Por la falta de alternativa de aparcamiento pedía 25.-€ por el suyo, lo mas caro que he visto hasta ahora. Buffet un poco reducido en variedad, para largas estancias no recomendable.

Wir haben im Silken Palacio übernachtet und wurden besonders herzlich vom Personal empfangen. Die Mitarbeiter waren durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein echtes Highlight ist die wunderschöne Terrasse mit toller Aussicht, die sofort zum Entspannen einlädt. Das ursprünglich gebuchte Zimmer hat uns vor Ort nicht ganz überzeugt. Die Umbuchung auf eine Suite mit Terrasse verlief jedoch äusserst unkompliziert, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Die Suite selbst war sehr gross, sauber und gepflegt, auch wenn die Einrichtung insgesamt in die Jahre gekommen ist. Ein grosser Pluspunkt war das kostenlose Parken, das den Aufenthalt zusätzlich komfortabel macht. Insgesamt ein freundliches Hotel mit schöner Atmosphäre und toller Terrasse, auch wenn die Zimmer eine Renovierung vertragen könnten.

Die Lage nahe zum Strand, Hafen und Altstadt war perfekt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war gross und recht sauber. Das Restaurant ist sehr schön.

Beautiful hotel in a gorgeous location. The staff were very welcoming. The room was lovely. The bed was super comfortable and the room was very clean. We had a great view over the beaches from our balcony. The town has two amazing beaches. The beach in front of our room is lovely and great for safe swimming. There is also another beach in the next small village that has great waves for boogie boarding. It is easy to reach the other beach during low tide by foot and, if you miss the high tide, you can easily get back to the hotel by a ramp and bridge. It is also great to visit the town by the hotel. There is a gorgeous Late Gothic Cathedral with an incredible retablo. There are also lots of fascinating medieval streets and buildings in the town.

Restauranter hvor vi spise 1 aften var meget dårlig både maden og personalet. Motionsrummet var meget varmt og indelukket, og der var meget få ting. Morgenmaden var fin, men der var kun 1 til at klare alt, det kunne mærkes - Og stakkels ham, det var ikke rimeligt

The staff were lovely and the hotel couldn't be in a better location - beautiful beach and little fishing town - we got a great recommendation for a wonderful fish restaurant just down the street.

breakfast could have been better. The coffee was really bad and there wasn't much fresh on the buffet. The room was tight, so we had to.put the suitcase in the closet and keep the closet doors open the entire time. The windows were much smaller than in the room description.

Perfect location, near to the beach and to the town. Comfortable beds. Good size rooms, but relatively dark.

Rooms looked modern, but charging mobile phones was a challenge - plugs were under the night tish, not really comfortable. And only two for double room.

We just LOVE the location which is ideal! Not the first time we’ve been there. We love Lekeitio and for us Lekeitio rhymes with the Silken Palacio! The food is excellent, the staff is adorable and professional, the rooms are more than comfortable.

Fuite d'eau goutte à goutte dans la cuvette des toilettes. Très pénible la nuit. Le personnel qui ne comprend ni ne parle qques mots essentiels en français. Les portes qui font beaucoup de bruit en se fermant, très désagréable la nuit car les gens ne retiennent pas la porte par respect pour le sommeil des autres. Chaînes de télévision uniquement en espagnol, pour ce type d'hôtel très étonnant.

Afwerking van de badkamer kan beter. En als je aangeeft dat je glutenvrij eet is het wel fijn dat daar rekening mee kan worden gehouden. Niet alleen met het toetje, ook het voorgerecht. In alles gaf het aan dat ze geen idee hadden wat glutenvrij is.

The hotel needs a bit of renovation here and there, but it is exceptionally clean so these little things didn't bother us. Our room was huge with amazing big balcony. The room was facing a park, but had a sea view as well. It was so peaceful and picturesque in the morning with amazing sunrise. The hotel is located on the beach at the outskirts of the old city centre.

La ubicación es excelente pero no queda más remedio q dejar el coche en el hotel porque no hay aparcamiento disponible cerca. La pega es q es bastante caro. La cama perfecta

Solo un día limpiaron bien la habitación. Se estropeó el ventilador de techo y después de dar parte dos veces no lo arreglaron. El armario es pequeño y no hay cajones ni baldas ni en el armario ni en ninguna parte.

