Preis Leistung ist wirklich Super. Es ist alles vorhanden, die Zimmer sind riesig, Pool ist schön und groß, direkter Zugang zur Strandpromenade, kleines Gym, 7/11 ein paar Minuten gehen. Personal ist wirklich sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Ich hatte sogar Meerblick. Es gibt sogar einen kostenlosen Shuttle zum Terminal21

Es kommen und gehen täglich ganze Reisebusse, was es teilweise etwas laut macht wenn diese ankommen. Die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig. Für Strandurlaub eher ungeeignet und etwas weiter als weg vom Zentrum. Je nach dem was man sucht.

Awesome pool good location

Cold breakfast and same food everyday If you want hot breakfast you have to get up at 5am when it starts otherwise its stone cold If you order omelette or scambled eggs it hot other than that all other food is cold and not nice to eat Had to ask reception everyday to have our room cleaned which was disappointing

Breakfas was great. A diverse buffet with most what one wants for a morning meal unless perhaps if you are a total vegan. The staff friendly and helpful.

Facilities were not homely. More a nonpersonal conference facilitie but the pool are also failry suitable for a family with small children. The beachfront great for walking but swimming in the sea not really possible.

Nice and big pool area, decent breakfast, and easy access to near by beach. It was no Hilton but very good value for the price.

The location was the weakest point of the place. There were only couple of restaurants and one small supermarket near by, However, there was a free hourly shuttle to Central Pattaya mall.

In der Unterkunft hat mir gefallen, dass alles, was das Hotel zu bieten hat. Da war wie zum Beispiel Pool, Aktivitäten und Strand aber leider keine Shopping Calls und Essens Bistros hatte

Der Service, der dort angeboten wurde, waren alle Inkompetenz. Wederdungen, die man als Bistro bestellt hatte, kam richtig an vor allem auch sehr verzögert. Wir haben für eine Bestellung 2 Stunden gewartet. Im Großen und Ganzen ist das Service sehr Scheiße gewesen.

La plage qui était décrite comme plage privée de l'hôtel était d'une saleté et une odeur insupportable. Dégoutant de penser se mettre dans l'eau. Ni même une promenade au bord deb l'eau.

perfect location near the beach, quiet place

A hotel cannot have 5 stars, the best ones get that and the details decide, when they make a lot of extra eggs for breakfast around 9 am but don't keep them warm anymore, when the sliding door to the bathroom has never been cleaned, when the receptionist makes you wait until exactly 2 pm for check-in and then 30 people crowd in and you see that the hotel has many free rooms available, when they don't turn on the air conditioning in the gym, when the waste water in the shower stinks because no one has used it for a long time... these are the details why this hotel cannot have 5 stars, but again for the quality and price ratio it is great... I recommend it

Personale meravigliosi e disponibile... Posto perfetto per famiglia, perché e una zona tranquilla. E attaccata al mare con una bella passeggiata sul lungomare...

Die lage zu Pattaya central beach road strand braucht ein wenig gedult mit dem taxi ca.30. Min. Gibt zwar ein hotel bus der in die stadt fährt aber nur 3 mal täglich. Lage sehr auserhalb abseitz jetz auch nicht wirklich was intressantes zu erleben. Das essen ist jetz auch nur mittlerer durschnitt. Hotel hat die besten jahre denke ich schon hintersich. Nicht zu empfehlen der wo pattaya city nachtleben erkunden will. Für mich auf jeden fall der erste und letze besuch in diesem hotel

Det var billigt. Restaurantmanageren var flink. Gode shuttlebusmuligheder. Værelset, der lå nede ved poolen, var dejlig centralt. Fin nok strand, hvis du går langs promenaden og mega hyggelig DAM-restaurant.

Alt alt for hårde senge. De var ulidelige at ligge i. Og så var der meget lydt på værelset. Hver enkelt skyl fra toiletterne kunne høres fra naboerne. Man blev vækket om natten af alle lydene og stemmer ude fra gangen. Udvalget af mad var også ret begrænset, ift. så mange stjerner som hotellet har. Der manglede solsenge og hynder omkring poolen. Særligt ved årsskiftet, hvor der var mange overnattende.

Room only had one outlet, lucky I already had a extention cord, just inconvenient.

Hotel rooms were comfortable and big with great views. Lift service excellent never waited more than a minute. Very comfortable beds. Shower perfect.very easy to balance the the hot and cold include water power.

Can hear one's neighbors. The breakfast needed some inspiration. The same food every day. Coffee disappointing..Not enough choices. But quality food excellent and delicious

Märktes att rummen var gamla och ej moderniserade då det exempelvis knappt fanns eluttag som man behöver i större utsträckning idag. Personalen var överkörda så en dag låg det nya örngott på sängen som personalen inte hann byta åt oss. Frukosten vad medelmåttig och ej prisvärd.

The pool and the garden was great

It was ok, nothing wrong with most things.

We had a room at the side of the pool and every morning they turn music on. I could not get a good rest.

We stayed here for 4 nights occupying 6 suites. Unfortunately, this hotel does not meet 5-star standards at all. The location is very remote and far from everything. This wouldn't be a problem if the hotel offered great facilities and food, but it didn't. We booked half-board, which was a mistake. Breakfast was heavy on hot Asian dishes (curries) at 7 AM, lacking fresh juices or good bread varieties. Dinner was even worse: vouchers for supermarket-quality pizza or a limited menu where items were sold out. Since the hotel is so isolated, we had no other options nearby. The comfort level was also low. The pool area looked nice, but the sunbeds had no mattresses or cushions—just hard surfaces with a towel. The rooms are dated with hard beds. Housekeeping was totally inconsistent: one of our suites was cleaned daily, while another wasn't touched for 4 days. Definitely not the luxury experience we paid for.

The staff were excellent. The hotel was quiet and away from the noise etc of the city. Room was large and good view of the sea. The one room facility I loved was the wonderful water pressure, made showering feel reviving after a hot day walking.

Distance from the city proved an issue. The bed was so hard and uncomfortable. There was a kettle but no coffee, tea or creamer provided.

当我入住的时候前台接待态度非常差，没有笑容，付费的早餐非常差，水果上面没有遮盖还有苍蝇，大堂和餐厅没有空调 感觉很热

Employees were amazing and when I asked if they could leave a card for my girlfriend’s birthday they decorated the bed entirely which was an amazing surprise!

Pool war sehr schön...alles andere kann man nicht empfehlen. Lage ist am Arsch der Welt.

The website promised beach access to the beach, but for real there was no way from the resort to the beach ! The pictures from the pool makes you believe there is a real connections to the beach.

Great breakfast, good location. Staff friendly and helpful. Highly recommend if you want to stay near Pattaya but not in Pattaya.

Bữa sáng quá nghèo nàn so với tiêu chuẩn khách sạn. Cần cải thiện nhiều. Lượng khách ăn sáng đông, nhưng nhân viên thu dọn đồ ăn thừa hình như rất ít. Kết quả là có nhiều bàn trống nhưng không ai ngồi vì đồ ăn thừa trên bàn không ai dọn.

Sự đa dạng của món ăn không nhiều. Chất lượng món ăn không ngon.
