room was very well equipped and modern. Breakfast choice very good. always clean and tidy. I am a single female travelling for work and the location was spot on with places to eat and shop just across the road.

There is not enough parking at the hotel, the only parking available was at a sandwich shop across the street. The manager acknowledged the situation, but did nothing to resolve the situation to my satisfaction.

Everyone here is always so helpful and pleasant, smiling and asking how you are! We did Bingo on Wednesday night. It is always so much fun. Estrella put out a great spread she always does a fantastic job and continues to smile as she is busy taking care to make sure everything is refilled and stirred. She was back at it the next morning for breakfast. What a hard dedicated employee, smiling and friendly all the while she is hard at work. Rafael was here on Wednesday morning with Denia. They are both also a bright light in the morning putting out a great spread for breakfast. It is so welcoming here you look forward to seeing your extended family when you come back.

We had a wonderful experience! Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional from start to finish. The staff was attentive to our needs and made sure we felt well taken care of throughout our visit. The location is also very convenient—just minutes from the airport, which made catching our early flight stress-free. Excellent customer service and a great overall experience. We would definitely return and highly recommend it!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Isaac at the front desk, especially, went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and welcomed during the stay. We will definitely be staying here next time we come back!

The service was awesome as well as the cute little rooms. Just like being in a mini home. Homewood suites went above and beyond especially Estrella, Rafi, and Dania they had excellent food but their personalities were the best things besides the chicken wings hahaha. Seriously great time!!!

Check-in Desk was extremely efficient, professional, and friendly. I accidentally double booked a second room. At first they thought they could not do anything about it until the manager came back on Monday. But by the time I looked at my text in the room, they had gotten a hold of the manager, and it was taken care of. Outstanding help!

My husband(Diamond member) and I recently completed a 16-night stay at the Homewood Suites Fort Myers Airport/FGCU from February 24 to March 10, 2026. Having traveled ten weeks per year for nearly 40 years, we can confidently say this is the best hotel location we have ever stayed in. The entire staff clearly takes great pride in this property. We would like to specifically commend Barbara and Maria Clarke at the front desk, as well as the General Manager, for their exceptional service. The hotel was incredibly clean, and we are grateful to the cleaning staff for their hard work. The maintenance team also deserves recognition for their diligence in cleaning the pool and hosing down the deck daily. Additionally, housekeeping was very accommodating, providing us with extra hangers and kitchen supplies upon request. We also thoroughly enjoyed the Wednesday evening social and the unique addition of lobby Bingo. If Hilton is looking for a model hotel to base staff training on, this location is it. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Another fabulous stay at our favourite American hotel, this time for 13 nights. Due to the lack of direct flights from the UK we needed an overnight stop in Atlanta before flying down to Fort Myers, arriving at about midday. We were greeted warmly by Barbara at reception who helpfully stored our bags until the room we had requested was available while we sunbathed around the pool. We had emailed the hotel prior to arrival requesting as quiet a room as possible (together with extra clothes hangers for the anticipated shopping) and Lauren kindly sorted both of these requests. The rooms are spacious with all the facilities one could need and the big plus point was the number of USB charging points - so important in this day and age. The fridge is huge, the bed enormous, and it really felt like a home from home. The rooms had been refurbished since last year. At breakfast the following morning it was lovely to see Estrella, Denia and Rafael again working so hard to keep the guests happy. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them and they are a credit to the hotel. It was also great to see Maria again who welcomed us with a big smile every morning and helped out at breakfast also. We practiced our Spanish with her. The Wednesday evening social hosted by Barbara and Estrella. Barbara's bingo calling was a delight as guests got to know each other (and we got to celebrate Eugene's birthday again). Come check-out time Barbara helpfully printed off our boarding passes and we took the shuttle to Fort Myers Airport. Eighteen hours later we were back in the UK: was Fort Myers just a dream? No it was real and we are just waiting for flights for 2027 to go on sale so we can return.

Friendly staff, clean, convenient location… I could single out almost every house keeping and kitchen personnel, just to name a few; Claribel, Nicole, Maria, Yudermis, Ramon, Denia, “Juanito”, Estrella, Rafael, Evi, and many more…

Enjoyed 2 week stay. Friendly staff. Denia, Estrella, Rafael, great breakfast staff. Maid service excellent. Remodeling should only enhance future stays.