Un excellent séjour en solo ! L’accueil et le personnel ont été particulièrement chaleureux et attentionnés. L’hôtel et la chambre étaient impeccablement propres. J’ai beaucoup apprécié ma très belle chambre, avec une magnifique vue sur l’île Saint-Nicolas et le port de Lekeito. Le petit-déjeuner était très bon et les équipements de l’hôtel sont vraiment appréciables : salle de sport, bar et piscine.

Dommage que le stationnement au parking de l’hôtel soit payant. Des tarifs dégressifs selon la durée du séjour seraient appréciables.

Personal im Bar- und Cafeteria-Bereich extrem unfreundlich und unqualifiziert; sehr teure Parkplätze (25 Euro/Tag); Frühstück überteuert (20 Euro/Person); vom 1.bis 7. September großes Volksfest direkt (!) neben dem Hotel, extreme Lautstärke der Musik bis morgens um 6 Uhr, Schlafen nicht möglich. Hierauf hat das Hotel erst kurz vor Beginn des Urlaubs hingewiesen, sodass eine adäquate Umbuchung nicht mehr möglich war.

La ubicación excelente, frente al mar. El personal muy agradable. Las instalaciones muy bien, salones amplios, habitaciones confortables, baños modernos...

Hay pocos enchufes en la habitación para cargar dispositivos. Lo dije en el hotel 25 euros por día el aparcamiento me parece caro

Well located by one of Lekeitio's beaches. The room (Deluxe with sea view), bathroom and balcony were large. Two wardrobes. Bed was comfortable enough. It included: amenities, robe & slippers, beach towel, coffee machine.

Staff at the cafeteria were rightdown bad-mannered, with some exceptions. Breakfast was way too expensive: 20€ for a not so wide variety of choices and carton orange juice which tasted of... carton! They take advantage of the fact that there are no cafeterias nearby. Parking (outdoor) is a theft: 25€ per day; no receipt for the payment was given (I wonder why). There is a parking in the nearby beach of Karraspio (a 15' walk from the hotel) that charges half that price: 12€ per day; I would have used this alternative option if I had known beforehand. The bathroom is not that of a 4-star hotel: it needs a new shower screen that is not rusty (see photo); and it has a window that opens directly on the balcony of the room next door, where the other guests where sitting; brilliant design.

Sehr stilvoll eingerichtetes Hotel mit großen Zimmern. Direkt am Strand. Personal immer hilfsbereit und freundlich mit guten Tipps zur Gastronomie. Perfekter Blick auf die vorgelagerte Insel.

Ein Vergnügungspark in der Nähe ist am Abend relativ laut, aber bei geschlossenem Fenster nicht störend

Bed was te zacht. Badkamer had een rioollucht.

Goed plek direct aan het strand en haventje. Grote kamer met prima bed. Vriendelijk personeel.

We hadden een kamer direct boven de keuken. Heel veel lawaai van de afzuiging tot 23.30 uur en dat begon weer om 7.00 uur. Voor de tweede nacht hebben we een andere kamer gekregen. Het is best een prijzig hotel. Een kamer met zoveel lawaai is niet OK tegen die prijs.

Hotel con ubicación perfecta, bonito edificio, habitaciones grandes con camas y almohadas muy cómodas y unas vistas espectaculares. Dispone de gimnasio y piscina climatizada cubierta lo que es un plus.

Las habitaciones tienen recovecos donde no llega la limpieza. El interior de los armarios descuidado. Baños un tanto desactualizados, especialmente la extraña bañera que nos tocó en suerte. El bufet del desayuno muy justo para el precio que se paga en temporada alta. Todo está bueno, incluso el café, pero faltan opciones si no quieres dulce. Las opciones eran huevos, tortilla y chistorra. Eché de menos salmón, pepino, atún...y algo más de fruta ya cortada. Sin estar mal te quedas la sensación de pagar precio de cuatro estrellas y recibir servicio de tres.

De kamer had een slechte afwerking, badkamer had geen douchescherm waardoor alles nat was na een douche. Badkamer had een groot raam met een transparant smoezelig rolgordijn, niet fijn voor een badkamer. Voor deze prijs had ik een betere afwerking verwacht.

