Overall really good, Staff is very cordial, Mirch Masala resturant got tasty breakup. Room is clean and spacious. Value for money. Reception all staff are very helpful especially Rakesh and Aarti.

The dishes at Mirch Masala are a bit expensive, and the menu options are also quite limited.

Great service provided by the staff especially Rakesh and Arti, who accomodated us despite early check in. Overall good experience!

Aarti and Rakesh are well trained for for Hospitality We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the hotel and truly enjoyed every moment of our experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made us feel comfortable and valued throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. The overall ambience of the hotel was excellent, and every facility was thoughtfully arranged to make the stay relaxing and enjoyable. The food was delicious, with a great variety of options, and the service throughout the hotel was prompt and professional. A special mention goes to Aarti and Rakesh, who made our stay even more memorable with their friendly, attentive, and courteous service. Their professionalism, helpful nature, and genuine care for guests really stood out. They went above and beyond to ensure that everything was comfortable and that we had a pleasant experience. We truly appreciate the entire team for their hospitality and dedication. It is rare to find such a perfect combination of comfort, cleanliness, great service, and warm hospitality.

Property doesn't have a saperate restuarant. Restuarant is run by some other team. But still it was ok.

The location is not so great. Its near to the Sabarmati Ashram. The room is ok. Very small room. The washroom was stinking. The staff were very polite and gentle. They have a very good restaurant and they serve tasty food. The complimentary breakfast was superb. It's an old building and the rooms have to refurbished.

I was charged much higher rent than the other guests, they were charged 4000/{ + tax.with.break fast that too 2 persons I was single traveller you know how much.I was charged, may be because I booked it online

Spacious and clean rooms, grand spread of breakfast, courteous staff, all at very reasonable room rates. Enjoyed our two day stay at the Fort.

Gym, swimming facility were not available in house and we were offered transportation to a sister hotel for these amenities. This was a bit inconvenient.

Small rooms and it’s like glorified lodge with 4 star price

The staff was courteous.

The shower area flooring was slippery, not good for senior citizens. There were no grips or bars on the shower walls for them to hold. They were not happy with the food at the restaurant, so they chose to dine elsewhere. On the whole they felt it was not value for money they spent.

The food was good overall. Location was convenient, close to major attractions.

The room was cramped. It was not the same as mentioned during booking. You keep two suitcases on the floor, there is no walking space. There was no cubicle or shower curtain in the bathroom. After taking bath, whole bathroom and toilet washbasin area was flooded with water. The most important issue is checkout timing. In the hotel website it mentioned as 12 noon to 12'o clock midnight. Same thing was mentioned in my booking voucher. I booked this hotel considering this aspect. But on this issue, there was lot of confusion among the staff of this hotel. We were told to vacate the hotel by 12 noon. We were not prepared for this and had to vacate in a hurry after requesting a grace time of half an hour. There should be clear cut check out time so that guests are not put to any inconvenience. 12-12 check out time is misleading and confusing.
