Everything was excellent.

The pillows could be better as they are full of air and go too flat when you lay your head on them.

Bed was very comfortable which is something I often dont find in other hotels. I loved the welcome message on the tv, it made me feel very pampered. The breakfast was great. I'm gluten free so was sorry the sausages weren't but the other stuff was excellent.

I booked this hotel because it was convenient for the British slot car centre in corby , I didn't expect it was going to be much better than a Premier Inn, how wrong I was . . . The staff were all really smiley and helpful , rooms clean and comfy, its also walking distance from 2 pubs a domino's and a aldi super market The back garden is delightful and the breakfast buffet is outstanding , I particularly liked the fresh loaf of sour dough bread , although some marmite would have been even better All in all a great experience I'll stay again

Always pleasantly surprised when arriving into the voco about how much it has changed since the refurbishment, it truly is a unique venue to Corby and absolutely exceeds expectations in terms of comfort, quality and service, nothing is ever too much when asking the staff for things and these are honestly the most comfortable beds in the whole of Corby!

Lovely refurbishment made for a clean, comfortable and welcoming stay. The accessible room was one of the best I’ve stayed (only let down my the carpet around the bed). Otherwise it was clear that a great effort had been taken to address accessibility needs, especially for wheelchair users

Great location near Rockingham Castle. We had a lovely time at the circus event, and the children had so much fun. The whole place was very clean and well looked after. A wonderful experience for the whole family.

What a great event for families so good that it was free which enabled everyone to enjoy. We had excellent service from all the staff they all looked like they enjoyed it. Special thanks goes to Mandy who has gone above and beyond with her helpful advice it was really appreciated. This is a beautiful venue just what we need in Corby well done to all.

Because a wedding was happening in one wing of the hotel, we got upgraded. We couldn't hear a single thing from the wedding! The room was exceptionally comfortable (though my back didn't enjoy the mattress, I'm not sure why - it was fine for my partner). The facilities were excellent and the staff were all pleasant and helpful.

Only minor issues here. The shower didn't really drain efficiently, though it never overflowed. We were a little late for breakfast - though there was still an hour left - but there were already some items that had run out, and the layout of the buffet was very unhelpful. What we got, we enjoyed, though.

We came for the family fun day and it was a great event So much for the children to do and a lovely setting

Wow, what an event! 🎪☀️ We visited on Sunday thinking we’d pop in for an hour… that hour somehow turned into 6 hours! 😂❤️ The place was absolutely stunning, the atmosphere was buzzing, and everyone was just enjoying themselves. People relaxing in the sunshine with a drink, while the kids ran around, played and enjoyed life — honestly, what more could you want from a Sunday Funday?! ☀️🍹🎶 And the food was amazing! 🍔🔥 A huge shout-out to New Harmony — you were absolutely incredible! You really made the atmosphere come alive. Listening to reggae and ska music with the sun beaming down was just perfect! 🎶☀️ And a massive shout-out to the amazing event organiser Mandy Adams — you should be so proud of what you created! 👏❤️ We absolutely loved it and can’t wait to see what you have planned for your next event! 🎪🎶✨ 10/10 from us — what a Sunday! ❤️

Amazing wedding on Saturday the 15th August 2026 I attended as my best friend was getting married the food amazing staff so efficient and nothing was too much trouble place is beautiful and if I was getting married I wouldn't think twice about booking this beautiful place Mandy did an amazing job with the organisation and making sure the day ran as smoothly as it did and for all her help and support to my friend through so thanks so much x

Stayed in many times over the years through many make overs and name changes , had such a good experience at Exeter Voco thought id stay here though it was much more expensive, have to say wasnt overly impressed. Won't be back . You'd think next to a cemetery you'd get a peaceful night's sleep but being at the front I was surprised at the amount of traffic noise that woke me up at 6am and then felt I needed to get up to check the time incase we had slept in for check out !! All a me problem of course .

Room was lovely except it wasn't our original choice. Our choice was a twin room ground floor or lift. The one we were given had stairs. They managed to get us a king size bed and lift on the first floor which was fine.

The bed was very soft which didn't suit my back. Also we could have done with lighter bedding during this hot spell.

