The bed was comfortable. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast in the morning was good. The coffee was a little stronger than what we like, but still good. The location is excellent for getting on the highway.

There wasn't anything specific we didn't like, however because our stay was so short, we didn't have the opportunity to use some of their other amenities, like the pool and hot tub. It was a very nice hotel.

Location is good. Short drive to downtown kelowna. Nearby store - walmart, restaurant etc. Clean. Staff are good in customer service. Free breakfast. Accept pets.

Great stay at the Marriott in Kelowna! I like that breakfast was included. It would have been good to be able to find a place to sit for breakfast but we decided just to sit in the main lobby. It is a lovely hotel. Thank you

Breakfast was super busy, and stuff was running out. No fault of the staff because it was hard to even move around to get your food let alone refill hot water etc...Maybe a few more places to sit and back up hot waters/refills ready to go?

The room was well equipped, not sure 2 TVs were necessary as they were mounted only 1 mt apart. Breakfast options were plentiful. Location was great.

Check in and Check out was slow and cumbersome. Room service staff lining the corridor in the morning waiting for rooms to empty was a real put off.

We really enjoyed the breakfast, the waffles were crispy and fluffy. The bacon was crispy and there were alot of options to choose from. The complimentary coffee that is available 24 hours was cold but still good. We reheated it in our microwave. The bed was comfortable , the room was clean . We had a pull out couch for our kids but we were missing the pillows and blankets for the bed. The pool was average and there were no pool towels . So we asked for more room towels so we could use the ones we had in our room to dry off after swimming. When we first checked in the front desk person barely looked up from the phone to address us. It took a while to check in but we were the only people at the front desk. We all urgently needed the washroom. Whenever we needed something and had to go to the front desk the attendant barely looked up from the phone.. After we checked in , one of the staff opened our room door and attempted to come inside. They didn't apologize they just left. No one called our room to apologize.

No towels in the pool area Add more waffle maker's ( at least two more) and designate an area for just waffle making. Each waffle takes 3 minutes to make. So having more would cut down on that line. Provide blankets and pillows for the pull out couches Add a soap dish in the bathroom

The location.

The housekeeping is nonexistent! On check in they tell you it's every other day. Apparently that means they'll empty the waste paper baskets. The linens (sheets, towels, pillows) are very tired. It could be a nice hotel if they hired some more housekeeping staff and bought some new linens.

Comfortable beds. Fridge, TV, coffee maker, A/C , free Wifi worked well. Enjoyed the varied hot and cold items available for the free breakfast. Though not able to respond due to other commitments, contact by email from staff asking about our stay was appreciated.

Sometimes difficult to reach staff in person to answer questions or express concerns. Alarm clock went off at 6:00am though we had not set it and no instructions on how to operate it. Iron did not get very hot even on the highest setting. Pair of men's underwear left on the floor under the shelf in the bathroom by a previous guest. Cleaning staff did not come to do straightening up or replace towels during the three days we were there.

Clean friendly and convenient for everything I needed

Clean and well kept property, staff were friendly, and continental breakfast was very good quality. Staff were quick to provide us with a free wine tasting voucher to nearby vineyard. If you like golf, ask for a balcony overlooking the golf course for some free entertainment.

We were unable to turn on the gas fireplace on the second floor balcony, but the balcony itself had comfortable seating and was enjoyable nonetheless.

I received a call from hotel to my room after 9pm I was sleeping and woken up by this call. The person called to ask how I was enjoying my stay so far. That call startled me awake then I had much difficulty getting back to sleep as a result of it. NOT COOL

free breakfast stops at 10 am some of us stay in bed to rest need a secondary free breakfast after the kid hockey teams eat it up .

Great location in West Kelowna. A lovely golf course and mountain view from the balcony. Great air conditioning.

The service was less than some hotels. We were there for 4 nights and only had partial service one time. The breakfast buffet needed some whole grain breads.

Breakfast included. Fitness room had great equipment. Pool and hot tub were good. Room was spacious and had a balcony too. I've included a photo from the balcony.

On a road trip with my 78 year old mother so she could visit a couple friends and stop at the grave site of her parents in Vernon. We stayed at Lac Le Jeune Resort the previous night and it was a huge upgrade of course staying at The Fairfield. The only quirk that I'd like to see different is updated newer coffee machines inside the room. The a Kureg or Nespresso with pods. The machine was very old, sure it worked but it didn't match the nice, new feeling of everything else. The bath tub needed small ceramic repairs on spots but that's all I can say I noticed.

Vehicle got broken into in parking lot. Shower had previous guests hair in it. Everything else met expectations.

Second time staying and we love having a balcony and the beautiful mountain views. Restaurants close by/walking distance. Great health food store for groceries.

One member of the cleaning staff was quite rude.

This hotel was as advertised and met all of the basic needs. Ample parking, clean room, comfortable bed/pillows, nice staff, adequate breakfast. The road noise is loud in the area but of no fault of the hotel. Would easily stay here again when visiting Kelowna.

The rooms are spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good, although the seating area is a bit small. The complaints are the description on site for rooms with mountain view don't mention it's roadside facing and there is plenty of vehicles traveling and this can be heard within the rooms. The other would be the air conditioner was very old and loud in the room. Besides these the rest of the stay was great and the hotel is situated in a very central area for travel lots of sites within a 5-30 minute drive to see and do.

The hotel was clean and well cared for. The staff were exceptional. The hotel was very busy and parking was a challenge. The view side of the building was extremely noisy with large trucks revving engines early morning and well into the evening. One guest was smoking on their balcony.

The complementary breakfasts were great. The pillows in the room need replacing as all flat as a pancake…had a sore neck after the first night. Should be thicker ones included as everyone doesn’t like flat pillows. Friendly, efficient staff.

We checked into our hotel shortly after the check-in time of 3pm, but the room was not available. We waited in the lobby for closed to 2 hours before our room was ready. Despite the hiccup, the staff dealt with the matter promptly and helped us get into the room asap with a fair resolution. Pros: convenience, friendly staff, EV charging, self-serve coffee/tea/water in the lobby Cons: cleanliness- some spots were missed, shower head was not powerful

Nice view, clean room, some paper shoes for walking to and around the pool would be nice, but overall great! Very delicious and great breakfast options!

The exercise room was outstanding! Very clean, seldom used, everything well maintained and ready for use, extra large stretching area was a bonus. The breakfasts were very good - a wide and healthy selection of food. Location and access to restaurants, beaches and wineries was excellent.
