Leider kein Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer gehabt. Das Restaurant hat uns persönlich nicht so gut gefallen

Dette er virkelig Edens hage, stille, rolig og utrolig vakkert. Så hyggelig atmosfære og trivelige folk som jobber her. En personlig mottakelse med omvisning rundt på hotellet var en flott start på oppholdet.

Tolle Lage, ruhig und trotzdem konnte man alles gut zu Fuß erreichen. Super charmantes Personal an der Rezeption. Schönes Frühstücksbuffet

Die Betten könnten etwas bequemer sein. Das wäre das I-Tüpfelchen.

Goede communicatie, fijne ligging en dat er overl fruitbomen (vijgen, peren) stonden met fruit eraan ;)

De kamer rook erg muf. Hier moet iets aan gedaan worden.

Es un hotelito encantador, bien ubicado aunque mal señalizado para localizarlo si el GPS se lokea, con un buen desayuno y unas camas muy cómodas

Demasiado estrictos con los horarios en el uso de instalaciones

De ligging is prachtig, de rust is heerlijk en de accommodatie is heel sfeervol!

Het eten was oké, niet zo als we verwachtten van dit hotel en in verhouding duur, zeker niet slecht maar het kon beter.

No air conditioning

This is a charming, welcoming, comfortable and beautiful hotel with history. The staff were unfailingly helpful and friendly, and our stay was a joy.

Perfecte locatie. Rust, aardig personeel, ruime kamer en heel schoon. Fijn zwembadje erbij.

Niets, maar als kleine verbetering zou ik zeggen een kleedspiegel op de kamer en airco zou fijn zijn. Maar nu goed opgelost met een waaier.

El personal es encantador y el hotel es perfecto. Hemos ido varias veces y repetiremos.

Een mooi oud gebouw dat is omgebouwd tot een comfortabel hotel. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ruim terras waar je goed kunt verblijven. Het restaurant is wat prijzig, maar wel van erg goede kwaliteit. Het hotel ligt aan de rand van het dorp Lekeitio, dat leuk en levendig is. Alles is beloopbaar, ook de stranden, al is het mooiste strand (Karraspio) wel wat verder.

Naast het hotel is een sporthal waar een zomerkamp of zoiets was. Dat gaf geluidshinder tot circa half 1. Ramen dichtdoen was geen optie, omdat er geen airco aanwezig is.

Ligzetels aan het zwembad zijn te hard, beter ligkussens voorzien. Geen airco. wel een ventilator geplaatst, maar het was wel warm op de kamer.

HET BED !! Doorgezakt matras. Geen airco en die zijn voor de kamers op de 2de verdieping echt wel nodig. Dat in combinatie dat je geen ramen kan open zetten ( dan komen de muggen en andere vliegen je kamer binnen ) maakt de temperatuur op de kamer te hoog. Advies ; plaats horren voor de ramen of een airco

Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage und Parkplätze. Das Stadtzentrum ist fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Schöner Pool. Tolles Frühstück.

Die Zimmer sind ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr sauber und ordentlich.

Beaucoup de charme dans un lieu riche d’histoire . Très grandes chambres et très bon petit déjeuner . Calme et repos à 5 minutes du centre du village et de la première plage. Très beau adresse

Pas d’air conditionnée dans la chambre

La struttura è in perfetto stile basco; la piscina è carina ma l’acqua è un po troppo fredda; colazione ottima e posizione perfetta

Non c’è l’aria condizionata e non ci sono le zanzariere alle finestre quindi non si può stare con la finestra aperta; la moquette a terra non dà idea di pulito

Proximité d’un groupe scolaire avec une fête jusqu’à 2h30. Heureusement ça ne s’est pas reproduit. Chambre un peu vieillotte

Erg gezellig en leuk hotel in Engelse stijl. Super locatie dicht bij het centrum met eigen parkeergelegenheid. Het restaurant was heel goed.

Jammer dat airco voorzieningen ontbreken. Ter compensatie zijn er wel ventilatoren aanwezig.

Das Hotel war sehr konfortabel und wir wären gerne länger geblieben. Das Zimmer war sehr gross und schön eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Es hat einen privaten Parkplatz. Das Personal war freundlich und der Pool gut um sich abzukühlen.

Falls es heiss wird, hat es keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer. Das Bad hat kein Fenster.

Nous avions demandé 1 lit double dans chaque chambre (2): il n’y en avait qu’un seul et 2 lits jumeaux…dommage! Sinon parfait!

De gezellige sfeer van de bar en het terras en het zwembad. De rust van de locatie was ook erg fijn.

Geen airco en de ventilator werkte ook niet erg goed. Het eten in het restaurant was niet bijzonder.

Heerlijk rustig verblijf. Personeel is erg vriendelijk. Locatie is goed, klein stukje lopen naar centrum. Zwembad is fijn tijdens warme dagen. Parkeren is gratis! Fijn want in het dorp is parkeren lastig.

Niks. Prijs is wat hoog, maar verder heerlijk verblijf!

El palacio es precioso y las habitaciones muy grandes y señoriales. Tiene una terraza muy agradable y una piscina (que no probamos porque siempre había gente) La ubicación es perfecta para ir caminando al pueblo y a la playa.

Hacía bastante calor en las habitaciones, aunque tienen un ventilador. La atención en recepción fue buena, pero en la cafetería las camareras eran muy lentas y muy secas. Los precios de la cafetería son excesivos. Hay polvo porque todo el palacio está lleno de alfombras y las habitaciones tienen moqueta y cortinas que arrastran por el suelo. No hay persianas y desde que amanece entra muchísima luz.

