В отеле воняет не понятными запахами, коридор просто в ужасном состоянии. Дверь в номер не открывалась полностью. Напольное покрытие было разбухшим и имело подвижнлсть. Этот отель однозначно не стоит своих денег.

Ottima posizione, molto vicino alla metro che permette di spostarsi in città comodamente. Colazione abbondante e variegata, tra il dolce e salato. È stata molto apprezzata la presenza di una sauna al piano ultimo, con palestra e piccola piscina e la presenza anche di un bar. Io soggiorno è stato veramente piacevole e consiglio vivamente questa struttura se si vuole una soluz perfetta per rapporto qualità prezzo e completa di molti servizi.

Los precios. Por menos precio te puedes alojar en algun hotel de la costa del Maresme, con desayuno y cena incluidas y coger un Rodalies y en menos de una hora llegas a la plaza de Cataluña. Un poco alejado. Dada la ubicacion, el parking podria ser mas barato y actuar como un parking disuasorio. Las tasas municipales

Frukosten var nog en av dem bästa!! Verkligen värt! Och vi var tveksamma när vi såg utsidan men allt inom är verkligen värt de! Den lilla men super härliga poolen på takterrassen med takbaren gav en riktigt känsla av semester och satte pricken över i:et. Rummen var också otroligt fina och fräscha!

The hotel is amazing! Great facilities, succulent breakfast and fantastic amenities. I particularly liked the little details like the mini accessories bag in the room which had body lotion, a toothbrush, etc. The rooftop is nice and chilled, so it’s perfect to socialise and relax. The room was great and the aircon makes it all cool and comfortable. I definitely recommend the hotel. Nearby, there is a big shopping mall full of shops, cafes and restaurants. The beach is only a 15 min walk. The hotel is also located outside the main landmarks of Barcelona, so it’s nice and quiet, but also accessible as there are many bus stops and metro stations nearby.

The location was good. A metro station and a large shopping mall are nearby. The beach is only 10 minutes away.

- The hotel does not provide beach towels. - The staff knocked but immediately entered the room without waiting for a response, which I found inappropriate. - Breakfast had a limited selection of food. There were no fresh vegetables or pancakes. The food was the same every day. - The rooms are old, and the soundproofing is really poor.

Unfortunately, we found Vincci Bit to be far too expensive for the quality offered. The rooms were disappointing and definitely did not feel like they matched the price we paid. What made it even worse was the parking situation. There was basically paid parking everywhere around the hotel, adding even more costs to an already overpriced stay. Overall, the price-quality ratio was very poor and we left feeling extremely disappointed. For what we paid, we expected a completely different level of comfort and quality.

Hat alles gepasst, gute Location in Strandnähe (10 Minuten zu Fuß), tolles Personal - besonders David, der Frühstück Concierge hatte immer ein ein paar Nettigkeiten und gute Tipps parat. Frühstück Auswahl war sehr gut 👍

This hotel is definitely not a four‑star property. The facilities are just average. You’re required to pay €9 per person per night as BCN taxes. This should be included in the price and clearly communicated in advance. Your personal data is sent to the Mossos d’Esquadra due to a new regulation. Again, this should be explained beforehand and properly communicated. The cleaning staff wake you up early every morning asking if you want the room cleaned… completely unacceptable. They don’t change towels unless you specifically request it, which is very annoying. The swimming pool is tiny. Please remove the picture from the advert — the reality is disappointing. The shower has an old tap that needs to be replaced or at least thoroughly cleaned to remove the lime buildup.

Всё было отлично, тихо, спокойно, расположение отеля в безопасном районе, пляж недалеко. Персонал всегда отзывчивый. Клинеры не беспокоили. Для 4 звезд всё отлично!

Иногда ценник кусается, также, в отеле не было вазы для цветов😅 И я не нашла ложечки для обуви. Но это всё мелочи.

Wir waren insgesamt zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Das Hotel war sauber und sowohl das Personal an der Rezeption als auch am Frühstücksbuffet war super nett und freundlich. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und es war für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei.

Man sollte sich allerdings bewusst sein, dass das Hotel etwas abseits liegt. Die Einfahrt zur Garage ist etwas umständlich und für größere Autos kann das Einfahren durchaus schwierig sein. Leider gab es auch einen kleinen Kritikpunkt: Wir hatten an der Rezeption einen Defekt an der Duscharmatur gemeldet. Leider wurde dieser trotz Meldung an zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Tagen nicht behoben. Das war etwas schade.

