Sheets was a little stiff, and we got to the room and the AC wasn't on. Being in Florida with Temp in the upper 90° it would have been nicer to have the ac on. But other than that it was a good stay.

The staff was great.

Our first room had roaches. The front desk took care of us right away and moved our room

The shower was super. Loved the rain shower head. Breakfast was good!

The Hyatt place in Fort Myers at the forum. I was there July 6 and had to come back to the room around 9:00 AM. I ran into the sweetest woman cleaning my room. Her name was Carmel very helpful and did a thorough job. I recommend you ask for Carmel for housekeeping. Please take care of her. It breaks my heart to see a woman her age still pushing carts and cleaning are rooms. From now on when I stop in this hotel for a stay. I’m going to tip this woman the best that I can. Thank you Carmel see you soon.

The room is excellent and clean I truly enjoyed myself I can't wait to go to another Hyatt. I use to work at Hyatt in the laundry room 1995.

Definitely looked very run down and needs some updating so it appears cleaner. For example the wallpaper in bathroom had a hole and stapled down along edge. Carpet horrible. Ice machine on most floors broken.

The breakfast was outstanding far better than what I’ve experienced at other highly rated hotels in the area. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options, and the staff continuously replenished everything so guests could enjoy all the choices available. Complimentary beverages were also included, which was a great bonus. The hotel feels modern and well maintained. Unlike many hotels that still have old bathtubs showing signs of age and wear, this property features a comfortable walk-in shower. Everything was clean, spacious, and appeared recently renovated. Many hotels I’ve visited still feel stuck in the same style they had 30 years ago, but this one feels fresh and updated throughout. This is an excellent option, especially considering the price-to-quality ratio, which is very good. This is the third hotel I’ve stayed at for work in Fort Myers, and I can confidently say it has been the best one. It will definitely be my first choice the next time I visit the area.

There was a towel with a hole in it in the bathroom, and the bathroom smelled strongly of bleach. I think adding an air freshener after cleaning would make the space feel more welcoming. Other than that, the place was quite nice.

Room was not cleaned and blood was on linens. Hotel is very dated and I will never stay there again. As a loyal Hyatt traveler this was unacceptable

The lunch food was horrible. And they couldn't get the order correct so we just got a refund on the order they messed up more than once because they said the people who were cooking didn't speak English

Nicer than expected , nice lobby, big rooms, breakfast, close to highway, easy parking . Reasonable room price too and very nice room.

Room was small, and didn’t smell clean, service was non existent, room service seemed another I needed new towels.

The hotel and the room were pretty dingy. The front desk person was very inattentive and the hotel seemed to be either dated or dirty. Not a great stay.

The shower had hair all over it and the floor. The body wash was empty as well

we had an incident that was unfortunate i went to the ladies bathroom and it was open only to find one of your male employees doing something wrong it was very disturbing to find this activity in your facility i’m an adult and was scared needless to say if a child is put against this situation. what was more disturbing was that the employee did not even discontinued doing the disgusting behavior we reported but security didn’t even do anything about this won’t be coming back for sure

Cleanliness was horrible. The living room rug and couch are stained with what appears to be pet excrement. I happened in to meet the manager in the elevator and told him of the situation. He said there was a total upgrade planned. I suggest that anyone interested in staying here wait for that before booking.

Very friendly staff, decent breakfast, clean room but very outdated. Furniture had stains and dings all over but decent stay nonetheless.

The room was clean and comfortable. Loved that we could bring our dog. Good breakfast!

Elevators were terribly slow! Washing facilities were not working. Issues with key card too many times.

The hotel was fine. We liked our room because it was roomy and lots of mirrors for hair and makeup. But the highlight was the lady at the front desk named Nesha. She was so nice and helpful and we felt very welcomed. Can’t say enough good about Nesha !

