Breakfast buffet was very good. Dining in the evening was not so good.

Food quality. I ordered fish curry- it was extremely over salted and very spicy (I asked for low spice level). The other night I ordered spinach ravioli. Was not tasty.

I mostly like the fact that they included some persons with disabilities into the team of their staff. And they are so trained to make guest very comfortable

I don't like the fact that they stop visitors after 8pm

At breakfast the service was not good as no of waiter to serve was quiet less. Otherwise at lunch & dinner the service by serving staff was excellent.

Waiter to serve food at breakfast be increased as people have different choice of products.

Standard 5 star hotel. Stayed for only one night so wasn't able to take advantage of the restaurants but overall decent place. Comfortable bed.

The reception service was disappointing. I originally booked three nights through Booking.com and later wanted to extend my stay by one more night. The first receptionist simply told me that she couldn't extend my booking because it had been made through Booking.com and handed my room key back without offering any advice or alternative solution. Later, another staff member informed me that I could simply book the extra night directly with the hotel, which is exactly what I did. This information should have been provided from the beginning. After extending my stay and paying the full amount with my bank card, I later discovered that the receptionist had written down my card number and other card details without my knowledge or consent. When I asked why, she first said she would delete the information. When I asked why it had been recorded in the first place, the supervisor stepped in and claimed it was for a "security deposit." I asked what security deposit she was referring to since my stay had already been paid in full. She then changed the explanation and said the card details had been deleted. I believe guests should always be informed and asked for consent before any payment card information is recorded, and staff should provide clear and consistent explanations. Another issue was the cleanliness of the plates in the lobby restaurant. On one occasion, I had to ask a waiter to replace my plate more than five times because it was still dirty. At times, he even brought back the same plate instead of replacing it. I eventually asked to speak with the supervisor, Rahul, and showed him the plate by holding it under the sunlight, where the stains and lack of cleanliness were clearly visible. I appreciate Rahul's professionalism in handling the situation. From then on, he personally brought me a clean plate and showed it to me before placing it on the table.

Hotel stay was ok except very high cost for services.

Food and laundary was very expensive as compared to other similar hotels which made me feel unsatisfied

The rooms were clean and nice however we had two other rooms including a business suite where the air conditioning didn’t work and they provided a standing fan. But overall I would still say the rooms were good.

The only restaurant downstairs with multi cuisine the food was really not good. The service at the restaurant was really bad and also the reception staff need a lot of training.

Absolutely everything was fine. Just Small notes that I found odd - Restroom didn’t have the makeup magnifying mirror, that’s pretty common for most 5/stars I have stayed at. Also, this maybe quite quirky but I have mostly seen the faucet spray in toilet to be on the right side of the wc ( not on left as in the room) since majority of the population is right handed.

Hotel was comfortable and clean. We ate in the kebab factory; the service was very attentive and the food delicious! Breakfast was very good too, though lacked orange juice which was a shame.

Maybe a parasol or two around the rooftop pool would be useful as we were unable to use the pool area because of the lack of shade.

El personal de cocina y comedor me ayudaron en todo lo posible para darme alimentos gluten free aunque recepción no les comunicó nada. Habitacion confortable aunque AC no funcionaba.

A bit overpriced compared to equivalent properties. I guess it is due to the lack of any other 5 star properties in the locality to compete.

I booked room without food But I had food over there & they have charged 6k for that I had only one papadi chat, one plate pakodi , one plate noodles & for that they have charged 6 k that was quite shoking I mean i have paid 7.6 k for one day stay that is ok ,but they have charged 6k just for starter that is quite a shock for me

I was in Executive suit. Suit given to me was good and had everything required.

I had booked through booking.com and I had a choice of booking two rooms for four people or one large room for four people (mentioning, if available). Both options had same price, since I was with family, preferred a large room. Booking got confirmed and I conveyed same to my family members who were supposed to meet me at Noida in the property. When reached there to checkin, was told "your booking has not been done considering we do not have a large room for four people." They were neither ready to give me two rooms for four people nor had a large room for four people which was committed and confirmed by booking.com first later by the hotel as well. I have all proofs and evidences, but they dined simply mentioning this was a technical glitch. My family was there and i was embarrassed to book in Radisson Hotel Noida. I requested and agreed to pay any extra amount and literally begged for accommodation of four people somehow. At the end they gave me executive suit with two extra folding beds against addition cost. Facilities, suit and other things were good enough but this experience of booking through booking.com was worst possible. I am neither going to use booking.com. Even if I will visit same property will not trust on the alliance of Booking.Com and the property. Lost trust completely on Booking.com. This was first time, I am back to my favourite MMT.

Staff is extremely nice - but they need to be trained better.

FNB Manager needs to be better trained and train his staff better. Only few staff were well trained - others came to the room and left a sweaty smell - they need to have better hygeine.

In room dining was excellent, and got very tasty and hygienic food. Had lots of Indian and continental option is breakfast.
