Gufha, the ambiance was very good, but food was not that good when compared to restaurant in ground floor.

Breakfast was good. The location is really nice. Short walk to great coffee shops, restaurants etc in a leafy part of Bangalore. This would be a great option for the domestic traveler.

The hotel is showing its age. Also, it caters to a bygone generation of travellers. The check-in process was not well integrated. The staff had no clue about my confirmed booking through booking.com and had to forward them the confirmation email.

Clean linen. No odor in the rooms. Clean washroom, daily good housekeeping.. a good breakfast buffet. Location also great

The staff was very friendly. I had already checked out in the morning, and left my luggage at the hotel. On the way back after exploring Bangalore all day, I was caught by heavy rain and arrived totally drenched. The manager very kindly let me take a shower and change in an empty room at no charge! Breakfast was very Indian focused, which I liked. If you like Western breakfast, it was less varied but omelettes are available too. The location is central and close to 2 metro stations. ( I highly recommend using the metro) and bus stations. I had a big room with a separate TV area and big bathroom. There was a TV in the main bedroom and a balcony.

The senior receptionist does not even look at face or smile. Just do the job like robo and does not even greet or ask us to proceed to room. The other reception staff is too good smiley. Ohter helper staffs are good.

Everything was just okay - not worth the price

Carpets were stinking in the fourth floor. The exhaust in the room was making a lot of noise.

Excellent location , comfortable and clean rooms, good spread of dishes and tasty breakfast , excellent and friendly service by the staff . Would highly recommend.

Parking is horrible. The valet took my car and parked it far. Also, the valet kept moving from one place to another. The connected car tech kept warning me. The room is also small, and I would not suggest it for a family with kids.

1. There are 2 restaurants which are busy during weekends and nights. The guests to these, block the main entrance and reception and make entry and exit difficult for residents. 2. Not friendly for people with special needs. A ramp has been provided which enters into the restaurant ( right where a table is placed). Looks like the ramp has been provided for Compliance rather than for guest comfort.

Excellent location and a very comfortable stay. Everyone on the team is friendly—special thanks to Suhas for the exceptional hospitality. Having stayed here four times now, I can say I’ll definitely be returning.

It's easy to see why this excellent hotel is so popular with local and international guests. Situated in Jayanagar, where high-quality shops and restaurants abound, the hotel is at its centre. South End Circle metro station is less than 5 minutes walk away, with access to the city's expanding metro network. The hotel is good value for money. Friendly and helpful staff are everywhere. The rooms are comfortable and spotlessly clean. I experienced some noise from nearby construction and was moved immediately to a lovely, peaceful room. Everything that one might expect from a superior hotel is available, including laundry and room service. Hot water and WiFi are both reliable. The hotel boasts two restaurants and caters for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian tastes. Breakfast is very good. This hotel is a great place to stay.

Just loved this place! Where do I begin — instant hot water with great shower pressure (always a win), nice-sized rooms with a balcony, and a great location. The staff were attentive and genuinely kind — they even helped us book cars, which made everything so easy. Really nice breakfast and food overall, plus a themed Cave restaurant that was such a fun touch. The whole place felt casually professional — relaxed but clearly well run. Would definitely stay here again!

They gave us a smoking room though we opted for nonsmoking- the soon we entered into the room , it will filled with cigarette smoke - when complained they changed the room which was ok from then on . We didn’t opted for breakfast , so no comments . Crowded hotel because of their restaurant I think

Prime location of shopping, restaurants, pure cotton clothes, jewellery and organic products of India. Breakfast is very good and healthy. Nice room with balcony. Value for money, you can do the 6pm check out with 50% room rate payment

The breakfast is of very limited option. There is a range of indian breakfast, however for people who do not eat dosa and idli for breakfast, we are stuck with cereal or toast. Even for fruits there is no variety. The breakfast cakes do not accommodate for vegetarians. The room we got was leaking where our clothes got wet overnight and we had to change room.

Many things were broken in the room itself and requests to fix them resulted in mixed results. The staff is kind and the food is good.

Amazing cleanliness, I really liked the minibar setup and menu options. I loved the morning breakfast options and quality. I also appreciated having a good restaurant with easy access below the hotel for lunch and dinner. The room had great facilities and the beds were really comfortable.

Everything was clean in the room, food was excellent and staff was very attentive. Great service and the egg station at breakfast was my favorite part of the stay!

1. The room it was supposed to be a duplicate occupancy but they gave us as a family of 3 and we could hear lot of noises from the other room 2. Bathroom was not so great first day there was only 1 toilet paper and it was old stock. 3. they were very stingy on towels 4Bed was horrible it was like sleeping on floor

Location worked very well for us as it was stone throw away from the convention hall. The general ambience of the hotel was pleasant and staff friendly and supportive. Rooms are well appointed , clean snd well maintained and room service i must say, was prompt . Excellent service. Dinner at Gufha was an amazing experience with waiter being very proactive and enthusiastic. Thanks for the wonderful stay. I stayed for 4 nights and most from my extended family group stayed for 3 nights. Thanks

This is my third stay at this hotel. The facilities and staff are excellent. Furthermore, the hotel is located in a peaceful area.

Excellent Location, near market and the restaurants, near local shopping center especially Fab India shop, just cross the road, Late check out before 6pm they charge only half price of one night, value for money

Shower problem, water streaming not so strong

The hotel has excellent, accommodating staff and a delicious, complimentary breakfast with various options. Two different restaurants at the facility provide culinary alternatives with a lot of vegetarian options.

It was not a good experience. We faced lot of problems for our car parking. No space at all. Moreover, it is very busy road to park outside. Room was very small. Not enough space. Food quality is great. Room hygiene is also ok. But I am not willing to visit again.

Location is very good. Walkable distance to main points in Jayanagar. Facilities and amenities are good.

Breakfast spread is very boring. I have previously stayed in this hotel last year for 3 days. There is no change in menu. Most irritating thing is that the staff keep hovering at your table or keep staring at you. It feels like we snuck into the breakfast hall to have free food. Food is very expensive. Way too expensive even for Bangalore. Room service even costlier. Website says early check-in and late check-out. But hotel staff will not let that. For them its 12 to 10.

Room was quite spacious and comfortable. Staff was good. Location of the hotel in the city is quite central if you have work in that part of the city.

The view from the rooms. You cannot open the curtain of your windows as anybody could directly peep into your room. There was a building under construction just few meters away from your window - at a throw of a ball distance. That was very bad. I have attached pictures.