Would 100% recommend this hotel if you are in the area. Our room was spotless, the bed was the comfiest we’ve stayed in for a long time. The room was a great size, plenty of complimentary hot drinks to choose from, the shower was big & powerful with fluffy towels, shampoo conditioner & body wash, hair dryer too. Blackout curtains, sockets and reading lamp on each bedside. Receptions staff were friendly and helpful but a super shout out to the gentleman hosting breakfast on Monday morning (03/08), he went above and beyond for every guest, his customer service was second to none.

We have nothing negative to say about this hotel or our stay.

Floor in our room was broken badly and the shower struggled to drain away so washing had to be very quick. Not great even your a dusty military show.

Bed was very comfy. Breakfast hash browns and mushrooms were very yummy.

It was mostly clean I saw one dead fly on windowsill that's it. No bin bags in the bin but assumed it was an environment thing. Internet was ok but slow if you want to play games. Didn't seem to have extractor fan in bathroom

In very good condition with quality fittings and fixtures. Staff courteous and friendly. Bedroom very roomy and clean, air conditioning worked very well.

There is a large (approx 55”) TV in the bedroom - but it is run through the VOCO system and was very difficult to use - it didn’t respond to the remote control very well and even trying to get the main tv channels was near impossible, you can’t access the tv guide and on such a large tv as there were no HD channels having to watch SD everything was blurry. During the evening the tv reception kept breaking up and eventually just switched off. I was not impressed!! Restaurant menu is very limited - a daily specials board would be a great improvement.

First room offered (512) was poor. An odd shape, dark and dingy. The only daylight was from two skylights that were difficult to open and the mechanism dirty. Considered unsafe as if there was a fire in the corridor outside the room there would be no means of escape. Would have thought that design was not compliant with building regs. The restaurant atmosphere was unpleasant as very echoey. so much so that if more than just a couple of family groups were in together you could hardly hear yourself think let alone have a conversation. Dinner was edible but not great. Only ate there one evening, went to local pubs the other two nights. Breakfast food though was very good and plentiful.

Was told by family and friends in Corby, not to book it, but thought we would give it a go. Never again! We checked in, got to the room - no shelves or storage, went to speak to reception and a man and the answer was "no" - no offer of help. Saturday afternoon 4pm went to the bar to get a couple of drinks - the barmaid - was too busy singing along to songs, she didnt listen to our order. When we went outside the tables were a state - all the left over lunchtime food was still on the tables attracting flies and wasps. We couldnt sit outside for long as there was an event at the Rugby Club, opposite which was far to loud, as staff said "sorry about it - will finish about 11pm". Not sure how they know that you have been for breakfast as no room number taken when you walk in. Sunday morning breakfast was out of Fawlty Towers. The scrambled eggs on the hot plate were cold, told the waitress she said "sorry about that". 10 mins later she came out with a plate of freshly cooked scrambled eggs (I presume) and proceeded to mix them with the tray of cold eggs. This is a breach of Food Hygiene Standards. Moved on to yoghurt/cereal - no bowls; went to get orange juice - no glasses; went to do the toast - well gave up after 15 mins. No spoons on the tables. I mentioned all this to the waitress and all she said was "sorry about that". If I had a £1 for everytime I heard that over the weekend I would be happy. Sunday breakfast was just as bad - the waitress did not look happy when we asked for orange juice. Sunday lunchtime we asked about the made up rolls in the Deli to be told - "they are freshly made up; these were made on Friday"!!! Needless to say we didn't get any. On Sunday the bathroom flooded - the nice English speaking cleaner sorted it. Speaking to other guests, one lady said that it looks like a jumped up Travel Lodge - as we have never said at a Travel Lodge we cant comment. It might be easier to accept if the hotel/restaurant was busy, but it wasn't. I was glad to see/hear another guests complaining, but getting nowhere. Understand that £4M has been spent on doing up the hotel - thing IHG have missed an opportunity. The staff looked so miserable. Their "couldnt care less attitude" left a lot to be desired. No one was interested. I always believe if you have an issue at an Hotel, raise it whilst you're there, so they can fix it. I did this to several members of staff only to be told "sorry about that" and they walked away. The hotel could be so much better. Staff definitely want changing or training. Won't be staying again - definitely not worth the £349 we paid for 2 nights - got there Saturday 4th and checked out Monday 6th July. You then sent me an email at 14:30 on the 6th to remind me that check out is at 11am! You have to be having a laugh. But we were warned not to stay so should have listened.

