Le petit-déjeuner était super et bien garni.Le fait de la carafe à eau en verre en chambre qu'on remplit à la fontaine frigo installée au couloir de l’hôtel pour éviter l'usage des bouteilles en plastique m'a beaucoup impressionné.

I couldn’t use the pool I have a knee injury & the adult pool only had huge steps or a ladder entry, wouldn’t worry everyone so a small thing. Cleaning was adequate but there were things that needed a bit more attention, light & lamp fittings especially by the bed.

Nice location, close to the local shops and restaurants. It’s possible to walk to the beach. There is also a shuttle to the private beach, which is very convenient. Very good breakfast. The staff should get a special acknowledgment, because they were very welcoming and helpful.

La qualité du service offert, la chaleureuse attention du personnel et sa bienveillance, le cadre qui est maintenu en bon état, les navettes organisées pour la plage, la propreté.

Il y a certains carreaux de la piscine qui se décollent, ce qui est très dangereux quand il arrive de marcher dessus j’ai été blessé le jour de mon départ. Les équipements de la salle de gym peuvent être renforcés si possible.

The hotel is set back from the road by about 200 metres/yards so is quiet from street noise and is a good location for the restaurants etc. Not much else sadly. Try the Warungs, dont be afraid as the food is cheap and traditional and never had a problem, sure the decor is not the best but if you see Balinese eating there it is good and safe

For a brand-named hotel it was disappointing even though I supposedly got a good price by booking early but did not get the room I booked but they fixed that but if it says terrace then email the hotel after booking and say if it is actual terrace and not a 1x2 meter balcony. Had issue with my second meal and told the staff and they simply said they will tell the cook. So never ate there again and hotel did not an extra dollar from me for 9 nights (hotels work on incidental so probably explains why I did not see many eating there) . WiFi is weak even if you hotspot. Pool is missing so many tiles it is close to having less than more. A lot of the other guests from a certain country are so rude to other guests and staff, they towel the pools then come back hours later and the hotel does not monitor it. The shuttle to the beach is small so get their early and coming back is even worse and you will be left behind as those certain guests rush the shuttle and then argue. When you get to the beach there is only small amount of chairs and the staff dont speak any other language and are on their phones. Anything over $50 would (without Breakfast) be too much and would cheaper to go get a cheaper and better meal outside of the hotel. In short I expect more from Mecure, last time I stayed next door at the Grand Bali and it was great with good staff, large rooms and a traditional Bali feel. Dont get me started on the fitness centre which is only there to meet the 4 star criteria

Had a good, value-for-money stay. WiFi was good all around the resort. Breakfast quality could be improved. Room was decent; but toilet smelt like pee and the bathroom floor is very slippery. Water pressure not so good as well. Decent gym that opens till 9pm.

Location is nice and the rooms very clean and tidy. The staffs so friendly. Amazing

Breakfast had a lot of varieties. Facinating pool. Staff were very polite and well trained. Hotel provided a Shuttle bus to the beach. Location was near to Nusa dua facilities , shops , markets , etc.. by just walking around you can reach any

They did not decorate our room for honeymoon. The AC dropped some drops of water on the ground. Size of the room was very small , it was very compact.

The smell of the room was quite overwhelming damp. Breakfast options were limited.

Дело не в объекте размещения.. а в полном разочаровании расположения этого объекта в районе Нуса-дуа..мало того, что в этом районе цены в магазинах завышены в 2-3 раза, так еще и пляж и море очень грязные. Поэтому никому и никогда ни посоветую нуса- дуа..

It's was nice & quiet, not noisy. The swimming pools awesome. The staff were so nice & friendly.

The complex is very dated. Inside & outside need painting, waterblasting. Crack papers everywhere. Pool tiles on the bottom of pool coming off. Our room was dated. Mattress very hard. Door wouldn't shut properly, had to slam it. Housekeeping each day was abit slack, never gave extra toiletpaper, never got any body lotion, didn't wipe the counter by jug which if it looks like it needs to be cleaned then clean it. Bath towels small & looking old. Late one afternoon we got backto see a note under door saying there's a private function that night so we couldn't use the outdoor bar area, which we used most nights. SORRY but we were paying quests & that's not acceptable to be told we can't eat dinner or sit around having a drink for the evening, very disappointing as we had been out all day & got back at 7pm wanting to have dinner & drinks & relax.

