The hotel is nicely located on the outskirts of the city, so grand if you are visiting

The rooms are very old fashioned. Old style bedroom with traditional kettle and tea facilities. Needs a major update. Only stayed for 1 night so cant really give any info on food or bars facilities.

Staff were excellent and very friendly.

In the room there were no tea / coffee facilities and no bottled water.

Bracken Court is about 30 minutes North of Dublin airport and it was our last stop before departing Ireland. We already had spent a few days in Dublin city at the beginning of our trip, and Bracken Court was a good option to avoid having to drive in/near the city. The staff was friendly and breakfast was great quality.

Our room was on the second floor and the windows opened out to a walkable roof. We cracked the windows open because it was stuffy, but one of the latch safety locks on the windows was broken. It was a security concern because someone could walk in from the roof. We were only there for one evening and didn't complain. I'm sure the staff would have assisted us. Were we to stay there again, we'd would ask the staff about the room location.

Die Fenster lassen sich nur einen Spalt breit öffnen. Das Zimmer war mit Teppichboden ausgestattet.

Great location, by the beach, 30 mins from Dublin Bracken Grill food in the evening was great Staff friendly and welcoming

Zimmer war in Ordnung. Das Frühstück war gut und die Auswahl groß. Der kostenlose Parkplatz ist direkt neben dem Hotel. Die Lage ist für einen Spaziergang zum Strand optimal.

Aufgrund des verspäteten Fluges nach Dublin und langer Zeit bis wir unseren Mietwagen bekamen, waren wir verspätet im Hotel. Leider gab es deshalb keine Möglichkeit mehr etwas zu Essen zu bekommen. Schade, dass es nichtmal eine Kleinigkeit für solche Fälle gibt.

I love this place. I used it when in Dublin for the College Football, as Dublin gets booked and expensive. This is a short train ride from Dublin, though Balbriggan itself is a lovely town. The hotel staff are friendly, they have a great bar and restaurant and the breakfast is excellent. The room was huge.

Die angebotenen Speisen im Restaurant bzw. der Bar waren wirklich gut und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war stimmig. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam die kostenlose Tiefgarage am Hotel ist ebenfalls positiv zu bewerten, da wir täglich mit dem Auto unterwegs waren.

Frühstück leider etwas einfältig, jeden morgen die gleiche dürftige Auswahl.

It was in good location and had car parking . Staff were friendly and breakfast was satisfactory.

It’s definitely not 4 star . Bedroom was big but dated and smelt of must . No screen curtains on window in bedroom or bathroom that was completely over looked by building opposite it .

The hotel we could not fault, very clean. The dinner and breakfast were great. The staff were so friendly and helpful just keep up the great work. We would recommend a stay for definite so relaxing.

The only thing I didn't like was the rooms vere very cold ,and no possibility to put the heating on .it's a pity because everything else was great only the very cold rooms let the entire experience down

Room was spacious. Parking was convenient. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Instructions on car parking could have been better prior to arrival. On the first night there was a lot of noise from an exercise class nearby until about 9pm and the seagulls were annoyingly noisy. As there’s no air conditioning in the room and it was very warm, closing the windows wasn’t really an option.

A short drive from the Dublin airport, but a world away. The hotel is recently refurbished and the staff were simply wonderful: friendly, welcoming, and just a delight

Room was clean.

Could hear all traffic on the street in the room at night, too noisy. No parking for vans at hotel, had to park in supermarket car park 500 metres away. Ordered porridge for breakfast, still wasn't ready when leaving 25 mins later.

Great location with good onsite carpark. Good dining room and breakfast. Staff very friendly.

Not setup for hot weather. A comment rather than a criticism.

Central location with free parking. Lovely bar and restaurant. Friendly, helpful staff. Close to Ardgillan Demesne and Castle, which was outstanding!

Location and aesthetically pleasing

Room key didn’t work, needed to ask reception to let us in room any time we needed to exit. Left outside (hotel main door locked) after coming back from concert, knocking for 10 min at 2am

Parking was ok spaces small

So many random noises through out the night. Basic room for price, bed wasn't the comfiest. Old fashioned decor.

Great bar and restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff, fantastic breakfast service. Air conditioned communal areas. Super comfy bed. Spacious room. The little welcome basket!

No air conditioning in bedrooms. Bath in our suite didn’t work. Faulty toilet seat. No window or fan in the bathroom. No fridge in room so complementary was warm.

Vår dusch sprutade vatten både uppåt och neråt. Dåligt tryck. Ingen AC och vi var där på en mycket varm sommardag.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great hotel, but the staff really made it! Our first impression was already a great one. We arrived as a family straight from the beach — covered in sand, dust and generally looking like we had been dragged through a hedge backwards 😂 — but the receptionist couldn’t have been friendlier. She immediately put us at ease, made us feel genuinely welcome, explained everything and showed us where to go. The hotel itself is exceptionally clean, very easy to navigate, and our family room was spacious and definitely didn’t disappoint. Later, we headed to the bar/restaurant. The food was good, but the service was absolutely exceptional. A huge shout-out to Thomas, and especially Rachel, whose service was outstanding. Both were so friendly, welcoming and attentive, and genuinely made our stay even better. A hotel can be as lovely as you like, but the staff are its backbone — and this hotel is very lucky to have people like Thomas and Rachel. 👏 A really enjoyable stay, and we felt genuinely welcome from the moment we walked through the door!

La struttura dovrebbe essere rimodernata. Le stanze seppur grandi includono letti matrimoniali molto piccoli, non c’era un frigobar nonostante ci fosse uno spazio apposito. Personalmente non preferisco la moquette e la rimuoverei

The hotel had charm. The rooms were roomier then expected and comfortable.

The restaurant was horrible. There were 7 of us dining and everything we ordered was very salty. It was not edible. Also, they do not have an elevator from the parking garage to the hotel..

The food within the hotel was absolutely spectator 10/10. Staff were absolutely amazing , so friendly and helpful.