I can't say enough about this property and its employees. From check-in to check-out the staff was very friendly. I had some issues with my reservation, but Curtis straightened it all out for me. He did it in such a way that was very Mara was always there from check-in and her amazing service was impeccable. The entire front desk was so helpful anytime I needed anything. Thank you for helping make my stay special.

Terrible location that needs a complete renovation. Used hypodermic needles hiding above the closet. Broken toilet seat. Chewed up bed frame. Generally just gross.

The room was very worn and outdated, and the light above the vanity didn't work. It took me asking three times before it was fixed, and even then, it was only fixed the night before I checked out. The free water I received as a Hyatt member was warm, not cold. I've stayed at several Hyatt hotels and this experience is making me rethink staying at another one.

Very easy to find and the breakfast was amazing, a lot of variety to choose from. The room we stayed in was very spacious and clean.

That the laundry facilities were not in working order.

Staff were friendly; however, 1. No hand soap or lotion by the sink. 2. No in-room microwave. 3. Dirty mirror over the 4. We could hear road noises and constant noises from others in the rooms around us 5. Nobody answered the front desk phone at midnight. A couple had a loud argument going on from about 7 until after midnight; sometimes spilling out into the hallway. It was disruptive. I called the front desk around midnight to complain and nobody answered. 6. Hot water maker leaked all over the counter (I was careful with the cup) 7. Sink drained extremely slow 8. Lighting to the shower area was so dim it felt I was in a cave with a weak flashlight 9. Rusty towel rack in the shower. 10. Sticky tables in the breakfast area. 11. Watery oatmeal; when I opened the lid all I could see was dirty water. 12. Hallways were very cold.

This property is dealing with a serious beddddbug issue, and the customer service was extremely poor. I had to ask four separate times just to get a crib, which should never happen. When I reported the bedbugs, my concerns were completely dismissed, and management offered no help or resolution. I’ve stayed at Hyatt properties for years and have never experienced anything like this. This stay was unacceptable and very disappointing.

The staff is great and very welcoming. The hotel quality looks great in the lobby. As soon as you get to the elevator, it goes down hill. The comforter had stains on it, the carpets look like they have never been cleaned, and the pool was freezing I do not recommend.

Have stayed here many times before but my most recent stay was definitely the worst. This place has gone way down hill. The rooms were very dirty and dingy. The carpet was littered with black stains. The pillow cases had black marks on them and there was a small yellow stain on the comforter. I was able to get new pillows. The bed felt itchy so I asked for new sheets the next morning. When I got back the bed was made but the yellow stain was still on the comforter. I suppose I should’ve asked for a clean comforter but figured they would change the comforter when changing the sheets. The continental breakfast was the only positive. They had eggs, hash browns, bacon bits, tortillas, and the usual stuff. Definitely will not stay here again.

Great price,great breakfast which is part of your stay Extremely "OLD" facility needs some love & care and who knew its The Hyatt my expectations were MUCH HIGHER than this place...its a place to sleep..absolutely NOTHING around it you would need to rent a car or Uber I would spend more$$ for a nicer, newer place and closer to the beaches.

The only thing good about this property was its proximity to where I needed to be.

Tear the whole building down and start again. The hotel is so dated, it really needs a remodel. Stains on the pillow cases and towels. They don’t have the air running so the room smelled stale. I also had to change rooms because the first room’s toiled kept making this hissing sound. Then the second room has this weird tapping sound in the shower. The staff look like civilians in normal clothing and never smile or greet guests.

The room was spacious enough to fit a pack n play

We were double charged by the Hyatt and by Booking.com. And for the price to stay the two nights, they should have more options for breakfast.