The breakfast buffet was the perfect size with rotating breakfast items each day. It offered a good balance for those looking to try different local foods, and those wanting something closer to what they'd have at home. The staff were always friendly and greeted me by name. Happy to answer any questions and give recommendations. This hotel is great for travelers who plan to go out and explore, with the odd two to three days by the pool. The shuttle bus to the beach and Bali Collection were easy to navigate and were very punctual.

The property is older and had the natural wear and tear expected from an older building but it was well maintained, always clean, and a great hotel to stay in.

The pool area hasn’t had maintenance maintained, broken furniture, tiles coming out of pool, stainless safety rail up top broken, just a bit dated over all.

Шок от известной сети отелей. Ничего общего с отелями этой сети в европейской части планеты. Из плюсов только расположение и отсутствие ползучих животных.

Номера требуют ремонта, розетки вываливаются из стены, шторы в пятнах и дырах, Уборка на 3 из 10, грязно. Балконы вообще непонятно для чего, стоит коробка от кондиционера и не выйти даже. Завтраки невозможно есть, выбора никакого.

We had a wonderful 2-night stay at Mercure Nusa Dua and truly enjoyed every moment of our visit. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. Special thanks to Ms. Manis for handling our check-in smoothly and professionally, making us feel welcome right away. We are also very grateful to Ms. Mitha for the thoughtful room upgrade to a Deluxe Garden View, which made our stay even more special. The room itself had a charming vintage style, yet remained very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The peaceful garden view added a relaxing ambiance that made it easy for us to unwind and fully enjoy our time at the hotel. Overall, the service, comfort, and warm hospitality exceeded our expectations. Thank you to the entire team at Mercure Nusa Dua for making our stay memorable. We look forward to returning on our next trip to Bali.

Just back from an amazing few days in the Mercure hotel. The staff were amazing and big shout out to Sakthu whose friendly banter in the mornings brightened the day. Food and accommodation was fabulous and we will definitely be back... Hopefully towards the end of the year. Great value for money.... Thanks Rachel and Janice

Was in a handy location within walking distance to the Main Street, but still quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The property and room were looking a bit tired. Not quite the standard normally expected from a stay at the Mercure.

Прекрасное расположение отеля для пляжного отдыха, территория большая, красивая и зеленая. Отсутствие ползучих животных/насекомых в номерах ( а это немаловажно для Бали). По требованию выдают все наборы, которые должны быть в отелях 4* ( для бритья, для чистки зубов и тд).

Завтраки отвратительные ( возможно для азиатов и есть что покушать, но для европейцев отвратительно : сыра, колбасы, масла нет, овощи и все что в теплых контейнерах чесночное и невкусное, кофе это просто черная вода, овощи в минимальном количестве, если хотите хоть немного салата сделать то придется выгрести все что есть там, мастер по яичнице даже по английски не говорит). Номера не просто обновления требуют, там вообще закрывать надо и полностью ремонт делать ( шторы все в пятнах, раковина в трещинах, столещница у раковины тоже вся в трещинах, розетки вываливаются из стены, грязь).

The facilities are old and tatty. They are a far cry from the photos. I was able to book a twin room for 1 adult and 2 kids, when I asked for an additional bed, the hotel was unable to supply one.

There is no charging pot that you can charge while you are on the bed. This was the only thing.

I liked how the staff treated me especially Ayu she was absolutely amazing. She recorded our breakfast attendance with wide smile and with much happiness. After the first day she remembered my room number, it showed me she cared. All was terrific.

The pool area was clean and well maintained. Room was cleaned daily. English was spoken by almost everyone. shuttle to the beach was hourly made it convenient to go back and forth from the beach.

Вежливый персонал, собственный шатл бас к своему пляжу каждый час, отличное SPA, кайфанула от массажа после длинной дороги. Номера очень компактные, функциональные. Нет насекомых!)

Сам отель нуждается в косметическом ремонте. Выглядит уставшим. Много хлорки в бассейне, еда на завтраках не вкусная и совсем нет мяса(может было, но к 10 я не нашла его на шведском столе) Цена за комнату высокая для такого уровня. Лучше бы я выбрала размещение на частной вилле, на виллах всегда жилье просторнее,
