Room 203 - aircon was leaking randomly and no door on shower was an inconvenience (we had our 16 year old son with us) but this did not ruin our stay. We barely spent any time in our room anyway

A great way to end our trip. The Deluxe Loft Suite was stylish, spacious and very comfortable, and breakfast was excellent. The staff were welcoming and flexible with us from the moment we arrived. The location in Argostoli is perfect for a last night: the waterfront and the fishing pier where the sea turtles come in are a short walk away, Lithostroto and the shops are right there, and Katavothres and the Saint Theodore lighthouse are ten minutes by car. It made our final morning before the flight completely relaxed. Beautifully designed hotel, in exactly the right place. Thank you!

Senza infamia e senza lodi, siamo stati bene ma il prezzo è esagerato per i servizi offerti. Anche le isole greche si sono adeguate ai prezzi medi europei di città e isole.

Prezzo e colazione buona ma con poca scelta.

Hotel nel centro di Argostoli, carino ma essenziale. Personale gentile e disponibile anche se alla fine per organizzare dei servizi ( ad esempio noleggio barca) si è rivelato essere non all'altezza. Prezzo esoso per il periodo (fine luglio) ma essendo un'isola ci sta! Ad ogni modo non è un vero 4 stelle, direi più un 3 stelle. Se si va a inizio luglio o dopo ferragosto costa meno della metà.

L’accoglienza. Attenta e curata

lo staff è stato molto gentile e disponibile durante il soggiorno (alcune persone parlavano anche italiano). La colazione di per sè era molto buona, forse c'era poca varietà. La posizione dell'albergo era molto centrale, vicino c'è una strada principale e qualche parcheggio gratuito dove mettere la macchina a noleggio.

Colazione forse poco varia, non c'era molta scelta. Lo spazio esterno un po' lasciato andare: mancava la presenza di un bar in cui sedersi durante il giorno o la sera per bere qualcosa.

Cheguei bem após ao horário de entrada, mesmo assim fui surpreendida, o quarto estava uma bagunça não tinha sido arrumado. O Wi-Fi é ruim. A minha reserva era com café da manhã incluso , só tinha uma fruta e cappuccino era cobrado. A recepcionista disse iria dar de cortesia mas no Check out fui cobrada.

Hotel in posizione eccellente, direttamente sul lungomare di Argostoli e a pochi passi da ristoranti, negozi e dal centro. La camera era spaziosa, pulita e dotata di un grazioso balconcino con vista sul mare. La colazione era ricca, con prodotti freschi e di qualità. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Consigliato per chi desidera soggiornare in una posizione comoda e godersi Argostoli.

We stayed 5 nights in total, two at the beginning of our trip to Kefalonia and Ithaka and three at the end. The boutique hotel is located in a quiet alley 50 meters from the water front in de center of the town, near the central square. Stylish reception hall with beautiful wallpaper behind, very good buffet breakfast you can have inside or in the shaded garden. Adela, the lady at the reception, was very attentive and made our stay much nicer.

Staff that didnt explain how aircon worked to then blame guests for not using aircon properly (more than 1 guest)

This Hotel located just in center of Argostoli - close to all the Restaurants, Shops, and ferry terminal. And at the same time it is on tiny street that it is quite quiet. Breakfast just fantastic - a lot of choice for different taste - and everything really tasty. Staff very kind and always give good advices for travel in Kefalonia.

It is a beautiful little boutique hotel with great rooms and facilities. It is 15 meters away from the seafront and 30 meters from the main square.

I found the manager/director very unfriendly and disinterested to the guests. He did not even bother to greet. This is in sharp contrast to the ret of the staff who were extremely friendly and helpful, especially the reception staff.

The rooms were modern and beautiful, always clean. Lilia was amazing: she provided us with anything we might need and gave great recommendations for our trip.

Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται στο κέντρο του Αργοστολίου πολύ κοντά στην θάλασσα. Είναι καθαρό, με αρκετά καλή σχεδίαση των χώρων και άνετο δωμάτιο. Το προσωπικο ευγενές και εξυπηρετικό και το πρωινό αξιοπρεπές.

Το στρώμα στο κρεβάτι ήταν πολύ κακό. Ήταν πολύ μαλακό και ανομοιόμρφο, βούλιαζες μέσα και δεν μπορούσες να κουνηθείς ή να γυρίσεις. Πρέπει οπωσδήποτε να τα αλλάξουν.

