La colazione non era un granché, il personale al banco era poco cortese e spesso faceva finta di non vederti in piedi in attesa che qualcuno ti degnasse di uno sguardo. Cappuccino orribile..cornetti inesistenti..

The location was good especially as I needed to be close to the hospital. One of the receptionist was extremely helpful in sorting out a room as I had to add extra nights to the stay.

The staff didn’t smile or say good morning.

1 apartment had no air con for 4 days out of the 5 days . Very disappointing after complaining daily they moved us for the last night with no compensation .

La stanza era nuova e i letti comodi Posizione centrale ad Argostoli.

Durante la colazione sembrava essere a un bar. I tavoli non erano apparrecchiati e se volevi un caffè/cappuccino lo dovevi ordinare al bancone e andare prendertelo. Nella parte più esterna era consentito di fumare e sono volevi essere circondato da fumatori accaniti dovevi stare dentro accanto al buffet e al bar con tanto casino. Se non salutavi tu per primo lo staff non ti salutavo per niente. Parcheggio incontrollato. La sera parcheggiava chiunque anche chi non alloggiava nell’albergo. Se qualcuno la sera avesse voluto uscire rimaneva bloccato dalle altre macchine.

Colazione completa e con un buon assortimento sia di dolce che di salato La posizione è eccezionale nella piazza principale della città molto vivace e vissuta . Nonostante il rumore della piazza basta chiudere le finestre e siamo nel silenzio più assoluto L’albergo ha un piccolo parcheggio , ma abbiamo sempre trovato posto nelle vicinanze anche perché la sera si può fare a meno della macchina e raggiungere comodamente a piedi una grande varietà di taverne e ristoranti

L’unica cosa che mi è piaciuta meno è la doccia dentro la vasca … meglio doccia semplice

Το δωμάτιο που είχαμε, δεν είχε μπαλκόνι.

Great location if you want something central, very clean and nice room. Staff was very polite and helpful. Overall a great experience. Can’t comment on the spa.

Breakfast was the only letdown. Not great variety and presentation made everything look as unappealing as possible.

Location was perfect, as it was in the heart of Argostoli 👌🩵🇬🇷

Unica nota positiva di questa struttura è stata la posizione, in pieno centro Pulizia buona e precisa

Quando arrivi la struttura sembra molto accogliente, pieno centro, zona di Benevenuto e reception molto belli e rinnovati, so che sotto hanno fatto anche un aerea spa, ma che non abbiamo sfruttato. Per tutto il resto per noi è stato un grande No. Il letto era forse una piazza e mezza, far dormire due adulti in quel letto è secondo noi troppo scomodo. Soprattutto considerando che si considerano un quattro stelle (ho successivamente scoperto che su Google è segnalato come 3 stelle e non 4 come da loro scritto su booking e sulla loro insegna). Il personale è molto sulle sue, molto assente e fa fatica a salutarti. Durante il nostro soggiorno il primo giorno ci hanno fornito due chiavi elettroniche, che la sera stessa già non funzionavano. Ce l'hanno cambiata ma dandocene solo una.. Inoltre un giorno, dal nulla per un colpo di vento si è aperta la porta della stanza da sola, sfortunata coincidenza proprio mentre sono uscita dalla doccia, quindi insomma, dover chiudere la porta con solo l'asciugamano addosso.... E se fosse successo mentre non eravamo in camera? Colazione non molto ricca Insomma.. Diciamo che il soggiorno è andato, però sicuramente non è un albergo da 4 stelle. Ps: le foto delle camere in vetrina sono riferite soprattutto alle loro suite, la nostra stanza aveva anche armadio un po rovinato e doccia segnata dal calcare

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect. it overlooks the city’s largest square, which made our visit very convenient and lively. Just a short walk away there’s a public park where we parked our car completely for free, which was a great bonus. The staff were all very friendly, smiling, and always helpful. The room was generally clean, towels were changed every day, and the hotel felt well-maintained. We loved having breakfast from 6:30 to 11:00, plenty of time! The pastries were delicious every morning and the coffee was surprisingly tasty even though it was served from a huge container. When the balcony door was closed, the noise from the square disappeared completely, so we slept well. Highly recommended if you want a central location and a good breakfast!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

One small downside was that the WiFi didn’t reach room 112 properly, but everything else was great.

It is an excellent location in the heart of Argostoli close to everything ! The Staff was very professional and friendly !

