I loved the room. Every single staff member that I spoke to was so kind, friendly, and helpful.

I booked a lake view room. This is a significant stretch. I had a view like any other room on that side of the building of the parking lot. I was charged more for this and it was not worth it.

It’s close to famous wineries! Almost everything is available in close vicinity. They also offer free wine tastings in two wineries. We tried one of those and it was really good. We had a pleasant stay and the staff was excellent!

We love it for our midway stay between Calgary and Vancouver.

The manager was able to accommodate our early check-in on the day with an accessible room, which in our case was an upgrade as it was spacious to for a family of 4 and a concierge trolley full of suitcases! There was a selection from the breakfast menu and we were able to take a tray back to the room which was helpful for slow to move teenagers.

Junior front desk staff could improve customer service.

Modern clean rooms that were tastefully decorated. The room was clean and had really comfortable beds - firm and supportive without being uncomfortable. The hotel is located close to a lot of the popular wineries and in a quiet location. Breakfast was included so it made it really good value.

Facility is very new and clean. Bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is good. There's a salsa dancing event at the hotel restaurant at night. The lake view is beautiful. The best is free parking at the hotel. Hotel has a pool with a big slide.

The waffle machine is slow during the busy breakfast hour. But it's not a big deal.

We absolutely LOVE this place. We have stayed here every time we come to Kelowna. The rooms are beautiful and clean and we love having the kitchen so we don’t have to eat fast food our whole trip. The staff is the absolute best and are so friendly. The breakfast provided each morning is such an added bonus. It’s not just a continental breakfast it’s really a full breakfast. We will never stay anywhere else when we come to Kelowna. The rates are the best around too.

We had an amazing stay here. The hotel was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed in the room. The location was peaceful, and the view was absolutely beautiful. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. What made our experience truly special was that we were celebrating our anniversary, and the hotel went above and beyond to make it memorable. They decorated our room with balloons and flowers, and even left us a thoughtful card wishing us a happy anniversary. We really appreciated the attention to detail and the effort they made to acknowledge our special occasion. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful. We would happily stay here again⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The hotel is located in a very quiet and peaceful area, with restaurants and shops within walking distance. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We really loved the design of the hotel — both the rooms and all the common areas were beautifully done. Everything was thoughtfully designed, and even the small details were carefully considered. The hotel was also exceptionally clean, and everything was very well maintained. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay!

Not much grass for my dog. My room window faced the window at the top of the waterslide. No privacy.

Het hotel is rustig gelegen, dichtbij veel restaurants en winkels. De kamers zijn ruim, modern en de onze had een keuken wat erg fijn is.

No elevator for most of a day and kids running up and down the halls Power was out for a day without emergency lighting in the stairwells

It was very beautiful, clean and spacious. My kids loved the pool and the staff was very happy to come and supervise the slide so my kids could have fun. I really appreciate that.

The only thing I didn't enjoy was the extreme smell of chlorine in the pool. I think more ventilation would be very beneficial. We did end up leaving because the smell gave me a bad headache

Location was great, the hotel was spotlessly clean, and the staff was great.

The fact that the pool is adult only from 9 pm - 11 pm should be rethought. We specifically booked this place with the waterslide for our kids after a hockey game and were unimpressed to learn of this rule. The beds were quite uncomfortable.

Clean and fully equipped rooms. The pool was a huge hit. Breakfast was great, the offered everything you need and accommodated dietary restrictions. Centrally located to shopping, groceries and restaurants.

TV a bit complicated and didnt fully turn off. Light in walk i closet stayed on for a while after closing so you may think that you didnt shut it properly I think sensor not working as it should

I particularly loved the homey feel of the breakfast area. Felt very inviting and warm. The beds and the pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast options were ample and it was so delicious. The staff were so friendly and quick to serve me.

A spacious room and an amazing daily breakfast buffet!

We stayed for two nights. On the first night, we found bed bugs in the linen. My wife couldn’t sleep at all, and the next morning her left eye was red and swollen. The staff responded immediately and replaced everything once we reported it, which we appreciated. On the second night, around 10 p.m., about 10 young boys were loudly chatting in the jacuzzi for over an hour. They kept jumping into the large swimming pool, returning to the warm pool, or standing around talking loudly, and refused to leave. Many guests witnessed this. We could only join the warm pool for the last 15 minutes, from 10:30 p.m., and finally they left at 10:50 p.m., giving us just 10 minutes of quiet to enjoy the pool. Overall, we were a bit disappointed by these experiences, despite the staff’s prompt response to the first issue.

The breakfast was very good. It was fresh and had multiple healthy options. They had good coffee, it was also available all day in the lobby.

The lock on our door was broken. The deadbolt stayed out which made us unable to close the door. We were able to make it go back in but it took a bit to get.

The room was spacious and the kitchenette was an added bonus.

Great 2 night stay at the Townplace Suites Kelowna! Room very spacious and comfortable. Staff extremely friendly and courteous. Ate twice at Elliptsus 51. Good food and good value! They have happy hour specials most evenings. I was especially impressed by one employee, Ruby, who worked at the restaurant, and also at the front desk on the day we departed. So friendly and positive personality!
