Excellent customer service. We checked in after midnight. The gentle man that attended to us did a FANTASTIC job. The location and proximity to the airport was great.

The double bed felt uncomfortable. Looks like two single beds must have been joined together. Other than that, everything else was good. The environment was clean with lots of charming features.

Wir haben die Unterkunft aufgrund der relativen Nähe zum Flughafen Dublin ausgewählt, um es nicht zu weit zur Rückgabe des Mietwagens am nächsten Tag zu haben. Der Check-In verlief problemlos, nachdem wir das Gebäude gefunden hatten (in der Lark Concert Hall). Die "traditionell kultiviert" ausgestatteten Zimmer lagen im vierten Obergeschoss. Die Betten waren ausreichend gross und bequem, und selbst für Reisende vom europäischen Kontinent war das eine vorhandene Deckbett groß genug, dass sich beide Schlafenden nicht darum stritten. Aufgrund des Alters des Hauses steht kein Auzug zur Verfügung, in ihrer Mobilität eingeschränkte Personen dürften hier Probleme haben. Ein kostenloser Parkplatz steht einige Meter entfernt kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Die Innenstadt ist fußläufig erreichbar, um abends noch aus- oder etwas essen zu gehen.

Die Dusche war recht schmal bemessen, Personen mit einem nicht optimalen BMI sollten sich auf eine enge Nasszelle einstellen. Auf das Frühstück im Nebengebäude haben wir circa 45 Minuten warten müssen, obwohl der Frühstücksraum nicht voll war! Außerdem bekamen wir unser Frühstück noch nicht einmal gleichzeitig, und aufgegebene Getränkewünsche wurden vergessen oder wie auch immer nicht geliefert :( Unser eigentlich großzügig angelegter Zeitpuffer zur Rückgabe des Mietwagens schwand somit dahin, zwei von uns haben nur die Hälfte ihres Frühstücks aus Zeitmangel essen können. Hier ist zu überlegen, ob man sich das Geld spart und sich eben schnell etwas bei McDonalds holt.

Me gusto la ambientación de la habitación. Cuando llegamos vimos que tenía nombre de un compositor y que todo estaba ambientado a esa persona, ya sea con vinilos o partituras musicales. Los baños super lindos y ordenados. La cocina con lo justo y necesario, el cafecito que me hice en la mañana antes de salir me salvo la vida

Solo dos cosas. 1. No pensé que la cama senior estaría compuesta por dos camas más pequeñas, lo que hacía incómodo al momento de estar justo al medio ya que se hacía un espacio. 2. Al querer dormir nos percatamos que no la habitación no estaba 100% oscuro, ya que fuera hay un foco enorme apuntando hacia el edificio y las cortinas no tapaban la luz.

Sehr freundlicher Check-In mit Parkplatz. Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer im vierten Stock. Lokale gleich um die Ecke. Frühstück gibt's im Nachbarlokal und war auch gut.

Die Gemeinschaftsküche müsste gereinigt und aufgeräumt werden.

....recepce se mi omlouvala,že mi dali jiný pokoj než byl objednaný, ale ten pokoj byl o 1000% lepší, za stejnou cenu......vše bylo čisté, dokonce bylo k dispozici v pokoji i žehlící prkno,žehlička ,fén, rychlovarná konvice a kávovar.....

We had a nice stay here, even though we did have the time to explore and enjoy Bedford and Balbriggan too much as we where here on a family weekend trip visit Dublin.

Overall was fine, even though during the first night, after an extremely long trip for the 3 of us including our 3 years old son, the fire/smoke alarm started at 1:30 am and we had to evacuate the building, which was really stressful. The room that we had was at the top floor and on the ceiling just above the bed, you could see mold or water infiltrations, and also in 3 other places in the room, and the shower even though it looked relatively new, it also had some mold. The carpets that were on the staircase and in all rooms looked quite old and had several stains in many places.

Lovely comfortable room, all facilities included like iron, ironing board, tea coffee making etc..

King size bed was fabulous but part of the mattress was very uncomfortable where it looked like 2 double mattresses were brought together.

