Cleanliness, staff behavior is not at all pleasing which is expected in hospitality industry , bathroom which have aged beyond their usage time. furniture's are bad. Dust inside hotel. waste of ~~INR7K per night stay.

The rooms were not soundproof. Noise was coming from other rooms at 3 am. The receptionist didnt pick the call for 20 minutes. Wifi was weak in the room. Even mobile signal was not there.

Reviewed Sep 12, 2025Staff is well groomed. Room was clean and housekeeping cleaned the room twice, if needed. Special mention of Mr Suraj , who was always there to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We are senior citizens and had some specific needs and he ensured that those are fulfilled.
No complaints on the hotel side but unfortunately many of the guests smoke in the rooms and even corridors causing discomfort to others. A strict watch through CCTV cameras could help.