Staff were lovely, Maria 1 at reception offered us an upgraded room. The room was so nice A223 it prompted us to stay a total of 6 days as a base for kefalonia. Very high standard of cleaning every day. Maria 2 at breakfast was very pleasant, good selection of foods. Parking behind the hotel was so convenient. Really well run hotel and high standard

As it was out of season, the restaurant/ bar was not open but that was everywhere in general so no worries.

Quarto reformado, amplo com janelas anti ruídos, decoração e iluminação moderna, outro fator importante é que o hotel oferece toalhas para praia.

Em um dos dias de nossa estadia, a limpeza deixou a desejar e esqueceram de repor os ítens de higiene pessoal (papel higiênico, body shower e sabonete.

The location was excellent on flat area, the staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean and well equipped (moved from initial room at rear to one overlooking the main square at the front of hotel)

Lack of facilities for disabled with difficulty walking, no ramps etc., Breakfast 5/10, only cold cooked meats and fruit, no hot meal choice and same every morning.

Our second NYE visit to this hotel...,..loved the balcony in the room overlooking the square...Great for watching the youngsters ice-skating on the temporary rink in the square.and briliant for watching the fireworks at 12pm..shame that there were fewer folk celebrating in the square this year...maybe poorly advertised but a splendid feature.

Shame no bar open in the hotel on NYE.....understand ...but it would have been nice , we had to bring our own festive drinks for balcony. Also no open hotel restaurant during NYE....a good restaurant around the corner which staff directed us to......but in wet cold weather a shame to have to set out!

Πριν ακόμη φτάσουμε, με μεγάλη υπομονή λάβαμε με ακρίβεια οδηγίες, ώστε να γίνει εύκολη η άφιξη μας.Το προσωπικό ιδιαίτερα ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό.Η διαμονή μας ήταν πολύ ευχάριστη και μείναμε απόλυτα ικανοποιημένοι.Ευχαριστουμε πολύ!!

Friendly,helpful staff. Close to excellent food outlets. Spa was superb and real value.

Ordinary double bed instead of king bed requested. Room was like a 1950s motel room without mini bar or coffee making facilities Breakfast included but restricted content.

The location is perfect.

The hotel appears to offer a Spa with pool etc, however the pool and Spa facilities were closed. Very disappointing! This is our second visit and both times the pol was closed. The room we had is a little dated however some rooms were very modern.

La habitación es grande, confortable y renovada recientemente. Tiene un pequeño parking en la parte posterior del hotel y está super céntrico con la mayor parte de los restaurantes de Argostoli en un radio de 5 min andando.

tuvimos un problema con el desagüe de la ducha que no fueron capaces de arreglar y no nos ofrecieron cambiar de habitación (imagino que por estar lleno el hotel) aunque tengo que admitir que nos ofrecieron más toallas y alfombras para paliar el problema.

The hotel is in an excellent location for shops, bars, restaurants, turtle watching and other amenities. Also, not too far from the airport. The rooms are fine, though relatively basic, as was breakfast. There was no hotel bar. Staff are friendly and helpful. The Spa small indoor swimming pool and sauna are not freely available to residents; you have to pay 25 euros each for an hour, which we thought was way too expensive for what is on offer. There are no outside sunbathing areas, so instead we visited the nearby Mediterranean beach, which is good and not expensive for loungers and parasol. The taxi rank nearby means short journeys are easy, though due to the mountain routes longer trips are expensive. We chose to do a couple of island coach trips, instead, which were very good. People do smoke in some of the ground floor hotel areas, which some may find unpleasant; we simply didn't use those areas, preferring to go elsewhere. Overall, the hotel suited our needs as a base, but it may not suit everyone.

The room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean, making the stay relaxing. The hotel is in a great location, close to everything you need and perfect for exploring the area. The staff were welcoming and always greeted us with a smile each morning. They weren’t overly proactive, but whenever we asked for something, they did their job efficiently.

The parking area is quite small, and during peak season you may end up being blocked by other hotel guests. The fridge in the room was very small and did not include a freezer. Breakfast was the same every day, with only a very limited selection of ingredients.

The hotel is located at a great location for navigating the rest of the island as well as a great location in the city itself being at the center of happenings with a nice view of the central square from our room. This however could be an issue for people having trouble sleeping since you will notice the music and the general murmur of the people in the evenings. Despite that, I have to say that my girlfriend and I had no trouble sleeping. Other than that I would like to highlight free hotel parking, friendly staff, very clean room and premises.

I cannot say there was anything I didn't like in particular - as a small personal preference concerning breakfast, perhaps an upgrade in the scrambled eggs/omelette recipe wouldn't be bad 🙂 other than that the breakfast was good with plenty of options to choose.