The food and service at the Embers Restaurant were terrible, and I cannot recommend it at all. Seated promptly and then ignored. Other tables were entered and ordered drinks and food. The beetroot small plate was like a dip from the supermarket, and the crab was not to my taste. I would consider our group to be polite and patient, but everything that was asked for seemed like an inconvenience. The team just seemed sarcastic and sharp in their service style. The menu looked appealing, but the food did not look appealing and did not have a pleasant taste. This may have been impacted by the fact that we were hungry and had more than two and a half hours from being seated to paying when we had one course. I would also highlight that it was not busy and plenty of team members on duty. Will return to the nearby Premier Inn or Hampton next time, as the food is tasty and as expected.

I wish the rooms provided a small fridge, so that was a big minus for me especially in the heat

They had a garden party that was running from early evening all the way throughout till 1am and it was so so loud to the point I had to complain to management. I had my children with me who couldn't sleep from the loud music which was playing, there was a music speaker connected into our bedroom that was still playing, there were drunkards using cuss words and swearing throughout the night!! It was such an embarrassing situation to have to explain to my children that this isn't normal for a hotel to treat their guests this way!! I reported to the manager for a refund and im still waiting for confirmation.

Pillows were too soft, but that didn't deter my good night's rest. Iron spewed rust particles when engaging the steam function.

Location- close to the tennis center

I book hotels based on the facilities they offer. In this case, one of the main reasons I chose this hotel was the air-conditioned room. Unfortunately, the air conditioning not only failed to work properly, but it seemed to have a mind of its own. We returned to our room (a Cozy Twin Room on the first floor) at around 8:15 p.m., and it was extremely hot. The air conditioning display showed 27°C. I set it to 17°C in an attempt to cool the room down. Opening the window was not a practical solution, as the Cozy Rooms have roof windows positioned directly above the bed. It was still quite bright outside, and my son needed to go to sleep straight away, so we closed the window and relied on the air conditioning instead. After about half an hour, the temperature had reset itself to 27°C. The same thing happened repeatedly. I contacted reception and asked whether someone could check the air conditioning. No one came, although I understand it was quite late. As a result, the room remained uncomfortably hot throughout the night. I completely understand that maintenance work may not be possible at 10 p.m. However, when guests are paying £160 per night, the room and its advertised facilities should have been checked in advance. We had a very poor night's sleep and regret choosing this hotel. We have stayed at Hampton by Hilton before and found it much more comfortable. I would not book this hotel again unless I had absolutely no other option.

We chose the Voco Rockingham for its proximity to Rockingham Castle, and didn’t realise it had been fully refurbished and no longer a Best Western. What a surprise it was, since everything was brand new and sparkling clean. All the comforts you’ll ever need in a room, and very friendly service. Convenient, free parking and full bar. Really good value too.

Hotel of choice in this area. Welcome always professional. Delightful rooms with muted modern decor - excellent facilities - beds amazing. Dinner menu much improved. Breakfast - standard buffet and provides good start to working day.

What a treat, free parking, spacious social areas, clean toilets, friendly, helpful staff. Spacious rooms and shower rooms. Really good value and good vibes.

The room service meal was very good and delivered quickly. The suite was a good size. Two TVs so I could watch the news wherever I was. The coffee machine and drinks facilities were fine with a wide choice of good coffees and teas. As always in hotels, there are never enough milk sachets but they did bring more when asked. The shower was very good and the overall cleanliness of the room was excellent.

The phone in the room didn’t work so I had to walk to reception to get anything. The temperature in the room was quite cold. There is an air con unit but it took several hours to warm the room up. When going to the rooms, there are several steps to negotiate. I walk with a stick so they weren't a welcome sight. There is a wheelchair lift at the side, but it's a remarkably complex unit. Anyone just wheeling a heavy suitcase will struggle.

Room was fantastic for the price. Breakfast was very nice and being able to charge my EV overnight was a great bonus.