Cleanliness and location was perfect. Chris the night porter was extremely welcoming and friendly.

We could walk to the pubs and beach.

Booking in was a bit confusing. Finding the right building to book in was confusing.

Wunderbares Hostel, alles Neu und sehr gepflegt. Riesige Küche, top ausgestattet. Absolute Empfehlung!!!

Wunderschönes Zimmer, wirklich einzigartig mit Badewanne und riesengroß. Das Haus gehört zum Musik-Institute und ist sehr Neu, gepflegt und man wird unglaublich freundlich empfangen. Es gibt auch eine riesige Küche, perfekt ausgestattet inder man selbst kochen kann. Tolle Strände rundherum, Lidl in laufnähe und der Zug fährt nicht weit weg - man ist in 40 Minuten in Dublin. Absolute Empfehlung!

The Phil Coulter room was lovely and well decorated with a little kitchenette and a charming bathroom. The inside of the BB is very stylish and gives a very unique feeling of being in another century. Staff were very very helpful and caring. Ideally located besides the theatre for shows or even to get something to drink.

The fact that you have to leave the property to go to get breakfast. Even if only 100m away, it is quite inconvenient when just up from the bed.

Cobwebs in room and restaurant. Restaurants bathroom was grubby. The bedroom was tiny. The bottom bunks were on the ground. The mattresses were comfy, but kept getting poked with springs during the night.

Perfect for a girls trip, very comfy bed pods with great lighting and power outlets. Kitchen was great to use and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Very close to the beach and train station which was lovely.

Wonderful stay with exceptionally friendly staff We had a wonderful stay. The accommodation is simple and modest, but it offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff were absolutely exceptional – incredibly kind, friendly, helpful and welcoming. They really made us feel at home and were always happy to help. We especially appreciated the shared kitchen, which was very well equipped and available for guests to use. Having access to a fridge, oven, stove, toaster, kettle and other appliances was extremely convenient. The location was also great for exploring Dublin. The train and bus stations are very close by, with regular connections to Dublin city centre, making it easy to get around without a car. Overall, a simple but comfortable place with wonderful people, excellent transport connections and everything you need for a pleasant stay. We would happily stay here again!

Suggestions for improvement There are just a few small things that could make the stay even more comfortable. A coat hook or two in the room would be very useful, as there was nowhere to hang a jacket. In the kitchen, it might also be helpful to have a clear sign reminding guests to wash their dishes and clean up after themselves. Some guests left dirty dishes in the sink, and it was sometimes unclear whether they realised that everyone is expected to clean up after themselves. Another nice idea could be to have a designated place in the kitchen for unopened or still usable food that guests cannot take with them when leaving, for example because they are travelling by plane. If food is simply left in the fridge, other guests may not realise that it is available for them to take, so a clearly marked area could help prevent perfectly good food from being wasted. These are only small suggestions — overall, we really enjoyed our stay and were very happy with the accommodation and, above all, the wonderful staff.

We thought it was quirky and cute.

Bathroom door didn’t lock and the tap had no hot water and moved a bit, was awkward to use and the toilet really needs replacing . Carpet had stains and wallpaper was coming off in various spots around the building. In short the property needs a cash injection to be somewhere that I could recommend.

It was like staying in a hostel. The room was tiny. No tea or coffee facilities, no TV in the room, the sink was in the room. I booked a room with 4 beds. I got 2 bulk beds. It would be ok for students, not suitable for families at all.

Quirky place - check in at the Irish music institute desk and a very nice and helpful lady gave instructions of how to access the accommodation - properties located adjacent. Old and rustic but the room was very comfortable. Great breakfast in the facilities next door which are part of the site - again very nice lady who served me a wonderful irish breakfast

Carpets are a bit worn and stained but it isn’t too bad

it was practical and convenient location for area and good access to local amenities and transport - room was fairly clean and safe.

the room we booked was part of the music school run by the same company and so was more a small dorm room than a residence room with ensuite... sound travelled through the walls from other rooms and due to summer music school classes it wasn't quiet enough to sleep in... beds mattress was likely the most budget possible so didnt do my back good...

