The location is nearby to Airport and Railway Station. Riverfrontbis near by. Easy to reach. Rooms are maintained very well. 10 on 10nfor cleanliness. Value for money stay. Cooperative Staff. Mr. Jiten, Mr. Kisan Singh, Ms. Aanchal, Ms. Poulomi, Mr. Sandeep all Staff members are supportive. Not much noisy.

We organised a party at the fern residency (earlier Metropole). Our experience was wonderful, food quality is awesome, ambiance is good, restaurant staff is very cooperative and well mannered. Special thanks to anil chauhan ji, Dharam Singh ji, and Mahesh Parmar ji for making our experience memorable.

Location of the Hotel is best if you are travelling from the Airport. Food was the best part of the hotel. Their breakfast is super delicious with plenty of varieties. Behaviour and service of the hotel staff was excellent. Highly recommend to all the business travellers.

We recently visited Ahmedabad for a 3-day family trip with our kids, and our stay at The Fern Residency Ahmedabad, Subhash Bridge, Series by Marriott truly added to the experience. The location is very convenient, making it easy to explore the city without any hassle. After spending the day घूमना and visiting different places, coming back to a calm and comfortable room felt really relaxing. The hotel is well-maintained, and the overall ambiance is peaceful and family-friendly. It’s not just ideal for family stays, but also a great option for business visits and even wedding functions considering the space and setup. We had a lovely stay and created some beautiful memories during our Ahmedabad trip.

We had lunch at the Gourmet restaurant today, we are very happy to say the excellence about the food it was too 😋 and cherry on cake was the restaurants captin Mr.Mahesh...he is the man who served not only food but he served it with so much love and respect. I had the experience of a cyber fraud as the number in the website is fake n this relates to some hotel management. Already I was duped of Rs 15000 towards booking but some other was duped of Rs 80000. Please be advised to check before payment online

The property is huge .Neat and Clean

House keeping should check the item in bathroom are not empty. In my room handwash,shampoo was empty.

Bit run down, toilet vanity had a crack, everywhere it needed maintenance, my rooms light won’t shut down, I arrived at 11 tried and wanted to sleep but the light won’t shut down, the manager sent the maintenance guy but he also gave up and said you have to sleep like this and I couldn’t sleep whole night as the lights were on. I wasn’t offered any other room or choice.

It is a old hotel, with old furniture's etc. Location is calm, because of the expected bridge construction work which is said to begin soon. Staff are friendly and helpful. Restaurant is OK.

More plug points are required. Room does not have any windows through which we can see outside.

We selected this property due to it being associated with Fern and Marriott names but were total disappointed. The room they assigned initially to us on the four floor was filthy, the glass window was painted entirely, the door lock was busted, has dirty bathroom with rusted mirror and dirty towels; even the corridor appeared dirty as if it has not been cleaned for a long time. We had to fight to get the room changed - I think it was waste of our money…they need refund it

It was a good hotel with few hiccups. Front Office and Housekeeping Team was great. Room was spacious and cleanliness was great. On call services for HK was promptly done without any delays. Konika and Hitesh ( If I remember correctly- the bell assistant) was proactive and helped me during my stay. I had to travel to a destination and was not getting any Uber . However Konika quickly assisted me to arrange the same . Thank you a lot. Service during the breakfast and IRD could be better - I had a shared a detailed feedback at the FNB manager during check out. Food was also ok.

Disappointing Experience at The Fern Residency, Ahmedabad I had an extremely unprofessional experience at this property. Upon arrival, our luggage was left unattended in the lobby, and when we inquired about having it sent to our rooms, Ms. Konika at reception curtly informed us—in front of Manager Mr. Mandal—that our bags would not be moved until full payment was made. Her approach was arrogant and lacked even basic hospitality standards. The dismissive attitude and complete absence of customer service skills made what should have been a welcoming check-in process quite unpleasant. For a hotel of this caliber, I expected far better professionalism from the front desk staff. Unfortunately, this experience has left me unable to recommend this property to others.

Visited the Gourmet restaurant twice in about 3 weeks (once in Sep & once in Oct). The food incl Chinese, Punjabi Main Course as well as all Starters we ordered were awesome. Very friendly & accommodating staff. Also, my Son tried a couple of new dishes & he was super satisfied. Overall, I'd strongly recommend this place for Food, Hospitality & Lovely Ambience. A special shout out to Domin, Tejveer & Manisha for the wonderful service.