Das Personal war freundlich und das Zimmer war sauber.

Es gab dauerhaft einen starken chemischen Geruch im Flur, Feuchtigkeit im Zimmer und keinen Handtuchheizkörper. Insgesamt gab es keine geeignete Möglichkeit, einen Badeanzug bzw. eine Badehose zum Trocknen aufzuhängen, was besonders ungünstig ist, da viele Gäste zum Strand gehen und dort schwimmen.

The hotel is very beautiful, clean, and the staff is extremely friendly. The location is excellent: the beach is nearby, as well as a shopping center, Sixt car rental, and also bus and metro stations. The room is big enough and has everything you need. The shower is especially great because it is huge. The breakfast is varied and everything is deliciously prepared. They clearly pay a lot of attention to the freshness and quality of the ingredients — unlike some four-star hotels in Spain that simply cannot be compared to this one. Absolutely everything was great 🤗

Non a livello di 4 stelle. Camere non insonorizzate, corridoio angusto, porte rumorosissime nel chiudersi. La piscina è una grossa vasca da bagno. Posizione lontana da tutto, raggiungere il centro è un viaggio. Pessimo rapporto qualità / prezzo. Ho segnalato alle cameriere che il distributore di shampoo non funzionava, mi hanno detto di comunicarlo alla reception.

Meeldis personal, kes oli igati vastutulev ja hooliv. Kõikidele küsimustele sain kiired ja asjakohased vastused. Hommikusöök oli täiesti tavaline. Pigem ütleks, et oleks oodanud rohkem midagi isikupärast või midagi enamat kohalikust köögist.

Mul oli probleeme toas valgustuse ja kliimaga. Ma ei saa siiani aru, mida ma valesti tegin, aga mulle arusaadava loogika kohaselt me ei saanudki toas ja tualettruumis samaaegselt valgust põlema. Kliimasüsteem ei toiminud ka arusaadavalt. Kord puhus väga tugevalt ja hakkas külm, siis jälle jäi ise seisma ning toas oli kohe õhupuudus ja palavus. Ainuke asi, mida seal reguleerida sain oli temperatuur. Toa seinad olid kuidagi läbi kostvad. Mitu korda ärkasin hilisõhtul ja öösel selle peale, et tundus nagu oleks keegi meie tuppa sisenenud. Võib olla ka see võimendas, et tuba oli kohe trepi kõrval.

The room was spacious and clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked very well. The metro station is just a short walk from the hotel, so getting to the city center is easy and convenient.

Buena ubicación. La habitación tiene lo necesario para llegar a descansar con varias almohadas a elegir. Nota del manager personalizada, muy buen punto!

Viaje con mi madre (adulto mayor), reservé la habitación con 2 camas para 2 personas. Sorpresa! las 2 camas juntas como si fuera una matrimonial, bajé a recepción y Carlos lejos de darme soluciones me decía que así era en este hotel. Para hacerla corta. Los procesos estándares están perfectos pero falta saber la resolución de conflictos de una manera adecuada sin ser tan poco empatico como lo fue Carlos. Yo mismo separé las camas y listo. Se solucionó.

Отель расположен в очень удобном месте. Рядом метро, автобусы, трамваи. В 200 м - большой торговый центр. Вокруг множество магазинчиков и кафе. До моря 10 мин пешком. Сам отель очень уютный, тихий. Красивое оформление комнат и общественных зон. Все удобное и продуманное. Все приборы работают, кровать удобная. Убирают прекрасно, чистота идеальная. Персонал приветливый, вежливый. На крыше есть бассейн, зона отдыха и бар. Бассейн маленький, но детям - самое то. Мы уже третий раз останавливаемся в отелях сети Vincci (до этого 2 раза жили в Maritim) и всегда довольны. Отель рекомендую.

Все понравилось. Есть нюансы. Мини бар платный, вода в том числе. Хотелось бы Smart TV. Но это мелочи. Отель рекомендую.

Hotel posizionato vicino ai mezzi in una zona tranquilla con a due passi un centro commerciale e ristoranti. La stanza era confortevole, i letti davvero comodi, la colazione ottima e il personale disponibile. Il ristorante interno molto buono.

I cuscini del letto erano molto morbidi, ma alla nostra richiesta di cuscini aggiuntivi, siamo stati soddisfatti subito. La vasca da bagno risulta un po' pericolosa per la mancanza di antisdrucciolo e maniglione. La piscina è piccola e senza ombra. Un paio di ombrelloni sul terrazzo della piscina renderebbero migliore la permanenza.