Les photos sur Booking n ont rien à voir avec l établissement où nous avons séjourné. Il s agit d une salle/école de musique qui loue leurs installations habituellement utilisées par des musiciens. Tout est très bien organisé et nickel mais juste surprenant

I arrived late to check in, close to 11pm. The night Porter who checked me in was nothing short of excellent, so helpful but not intrusive. went over an above to make sure I had everything I needed. He also show great pride in the building and his job.

Unique hotel, loved the decor and thought it had huge potential. Breakfast was great. Lots of choice and was delicious. Bed was comfy. Accommodated out late check in

Carpet was dirty in our room and so were the towels..they looked like they had been washed but there were marks like make up on them. No light in car park…would be an easy fix but we had to walk around in the dark. They were clearing out some room and dumped it all in the hall…we had to climb over it all to get to our room. Not great from a fire regulation perspective. It could have been tided up in 10mins but they just didn’t do it.

Everything it was fantastic as we're the super helpful staff.

The bed was excellent, big and comfy They put a cod in the room for our 2 year old son.

We had only access through a restaurant(main entrance was blocked with boxes and other stuff) where some tables were occupied which made it complicated to get to the door which let to the staircase.This we had to do with a stroller. There was quite some noise when people used the stairs, going up or down. Also there was the noise of a water pump which you could hear run when someone opened a tap. This could be us or other guests.

Zweckmäßiges Zimmer, für eine Zwischenübernachtung vor dem Rückflug gut geeignet. Preis-Leistung passt. Positiv hervorzuheben ist noch das sehr gute Frühstück.

Der Gemeinschaftsraum ist in einem kläglichen Zustand und müsste dringend aufgeräumt und gereinigt werden.

We stayed in bunkbed room which had it's own bathroom. It was small but clean. For one night before our flight out of Dublin airport, it was fine. Nice reception staff. Breakfast was included and excellent. If traffic is reasonable, it is about 25 minutes from airport via car.

Tried the room with pod style beds for something different for kids to try, me and them enjoyed it fine but wife who gets claustrophobic struggled a bit, the room is very small for a family but the communal kitchen was a unexpected surprise. Is in the back of the theatre rather than the house itself

Es hat EWIG gedauert bis man das Frühstück bekam (A la carte), mindestens 30 Minuten. Matratze im Zimmer zu weich, Teppich schmutzig. Es ist sehr mühsam mit schweren Koffern (über ziemliche Umwege) in das Zimmer in der 1.Etage zu kommen (kein Aufzug).?

The carpet in our room was very badly stained, the handwash bottle was an old dirty pump that had been re-filled with cheap soap. Such a pity..

Velkým benefitem byla vybavená společná kuchyně, v popisku ubytování jsme to nenašli apak nás to příjemně překvapilo.

V pokoji jsme byli čtyři a další dvě noci tři, a jentak tak jsme se tam vešli. Když si někdo otevřel kufr, ostatní museli mít kufr ve stojací poloze pod umyvadlem a velmi težko se tam dalo projít na záchod do sprchy. Velmi malý prostor, nedovedu si představit, že by tam bylo šest lidí. A to jsme měli jen palubní kufříky! Mnohem větší problém než prostor jsou moc nízké postele. Rozhodně nedoporučuji pro lidi přes 50 a nebo lidi s bolavými kyčlemi, či koleny. Do horních postelí se také leze velmi težce.

Bref pour 150€ en promo en plus !!! Je m attendais a mieux !!! En plus toilettes bouchées !!!

Hôtel très propre et agréable. Le personnel est absolument adorable, d’une grande douceur et très compréhensif. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel ! Une très belle expérience.

Tolles Haus. Wir durften die Gemeinschaftsküche mit nutzen. Das war super. Tolle Zimmer. Balbriggen ist ideal gelegen, wenn man vom oder zum Flughafen Dublin muss. Nur 25 Minuten mit dem Auto. Parkplätze sind direkt auf dem Hofgelände vorhanden. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.
