We zijn hier een paar dagen geweest om bij te komen van alle indrukken van onze rondreis door Thailand. Wat ons betreft is dit hotel voor dat doeleinde perfect! Alles is hier tot in de puntjes geregeld, zoals je dat ook mag verwachten van een 5 sterrenhotel. We hebben genoten van de prachtige ruime kamers met tussendeur - ideaal voor gezinnen -, van het heerlijke ontbijt, het zwembad met cocktailbar en de massage (bijbetaling). Heerlijk ontspannen!

De nabije omgeving is niet echt pittoresk te noemen, maar dat hoeft wat ons betreft ook niet want je hebt op het resort alles. In de buurt zit overigens nog wel een klein haventje met een geweldig visrestaurant (Shell Tangkay). Daar hebben we twee avonden heerlijk gegeten.

Nice green, great chill area and pool, separate kids pool, good breakfast, nice bar.

We rented the “Villa” which turned out to be a room and not the expected home. The description Villa is irritating and not accurate. U will have neighbours in the floor above and next to u. The property is directly at the sea but swimming is not possible at all. It is a dump - bottles, plastic and all kind of scrap in the muddy sand. The reception is in the second floor which is stupidly.

Our room was exactly as pictured, and we especially loved the private pool. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. We also had a great experience at the spa; the treatments were excellent. The resort offers a complimentary shuttle service to and from two locations in the city, which was very convenient and made getting around much easier.

On the downside, the restaurant food could have been better, though that may come down to personal preference. Also, if you order food from outside the resort, you'll need to collect it from the main gate, which is about a 5–10 minute walk from the room. One thing to keep in mind if you're booking a Skyview Pool Villa is that you'll need to climb a flight of stairs to access the room.

The hotel is incredibly quiet and perfect for relaxing. The absolute highlight was the delicious breakfast buffet, especially the unlimited river prawns! The air conditioning in the room was freezing cold, which was much appreciated. The room was a bit humid at first, but the hotel thoughtfully provided an in-room dehumidifier that solved the problem completely. The private beach area is peaceful and nice for a stroll.

My room did not have a sea view. I also wasn't a fan of the bathroom design; it lacks privacy because it is only separated by a fabric curtain instead of a solid door. Additionally, while having a private beach is nice for the atmosphere, the water isn't really suitable or inviting for swimming.

Warm pool. Great big trees. Breakfast with river prawn, sticky rice mango, great variety of choices. Real juice drink. Especially beal drink.

The beach is not beautiful and definitely you would not be able to walk along the beach like other area in Pattaya beach

1.แขกเยอะมาก จนที่นั่งทานอาหารเช้าไม่ค่อยมี ยิ่งในห้องแอร์ยิ่งไม่ว่างเลย น่าจะต้องขยายโซนมีเครื่องปรับอากาศเพิ่ม ในฤดูร้อน อากาศร้อนมาก 2.แอร์ไม่ค่อยเย็น อยากให้เพิ่มแอร์ในส่วนห้องน้ำด้วย เพราะถ้าเปิดประตูไว้ เหมือนมีกลิ่นท่อ ถ้าปิดประตูเหมือนไม่มีอากาศหายใจ

Nice clean hotel

Good breakfast, pool in the villa was very nice and a decent size, great staff and amenities.

The beach is not cleaned, the restaurant design is more like a cantina.

Not much at all ..no help at all for disabled people not able to eat at breakfast area many steps to breakfast area ...no good for infirm

I mean no harm but I really want you guys to improve. Room 311 smells like something rotten. Imagine you smell it all night long.... And perfume sprey didnt help much. Also bath tub is not chean, dead bug and oily surface. House keeping did come back and clean it super fast. Room in the ground floor has zero privacy.

Breakfast was the same selections every morning, could add more options. The private pool was in the shade so it was chilly.

Le restaurant: personnel ne parlant quasiment pas anglais. Les plats qui arrivent en même temps et même durant l apéritif. La piscine dont l accès est pour moi un peu dangereux . Horrible plage.

Room was beautiful and the resort overall is so gorgeous. Lush plants, trees and orchids everywhere, which was such a refreshing, relaxing change from the busy streets. We got a ride into town by the free shuttle and hated how busy walking street/night bazar area was and couldn’t wait to get back to Navana. That being said, it’s the perfect location. Close walking distance to several markets but away from the nonsense of loud bars and prostitutes. Pools were very clean and the staff is very nice. Complimentary fruit, snacks and bottled water in the mini fridge were appreciated. Breakfast buffet was great- fresh, with lots of options.