The staff at the hotel were fantastic they couldn’t help you enough. On our first night it was a public holiday the next day and our room was next to the street meaning it was very noisy until 3.15. I asked the follow day if we could move to a quieter room and she sorted this immediately. Upgrading us to a beautiful suite with 2 balconies. No noise at all.

The mattresses were firm for us but this is more about personal preferences . Breakfast was lovely.

The breakfast was wonderful and the balcony was pretty. The room was big and clean. The location was great, right by the marina and close to the shopping streets. The staff was nice.

The beds were very uncomfortable and the set up of our room was a bit strange. Instead of an en-suite bathroom, the shower was a see-through glass door that connected right to the room, facing the beds. The only part with a door was the toilet itself. We didn’t like the lack of privacy. Another minor note, the restaurant recommendations we received were not good and overpriced.

Very clean and comfortable, fantastic bathroom with great shower. The staff were kind and helpful, which was such a relief when our flight was delayed overnight and we arrived at midnight. Very close to the waterfront and near the main square with restaurants.

Location is close to late night club. The glass wardrobe door also broke and almost fell on me when I opened it which would have been tragic for a toddler

The hotel was excellent in the perfect location. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, especially when our flight was cancelled at 23.30. The rooms are fantastic and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone interested in visiting Argostoli.

The location just next to the sea promenade yet in a quiet alley with lovely garden was fantastic. The staff, especially the ladies at the reception, Lilia and Georgia, were very friendly and granted me an early check-in and late check-out. The rooms were extremely spacious and well equipped. The pink details everywhere were quirky and fun.

Breakfast was generally good, but items like the grilled vegetables and fried ham were already cold by the time it started. It would be wise to invest in some heating platters. At the spa, it may not be possible to get a short notice appointment.

No dedicated car park. Some nights I spent 1 hour to find a space to park our rented car.

Close to shops and restaurants. It’s in an alleyway between the waterfront and the square. When we opened the doors to the terrace, we were greeted by a large, unattractive tree. We had a glimpse of the water and flowers. But straight on…oof! The breakfast buffet was good. The front staff was friendly when asked questions. However, they did not go their way to start conversations or two offer to help with reservations, transportation, or provide ideas for things to do other than handing us a brochure.

The strangest part of the room was the open shower with no privacy as soon as you walked into the room. Maybe it’s just me, but having the bed in the shower in plain view seemed a little strange. The other design law was putting bright green carpeting in the hallway that was stained and wrinkled.

The aesthetics of the hotel, linens, and finishings were divine. The size of the room and balconies (yes, I had 2 balconies) is impressive. Breakfast was delicious. Location is wonderful once you find it, as cars do not have direct access to the front of the hotel, but it’s easy to access from the street. Would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location, rooms were very clean. Shower was awesome! Beds were very comfortable. Staff was so accommodating with all our questions and needs. We didn’t have rooms with sea views but they are available. Cute boutique hotel in the heart of Atgostoli.

Everything was great, from the room being spotlessly clean, to the first class staff and the fabulous breakfast.

The only thing that would have made my stay more enjoyable was that at breakfast a Latte shouldn’t be at an extra cost these days. It should be included as part of the breakfast rate. The majority of quality hotels I stay in include coffee’s (latte, americano etc) as part of breakfast. Infact even budget chain hotels like ‘Premier Inn’s’ Include them as inclusive within the breakfast rates.

Lovely little place just off the main street, 5 min walk to see the turtles 🐢 Clean smart rooms with small but cute terrace with space between next doors terraces.

Hotel eccezionale, cura nei dettagli, suite ampia, zona bagno spaziosa con doccia enorme, vista mare laterale, macchina caffè Nespresso. Si dorme molto bene, i letti sono comodi e c'è silenzio. Colazione ottima e varia con dolci tipici e salato. Pulizia eccellente. Posizione ottima davanti al lungomare e vicinissima alla piazza. Parcheggio gratuito intorno all'hotel. La cittadina è molto piacevole e comunque la posizione è buona per girare tutta l'isola.

Very nice hotel, older than some maybe, but such a great location. Has a lift if you can't manage the stairs, rooms are spacious and has lovely walk in showers and nice toiletries Air con works and the balcony was lovely Breakfast is more than ample and has an outdoor seating area.

Top-Lage, wunderschönes Design, komfortable Betten, großzügige Zimmergrösse mit Balkon. Staff außerordentlich freundlich und aufmerksam, Frühstück hatte ausgewählte Produkte mit sehr guter Qualität.

Parkplatzsituation aufgrund der zentralen Lage schwierig, da das Hotel über keinen eigenen Parkplatz verfügt.
