Clean, great location, very pleasant staff. Dove soap and shampoo.

Old fashioned card key system. WiFi connection system is bad, disconnecting all the time, especially once logged on the phone, it would disconnect the computer. The restaurant menu on WhatsApp also keeps disconnecting.

I had a wonderful stay at the La Marvella. The room was clean, confortable and the staff were friendly, polite and very helpful. The service was good and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. I truly enjoyed my stay and would like to recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant experience.

Very bad property

The food is good the service a bit impersonal. Three people called to ask me about the extended checkout time of 1 hr which was confirmed by email. The facilities very average. This is def not a 5* hotel. At best a 3 Star plus. The rates are very high for that.

Very poor service nobody cares ... I would prefer a bit of personal touch. The food was good and they have good coffee, but the prices were atrocious. Similarly no one called to ask for water or any addnl service or reminder for breakfast etc.. would be nice if they could get those specs in place, considering the location.

Staff and food (breakfast and restaurant) were great! Gym was good too.

They need to renovate the pool area and fix some things in the room. I also couldn’t see outside my room windows as they were painted white for some reason. The pillows were all very high and I slept without a pillow. The system for the light switches and remote control of curtains is impractical.

Good clean space in the heart of Bangalore south

Not good internet. For the money to you pay, one would expect decent WIFI

Breakfast spread was good, hygienic and staff was excellent. Kunal was exceptional in attending to our special requirements when we fell sick.

Room quality isn’t worth the price. Room infrastructure was aged. AC took too long to cool after checking in.

TV,couldn’t find English channels,then stopped working,didn’t report as very little room time as a tourist.

I was placed on floor that had smokers. The hallway had the stench of cigarette smoke.

Very clean room and extremely large. Facilities in the room were great. Breakfast was ok. The hotel seem to cater for business trip (unsure if it would suit a family with children).

Credit card machine didn't work had to go to arm to pay by cash. Price is very expensive for the hotel. Not sure if the location, as I was there only for 1 day before my flight.

The hotel is very nice, clean and well maintained. Staff is courteous and caring. They actually called me one night to check on me because I had not ordered dinner. Rooms are very comfortable and the food is delicious. They have a spa that offers services at very reasonable prices. Pool and fitness facilities are well maintained too. I would recommend the hotel to anyone staying in this part of Bangalore.

Poor value for money. This kind of hotel should be cheaper. The finishes in the room look great in photos, but the quality is only skin deep. This is not uncommon in India, but this hotel should be cheaper.

Great location, very clean and the staff are lovely. I stay here every time I come to Bangalore as it’s conveniently located between tourist attractions of the north and JP Nagar for restaurants and bars

If I was being picky some of the facilities need a refresh eg the gym where equipment is very old

I have been staying at La Marvella every year , when I visit Bangalore. we love the place for its convenient location , great breakfast , clean rooms . Its become a home in Bengaluru for us now

better coffee at the restuarant . Benguluru prides it's coffee . Your coffee is really bad quality

Madhav was great help on the floor. The restaurant served us after hours delicious samoosas and chai. Good value for money in Bengaluru South.

No complains really

Breakfast was very good. The staff were very attentive. Shilpa was very smart, anticipated your dietary needs and very quick in service. Other staff were good too. The staff at the Italian restaurant on premises were good too. Food was good there too. The rooms including A/C, electrical were all good.

The shower stall is poorly built re: drainage. Water does not drain & You will be standing in an inch of water while taking a shower. Reception desk staff did not offer alternatives and follow up on this problem even when their maintenance person said the problem was in construction. And offered an alternative on repeatedly asking them for a solution. Had this same problem during my last visit a couple of years ago. So, I suspect it is an issue in multiple rooms. If they correct this problem, the location & facility otherwise is excellent and this would be very highly desirable place.

Room very clean and comfortable. Effective A/C and bed.

Pool shared with pigeons and kites. Not cleaned as a bird egg sat on poolside for 3 days. Requires a net over. Not all staff friendly. However the security staff outside very pleasant. Alcohol very expensive compared to outside bars. Spa....very outdated. Perhaps from the 1970s. Would not stay again and not recommend to others.

The room was spacious, clean, well organised, and had modern technology. For instance, there was a unified system or panel to control curtains, lighting, etc.

The staff at the restaurants (some, not all) should be more polite and professional. One of the managers in their Italian restaurant (tall, young guy) was itching his crotch in between serving foods on table, without washing hands. There were mosquitoes in their restaurant, and when pointed out (and asked for a mosquito repellent), his behaviour was not the best. I do not generalise this because there were nice people, too.

I have stayed here many times over the last 7 years, and nothing has changed in that time. Its okay, but getting tired and a bit shabby. Biggest issue on this trip was the power cutting throughout the night, youd think this was not an issue, but every time the power came on the TV automatically came on....additionally the AC was also on and off all night... The staff are helpful and very friendly. The breakfast is so-so, but pretty standard for Indian hotels. Locatio

It Was Nice Expereince

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at La Marvella. Chiranjit and Guru Murthy made our stay great and tended to all of our needs. Sanath at the front desk was very helpful as well. The Golden Oak restaurant and Via Milano employees were all fantastic. We are grateful to the staff of La Marvella for helping us have a great stay.