The Hyatt in the forums of Ft.myers.Fl, It's a small peace of paradise in a busy world ... I found the staff to be very attentive and helpful I come here often because it's the perfect combination of privacy and attention with a clean room and plenty to do near by .Coming here often I've had ample opportunity to interact with and observe the staff and there is one who stands out above the rest... Nesha first greeted me at the check in desk here with a warm smile happy to not just to assist Us/her customers She obviously enjoys her job and it shows in everything she does. Some people in the hotel industry respond to a customer asking for assistance as if we are bothering them on the one night the get off all year lol there night off irritated and short with us making what should be pleasant become a awkward interaction But every time I've ever came she has always been so Amazing she handles each and every customer with the up most care and doesn't short anyone of her one of a kind hospitality that immediately makes you feel welcome and safe.... She deserves to be recognized for her work here and to excell in whatever way she can with Hyatt family she's made the difference more times then I care to admit on my staying over another night or so and packing up to go home. She is a keeper and I believe she would make great manager if she isn't already.... I will close this up by saying the hotel is very nice Yes... The location is amazing especially for a tourist but hands down for me it's the quality care I've received from the staff and from Nesha that keeps me coming back time and again.... Arielle Lenhart

We recently stayed at the Hyatt place for a USSSA baseball tournament in the area. I’d have to say that this is one of the worst hotels that we’ve stayed as a team. The staff was rude and the hotel rooms were filthy. One of our teammates left and went to another area hotel bc her room was crawling with roaches. The only saving grace for our group was the pool area was fine and gave us a place to hang out when we weren’t at the field. We’d never stay here again.

However, the staff was excellent, Breakfast was great. The Lobby and food area was the best. Hyatt owners should be ashamed of the conditions and the mold is smelling on the 3rd floor. I had to get a room change. Hot water should be available all day. I hope someone will invest in this property soon, because it's right off 75.

Musty smell everywhere. Allergies started to act up. Not sure if it was the carpets but overall hotel smleed "old"and seened outdated.

The room and atmosphere was great just wish the room had a microwave other then that it was incredible the bed the shower and television was incredible.

There were noices all night long, the hotel is relly old and smell as humidity we couldn't rest. they try to charge me two times but then refund thank god I was paying attention. Also you can hear when other rooms turn on the shower

I liked the friendly staff

I was very upset to see some things like the elevator needed a wipe down. The main bathroom was taken over by unclean visitor that left a mess in the wheelchair accessible bathroom while I was waiting for check in. They didnt flush and it was a huge mess. I feel bad for the staff who had to take care of that. Plus my bedroom floor was filthy carpet you noticed it in your socks and barefoot l Iike you were walking outside on dirt ground. Feet got balcony had to wash them off and where shoes. Carpet was filthy feeling it was so dirty. Definitely needs a carpet clean.

Our room was next to a staff room. We were at a late night event and were supposed to have a late check out so we could get some sleep. First thing in the morning we were woken up to staff talking, yelling and laughing extremely loudly. Total waste of a hotel night, should have just driven home and gone to bed.

Roaches alive & dead in the hotel room. It was disgusting. Luckily I only had to survive one night to get back to my dad that was in the hospital.

The carpets and the place in general is not clean. I go here every month and I always get a congested nose and my eyes itch so much because this place is so dusty and full of dirty carpets. They need to be replaced. The place in general is not clean. I’m not staying here anymore.

Size and arrangement of the rooms - junior suite. Breakfast buffet excellent for this class of hotel. Staff were excellent.

Hotel has not be refurbished since it opened. I have stayed numerous times and have witnessed deterioration. Furniture in rooms and dining area are all showing extensive wear as is carpeting. Lighting arrangement in rooms not in keeping with modern arrangement.

I stay for 6 nights and they only clean my room twice. When i was leaving i checked under the beds and that was disgusten. The sheets smell gross like if they hadn’t changed them in months.

Staff were very kind and helpful. Breakfast buffet daily was fine. Lobby and rooms are worn and could use a deep clean and refurbish. Location UA very convenient and easily accessible. Ample parking. Price is affordable.

Room was disappointing, stains on the carpet, furniture was scratched and damaged. Room had that not clean feel because of this.