Everything is perfect. The hotel has a special energy that makes you feel right at home. The terrace is probably the best part of the hotel, as there’s relaxing music playing throughout the day that creates an amazing vibe and makes you feel completely at ease.

Безопасность и атмосфера: Я отдыхала с детьми и, начитавшись неоднозначных отзывов в интернете, сначала переживала, но всё прошло отлично — в отеле было очень тихо и спокойно. Безопасность на улице и вход: Очень важный плюс — вход в гостиницу оснащен камерой, поэтому там можно спокойно разговаривать по телефону. Это критично, так как буквально в 100 метрах от отеля у меня была попытка кражи телефона прямо из рук на улице. Персонал: Настоящее лицо отеля. Несмотря на то, что я не знаю ни английского, ни испанского языков, сотрудники ресепшен умудрялись всё мне объяснять, используя переводчик и даже жестикуляцию, пока я во всём не разобралась. Очень приятные люди. Чистота и сохранность: В номере убирались ежедневно, всё сияло чистотой. Мы оставляли на видных местах гаджеты и технику, и ничего из номера не пропало. Цены в мини-баре: В сети пишут разное, но на практике всё честно. Дети в последний день взяли воду из мини-бара — цена оказалась обычной, как в магазине, никаких заоблачных накруток. Удобства и расположение: На 8-м этаже есть приятная зона с бассейном и шезлонгами. До моря идти минут 7–8, рядом есть супермаркет и отличная турецкая кебабная. Завтраки разнообразные и аппетитные.

Отсутствие зубных принадлежностей: В номере не было зубных щеток и пасты (только стаканчики для полоскания), пришлось покупать свои. Неудобный дозатор мыла: Жидкое мыло для рук в ванной закреплено слишком высоко, особенно неудобно для маленькой дочери. К тому же дозатор закреплен очень плотно, из-за чего ребенку трудно воспользоваться им самостоятельно.

Tolle Unterkunft für sehr guten Preis. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und das Personal sehr, sehr nett. Besonders David hat uns jeden Tag empfangen, als wären wir seit Jahren dicke Freunde. Wir haben uns jeden Tag darauf gefreut ihn zu sehen. Ich werde dieses Hotel wieder buchen und freue mich jetzt schon sehr darauf. Das Hotel liegt auch in der Nähe von einem kleinen Stadtstrand und ein Einkaufcenter ist in 5 min zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Все було чудово. До моря 10хв пішки, 5 хв до метро та великого торгівельного центру. Дуже комфортні ліжка, та взагалі кімната була дуже чиста та зручна. Прибирали кожного дня. Було тихо і спокійно. З задоволенням повернусь.

Location wise it was handy although being in a questionable part of town but didn’t have any problems.

The staff were awful and were so unhelpful. We had queries a few times. My partner needed a plaster due to her having a bad blister they restricted her from moving freely which I thought they would have at reception. Their answer was to go to the shops but in the most impolite manner and no care in the world. The other was my partner needed one of her clothes washed and they told us to go to the laundromat even though it was during time that their staff was available. Absolute poor customer service.

The rooftop pool was clean and a great spot. The room was perfect for just us two and the bathroom was modern. They held our luggage.

There were no information on the local area available at reception. The gym onsite was basic with very minimal equipment.

No recomiendo este hotel en absoluto. Durante nuestra estancia encontramos cucarachas en la habitación. La falta de higiene y limpieza básica es indignante. Fue absolutamente imposible dormir en tales condiciones por el asco y la insalubridad. Tuvimos que hacer el check-out antes de tiempo. Este lugar no cumple con los estándares sanitarios mínimos. Si valoran su salud y su dinero, busquen otra opción para hospedarse.

La cama muy cómoda, todo impecable. Fueron muy amables en recepción al recibirme y agilizaron todo el proceso en equipo y profesionalismo. La decoración de las paredes de la habitación deja mucho que desear, pero se salvan las cortinas de la habitación, el sistema de iluminación, muy práctico, y el baño que es muy atractivo con la ducha espaciosa y relajante modo lluvia.

La piscina es más pequeña de lo que parece en la foto, no es para nadar un poco, es más para remojarse, situada en un agradable rooftop pero sin zona de sombra para tumbarse con el bañador, en agosto es un buen solarium para quienes les encanta el sol. La comida room service es buena y el producto fresco, pero falta más variedad en la carta o el menú y que la información la tengan actualizada y ágilmente proporcionada por teléfono si no tienes el menú o la carta correctos en la habitación.