**Black mold in the shower of the Beachfront Pool Villa, room 9. Light switches were oddly difficult to operate so several times we thought the room lost power (user error on that though). The “beach” is a small dirty strip of sand littered with trash- plastic bags and bottles/styrofoam/broken glass. This is not a direct fault of the resort, but rather this area of Thailand as a whole. A staff member made a half hearted attempt to sweep a part of the sand but it is not the “IG worthy” picturesque beach you are thinking, if that’s what you are after…

Paikka oli todellinen keidas meluisassa kaupungissa. Kun käveli hotellin portin sisäpuolelle melu tuntui jäävän jonnekin kauas ja kuului lintujen laulu, kukkonkiekuu ja koirien haukunta. Nämä välillä jopa melko voimakkaana yöllä :) mutta ei se häirinnyt meitä. Ylimmäisen kerroksen reuna huoneisto ja iso parveke lepotuoleineen oli aivan ihana. Huoneen suihku oli hyvä ja oli kiva kun jääkaapissa oli joka päivä runsaasti vettä ja pienet välipala hedelmät ja jellyt. Aamiainen oli runsas ja monipuolinen ja siistiä. Hotellin oma ranta myös luxusta. Olimme erittäin tyytyväisiä ja jos koskaan tulemme Pattayalle tulemme uudelleen.

This was a very comfortable stay overall. The room was spacious, and the shower water got nice and warm, which I really appreciated. You were provided with water, coffee, tea and a plate with 4 slices of an apple and a banana. We visited in January, and the hotel wasn’t crowded at all, which made everything feel calm and relaxing. We spend a day at the pool and there was at most four other couples. At one point we were sharing the pool with only one other guest. Breakfast had a good variety of options, even though the selection stayed mostly the same each day. There were eggs, different types of fried rice, cereal, bacon, fruit, sticky rice with mango, and you can make your own waffle and pancakes to name a few. There was a small gym that we did not use. The hotel does offer a shuttle to Terminal 21 which we took advantage of our first night there. We did take a grab almost every where we needed to go, so can't say for sure what is within walking distance.

Overall, we had a nice stay, but there were a few things that could be improved. When we arrived, our private pool was covered in leaves. I understand this isn’t fully the hotel’s fault since there’s a tree directly above it, but it would have been great if housekeeping had done a quick check before we received the keys. I started clearing it myself by hand and then decided to call the lobby to ask for a net, and they kindly sent someone right away to clean it, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the outdoor tub was also covered in leaves every day, so we didn’t end up using it during our stay. We chose to spend most of our pool time at the shared pool since our private pool was under the shade and we were hoping to get some sun. At night, we tried using our own pool again, but since it’s not heated and January evenings are chilly, the water was too cold to enjoy. A heated option would make a big difference during the nights. I’d also suggest adding some form of mosquito repellent for the private pools as there were quite a few insects in the evenings. It would also be helpful to have easier access to food and drinks when in the common pool area, we weren’t sure how to order and only got a menu after spotting a staff member byt the breakfast restaurant a few hours later. I would also suggest having a small container of almond milk, soy or oatmeal option for those indidivuals that cannot drink regular milk during breakfast. One small design note: I wish the toilet area had a door for more privacy. While there’s a large sliding door to close off the whole bathroom space, where the toilet itself is open. Lastly, just be aware you are not booking this to use the beach. During low tide we noticed quite a bit of trash along the shoreline, so we didn’t spend any time in this area. Just a little dissapointing to see all the trash. At one point we even spotted a tire. With a few small improvements, the experience could be even better.

Only thing didn't like was the ocean water wasn't that crystal blue pristine you envision.. but beach was clean and relaxing to sit and enjoy.

The beech was poor quality, when the tide was in it looked dirty, I was advised not to swim in it by a local man, when the tide went out the beach was full of bottles, broken bottles, tyres, wheels, a video was taken if needed

Very nice hotel, well look after and very clean. Staffs are nice and friendly including security, housekeeping. I love my pool villa room.

Breakfast are the same everyday, would be nice if they rotate a few options.

Calm and serene. Large rooms. Pool in the villa was great although very small but within the room, you don’t use the villa to swim.

Location very far. Food was bad Ava all the 4 days the breakfast menu was the same. Not even one single item was changed. It was pathetic.

La plage privée pleine de détritus, de plastique. Les transats en tissus d’une saleté innommables .Pas possible de rester sur la plage tellement il y avait des plastiques et autres. Incroyable pour ce type d’hôtel.

Vandenynas labai purvinas, tad čia žydros pakrantės nerasite. Kambariai labai smirda pelėsiumi. Kaina tikrai neatitinka kokybės. Lova labai kieta.

Vriendelijk personeel. Kamer was eerder beschikbaar, uur voor inchecktijd. Rustig gelegen, direct aan het strand. Uitstekend ontbijt.