Just arrived yesterday the 26th of January. This morning was greeted by smiling faces of Denia and Rafael. We are repeat customers here. Rafael always keeps a banana in the refrigerator for me. That is all I eat for breakfast, a banana and a glass of water. No matter the day He always is there to greet me with that smiling face and great customer service. They put out a great breakfast spread here with a huge variety for everyone's appetite. Thank you Denia, Estrella, and Rafael for always going above and beyond!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

My husband and I appreciated the wonderful staff at this hotel. They are just like family to guests: breakfast crew Denia, Estrella and Rafael; receptionist Barbara; household staff Maria, Nicole and Ramon. The hotel has a great location with fine amenities. Buffet breakfast is delicious, Wednesday night Social supper/Bingo is great community fun! This is THE hotel for guests!

Estrella did an awesome job last night at the Wednesday social. She was by herself and still managed to come by and pick up our plates. Always smiling and going above and beyond! Bingo was so much fun glad you brought it back! We are usually here once a month for business . Denia and Rafael did great job at breakfast that same morning! I wish the 3 of them could be everywhere we stay. Best crew ever! 10 🌟

What a pleasant surprise. Friendly staff. Clean room. As a bonus, on Wednesdays they have a greet and meet at 5:30. Complimentary food, beer, and wine. Plus, bingo until 7:00. Strongly recommended this well run hotel!

The TV didn’t work. The maintenance guy came but didn’t fix it. The front desk staff kept texting to ask about our stay but although I mentioned issues with the TV, they did nothing to fix it. I always bring my Roku and even that didn’t work.

It was a good experience for my business trip despite the current renovations that were ongoing during my stay. I would like to specially mention Denia and Estrella for their work during breakfast time. I strongly recommend replacing the dryers in the laundry room as they do not work properly.

This is one of the only places I will stay at in Fort Myers. The hotel is beautiful and the service is amazing. Huge shout out to Denia, Estrella, and Rafael for taking such good care of us.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I’m a female traveling alone and stayed for 4 nights. It’s extremely safe, the staff is super friendly, everything is immaculately clean and it’s within walking distance to several places to eat. The only reason I gave 4 stars for the facility instead of 5 is because my daughter planned to come hang out with me and grill one day and that was the day the pool was closed for maintenance. We could use the pool next door (at Hilton) but that’s where we usually stay and the pool is in the hot sun with no shade and there are no grills. Other than that, the stay was perfect!

Great stay and friendly staff. My suite was spotless and comfortable. I had to leave too early for breakfast however I appreciated the coffee in the lobby before my flight. I look forward to returning.

Perfect spot if you are visiting FGCU. Lots of dining options that you can walk to. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was OK, I wish they had more fruit as well as gluten-free options. The only not great thing, was the pillows. They were very uncomfortable.

Only spent one night. But everything from front desk and the room was spot on. Loved the room and the layout of it. Shower was great. Good water pressure and hot. The only thing was the parking but that was because it was close to the university and it was move in weekend lol. Will be staying here again

We had a glass of wine at the evening social. Then we walked to the backyard social and played some games and ate some delicious food truck snacks. It was walkable and safe.

Hilton Homewood Suites is amazing clean and customers service impeccable.

The location was great! The TV ( dish) was not so great, you can only see the guide as the tv starts up.

The staff in the reception and the housekeepers were very welcoming, we stayed in the suite with 2 rooms one king bed and two queen beds, it had a kitchen and living area with 2 bathrooms, I was very comfortable for our family of 7, we had a great stay, everything was nice and clean, we will definitely be back.

The breakfast options where ok but a bit bland,the eggs had a weird consistency but the waffles, the chia pudding and oats were very good.

While living at Homewood Suites FGCU by the Ft Myers airport, I was treated like one of the family. From Denia, Estrella, and Rafael in the dining area; the front desk Barbara, Lisa, and Shelly; Maylove and Marisol, Ramon and Nicole in Housekeeping; Maryanne, Tim and Terry (drivers); Tom, Juan, John, and Pierre in maintenance, my life was made easy and comfortable for two and a half years. Management (Evie and Casey) should be very proud. God bless each and every one!

Well equiped suites, very clean and confortable. Breakfast was also pretty good and it varies everyday.

Breakfast was good. However, they lost our reservation and had blamed Expedia. Turned out, they gave it to another person. Then, they gave me the key to the room after half hour of working with Expedia to correct and it was the room in which was supposed to be mine and a guy came running out when I opened the door!!!! We could have been killed in that dangerous situation!!

We had a great stay and really enjoyed the evening socials on Wednesday nights. Isaac did an awesome job hosting Bingo and Jeopardy and was helpful with extending our stay/updating our reservation. The room was spacious and great for our dog!

Isaac who works the front desk, very friendly and welcoming. We stayed at this hotel for FGCU orientation. My grandson loved the fish tank in the lobby. Breakfast staff helped and friendly. Will stay again.
