnené a absolútne všetko je vidieť a počuť čo sa vo vnútri realizuje. 😀 Tak isto je vsetko počuť cez stenu vedľajších izieb. Hlavne splachovanie toalety a v noci to je pekne otravné.

Overall, a good stay — the hotel is nice, comfortable, and we had no major issues. That said, the value for money could definitely be better: for the price, I expected a little more. One small but rather memorable design choice still puzzles me: the glass window between the bedroom and the bathroom. I could perhaps understand it if it offered a glamorous view of the shower — romantic hotel design and all that. Unfortunately, the main attraction from the bed is the toilet and bidet. 😄 An interesting architectural decision, to say the least. So overall: perfectly fine for adults, but I’m not entirely sure I would recommend it to families travelling with children — unless everyone in the family is very, very comfortable with each other.

Esperienza molto deludente per un hotel a 4 stelle. La struttura, per il livello e il prezzo richiesti, non offre un servizio all’altezza delle aspettative. La piscina e i servizi collegati sono stati particolarmente deludenti: alle 11:00 il bar della piscina era già chiuso, alle 15:00 gli asciugamani erano terminati e le sdraio disponibili erano troppo poche. Inoltre, il bar chiude alle 18:00 e la piscina alle 20:00: per un hotel a 4 stelle considero questo servizio assolutamente inadeguato. Anche la reception lascia molto a desiderare: chiamando dalla camera, spesso nessuno risponde. Personalmente, ho dovuto chiamare tre volte prima di riuscire a parlare con qualcuno. Il servizio di pulizia delle camere è stato pessimo. Su quattro notti di soggiorno, la prima volta la camera è stata pulita ma gli asciugamani non sono stati cambiati. Il giorno successivo il servizio è stato completamente dimenticato. Negli altri giorni, nonostante avessi lasciato la stanza in orario, la pulizia sarebbe stata effettuata solo in tarda serata. Anche il servizio lavanderia è stato deludente, con tempi di attesa di circa 24 ore e prezzi decisamente troppo alti. Per il check-out abbiamo avuto un ritardo di appena un'ora e ci sono stati addebitati 10 € in più per ogni camera, senza alcuna flessibilità. Anche il menu offre poca scelta. Nel complesso, considerando che si tratta di un hotel a 4 stelle, l’esperienza è stata molto deludente. Troppi disservizi, poca organizzazione e un livello di attenzione al cliente che non giustifica né la categoria dell’hotel né il prezzo pagato. Non lo consiglierei e spero che la struttura migliori seriamente i propri servizi.

The guy at reception was very unfriendly. After waiting for 15 minutes, I asked how long it would take to receive our rooms. He became very upset and nervous. I think this job is not for him. :)

Staff eccellente Ringrazio per la splendida sorpresa ricevuta in camera per il mio compleanno, un piattino di frutta, davvero un pensiero Delizioso e non scontato.. Camera super ampia e pulita, bagno spazioso con ampia doccia. È presente tutto l'occorrente spazzolini da denti, mini frigo e persino un mini ferro da stiro. Vicino la struttura sono presenti molti minimarket aperti fino a rardi Non abbiamo utilizzato la piscina situata sulla terrazza ma carina, c'è tutto il necessario. Esperienza super positiva.