Wir hatten leider ein Zimmer im 3.Stock, in dem es nie unter 27 Grad Celcius hatte. Wir meldeten uns an der Rezeption und sagten, dass die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniere. Daraufhin erhielten wir eine 2.Schlüsselkarte, so dass der Strom auch bei Abwesenheit funktioniert. Wenn es nicht besser werden sollte, sollten wir uns melden, um einen Ventilator zu erhalten. Dies taten wir dann auch nachts um 1, nachdem wir bei der Hitze wirklich nicht schlafen konnten. Ein Mitarbeiter kam und brachte einen Ventilator. Am nächsten Tag ging ich zur Rezeption und fragte nach einer Entschädigung. Die Dame an der Rezeption reagierte zögerlich und behauptete ich hätte die Klimaanlage einfach nur anschalten müssen. Das wage ich zu bezweifeln, da ja zuvor 2 Mitarbeiter informiert und auch im Zimmer waren. Zuerst sagte die Dame, es gäbe nur einen Kaffee und ein Toast als Entschädigung, dann ließ sie sich doch auf das Frühstücksbuffet ein. Ich hätte mich auch geärgert, wenn ich dafür 20€ bezahlt hätte. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war auch nicht gut und das Badezimmer renovierungsbedürftig (Flecken an der Wand, Fugen schimmelig). Der Whirlpool war kalt. Insgesamt bin ich von dem Hotel enttäuscht, wir hatten uns für die letzte Nacht etwas besonderes geleistet, aber alle anderen Hotels, die wir zuvor auf unserer Reise im Baskenland besucht haben, haben dieses Hotel bei weitem übertroffen. Wir waren auch nicht die einzigen mit dem Klimaanlagenproblem.

Excellent location – definitely the hotel’s biggest advantage. Unfortunately, for over €200 per night, I expected a much higher standard. The rooms were clean but small and in need of refurbishment (rust around the bathtub drain). Parking at €25 per day is overpriced. The Wi-Fi didn’t work on arrival and was only fixed after more than 30 hours. The biggest disappointment was the wellness area. The pool and jacuzzi were both only 28°C, and the jacuzzi was dirty, with sand and debris on the bottom. The gym also had broken equipment. Great location, but the cleanliness, maintenance, and facilities do not match the price.

W hotelu jest ładniej, niż wskazują na to zdjęcia. Spędziliśmy wspaniały, relaksujący tydzień w przestronnym i wygodnym pokoju.

Restauracja i bar ulokowane są w pięknych wnętrzach, niestety obsługa baru i restauracji robi wszystko, żeby z tych przestrzeni nie korzystać. Wielka szkoda

Pas de place pour notre voiture dans le parking de l’hôtel à notre arrivée, nous avons trouvé une place à 15 minutes à pieds de l’hôtel pas évident pour les personnes à mobilité réduite mais le bon côté nous avons économisé 50 euros (25euros par jour parking de l’hôtel)

Nous avons du changer de chambre car problème avec une fenêtre qui se fermait mal et non réparable à priori. 1ere chambre correspondant aux photos sur booking. 2e chambre plus petite à côté de l ascenseur et lit plus petit également donc sous classement. Personnel juste poli avec une interaction minimale avec la clientèle. Adapté pour 1 nuit ou 2 et non pour un long séjour. Cher pour les prestations. Petit déjeuner continental. Le même tous les jours.. Rideau déchiré. Tâches sur le plafond

Podría sacársele más partido a esta joya de hotel por ubicación e instalaciones pero en este caso la gestión del capital humano deja que desear y ensombrece lo demás

Que fuera de temporada se cobrase por el aparcamiento, en verano tiene todo el sentido pero aún no siendo verano… ya está la tarifa bien amortizada y sería un detalle.

We booked this as it cane up in a search as being pet friendly. Three days before we were due to stay I was looking at my booking and to my horror discovered the hotel wasn’t pet friendly. The hotel were not one bit helpful and wouldn’t refund the almost €500 we paid them so we had to find another hotel for two nights which cost another €500z Dreadful customer service. Yes it was my mistake but they should have and could have offered even a small refund as a gesture. Very disappointing. We have just finished traveling for 7 weeks in Italy and stayed in 11 different pet friendly places.

Bad customer service

We booked deluxe sea view room with terrace, definitely worth the extra cost. It was spacious with stunning views overlooking the beach and harbour. Hotel in great location within walking distance of everything. Easy private parking either within hotel car park, or on the road opposite.