Uiterst charmant hotel met zwembad en uitstekende service en diner/lunch mogelijkheden. Ook een degelijk ontbijt en bar 'die we 's avonds graag bezochten.

Airco is deels opgelost maar zou een bijkomende service kunnen zijn - ook een bezoek aan het Palace Zubieta had wel leuk geweest.

Accès difficile en voiture

Could not sleep at night as there was no air conditioning and temperatures were high so the room was very hot. Could not enjoy the beach as each day there was Portuguese man of war jellyfish in the water so no swimming allowed.

Restaurant en ontbijt zijn dik in orde. Zeer gezellig hotel.

Locatie, omgeving, liep zo het dorp in. Ontbijt was heerlijk. Grote kamer

Geen badjas, zwembad bedjes geen kussens, lagen niet lekker.

Superfint hotell, poolen och god frukost

Det var varmt och fuktigt när vi var där och det finns ingen AC så det var svårt att sova. Det kom in mygg om man hade fönstren öppna.

Hermoso hotel tanto el edificio como la terraza, un lugar que preserva su historia ,lindas habitaciones , excelente atención de todo el personal,el desayuno delicioso (vale la pena el precio.)

Nice situation. Short walk into town and port. Nice bar and restaurant with a choice of tasty snacks or full meals. Staff were friendly and helpful.

No air con which might be a problem in very high temperatures.

No tiene aire acondicionado, pasamos un calor espantoso, no se podían dejar las ventanas abiertas por la noche porque al no tener ni mosquiteras ni persianas, nos comían los mosquitos

El hotel en sí, la decoración y el personal.

El restaurante… no ir… muy caro por platos pobres… En mi caso elegí un plato vaso típico de la zona, con patatas y pescado, tipo caldo… tenía literalmente 3 cuadraditos de pescado en mi plato con patatas… por 16 euros…. Sin sabor… Además nos vinieron a buscar en la terraza para ir al restaurante porque teníamos 15 mn de retraso…. Y el restaurante quedó vacío toda la noche…. Muestra que los cocineros se querían ir temprano….

El entorno, el jardín, la piscina el hotel muy bonito, el personal.

La habitación no tenía aire acondicionado y hacía mucho calor. El ventilador no era suficiente y por el precio del la habitación debería estar mejor acondicionada. Además la habitación como comento por su precio debería tener una mesa, una nevera, una cafetera o calentador de agua, en el baño el secador muy baja potencia. El desayuno muy bueno pero un poco caro.

Perfekte Lage!!!

Es una construcción bonita con un porche/terraza muy agradable y una zona ajardinada con encanto.

Hacía mucho calor y la habitación en el segundo piso era una sauna. Había un ventilador de pie de gama baja que no ayudaba nada. Al no tener más que unos cortinones y no haber visillos ni persianas, las dos noches fueron complicadas. O entraban los mosquitos o la luz al amanecer. Lo que no entraba era algo de aire o corriente. La habitación era pequeña y el baño también. Solamente había una ventana.No había mesa para apoyar nada. Tampoco en el baño. Respecto a las instalaciones, la piscina cierra a las 20.00, algo que no se entiende con ese calor y siendo junio, que los días son los más largos del año. También era pequeña y estaba algo descuidada

A beautiful old hotel with lots of character. The staff are friendly and made us feel very welcome. We had dinner there twice and the food was excellent. The pool area is great on a hot day as is the bar. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The breakfasts were a bit overpriced but of good quality none the less. A better way to cool the bedroom at night is something that would be of benefit (although we were there during a heatwave).

Schönes Hotel in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Ort, Strand in ca 10 Gehminuten erreichbar. Hotel und Zimmer wurden sehr gut saniert. Früher war das Gebäude ein alter Pferdestall , daher erscheint alles eher aus einem anderen Jahrhundert. Unser Zimmer war Recht groß, alles sehr sauber, mit bequemen Bett, Bad mit Dusche modern. Frühstück mit Buffet auf einer Terrasse. Erholung am Pool top!

Ein großer Spiegel im Zimmer wäre wünschenswert und vielleicht ein kleiner Nachttisch. Wir haben uns in diesem Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt!

The location is ideal. It's a quiet, green oasis in easy walking distance from the beach, the old town, and the port full of terraces for having tapas.

Le lieu et le personnel rendent cet endroit unique. Tout était parfait.

Hotel bien situé calme très propre. Piscine très agréable, belle chambre spacieuse. Restaurant très bien terrasse agréable pour dîner tout était parfait nous reviendrons. Je recommande fortement.

La piscina, el desayuno y la tranquilidad del entorno. Aún estando en el pueblo, puedes imaginarte en cualquier otro lugar cuando estás en el recinto del hotel.

Calor en la habitacion. Entendemos que es difícil meter en ese edificio aire acondicionado y que lo raro es que aquí en el norte haga tanto calor 🫠...

Posizione eccezionale ai margini del borgo, vicino ad un enorme appezzamento di terreno verde. Eccezionale colazione completa di frutta dolce marmellate da gustare in uno splendido giardino silenzioso. Camera comoda in una dimora di fascino. Bella piscina di dimensioni contenute. Il borgo con il suo porto e la passeggiata occasionale ,2 volte al giorno a dipendenza delle maree, verso la piccola isola ne fanno un luogo caratteristico.

Paid extra for a premium room but our room wasn’t as nice as our daughters basic room. We should have just booked two basic rooms. A lovely hotel however with lovely spacious rooms

Everything, this place is a real gem. Beautiful terrace, fabulous food and each of rooms from the entrance, bar area and dining room are to die for. A fantasic location for this beautiful town. Oh and what about the swiming pool. Tremendous value for money.

No air conditioning in our room however a fan was provided.
