本館離二館有點距離 且沒有聯通

L'emplacement et le volume de la chambre

2 lits pour 3 personnes y avait 2 sofas et aucun d entre eux n'était aménagé pour recevoir la 3ème personne. Le personnel a considéré que 2 personnes pouvaient dormir en semble dans de petits lits doubles sinon pour avoir un 3ème lit il fallait payer un supplément. Séjour de 4 jours avec le dos cassé. Pourtant lors de la réservation il était bien indiqué que le type de lits dans la chambre étaient 2 lits doubles et 2 lits simples. Malgré les explications j ai eu pour réponse 1 couette et 1 coussin. J ai dû dormir entre 2 lits.

住宿地點距離美麗海水族館很近，基本上就在旁邊，若隔天安排去美麗海水族館，很推薦此間住宿！而且附近就有一間Lawson，要買東西也超方便。

츄라우미 수족관과 가깝고 호텔서비스 및 시설도 괜찮았습니다. 다음에도 그 지역에 간다면 다시 방문할거에요!!!

浴室太小 房間過於潮濕

The room was spacious and there was plenty of parking available if you rented a car. There were also nearby restaurants and restaurants in the hotel so you didn't have to go far when you've had a big day exploring. The room also had a microwave and fridge so you can have meals on your balcony.

Le personnel est très sympa et accueillant, l'hôtel est très bien situé mais malheureusement lors de 'otre séjour il y avait un typhon , nous n avons pas pu profiter de la plage en face et ni de la piscine , heureusement que l hotel est spacieux avec des activités en intérieur ( billard fléchettes structure gonflable jeu de société...) mes enfants ont adoré cet hôtel Merci au personnel

美ら海水族館や海まで徒歩圏内、子供連れで徒歩で往復できる距離が最高。ロビーのキッズスペースは有料級。朝食のキッズ用カトラリーが充実しています。

古さがかなり目立ちます。洗面台が割れていたり、カビがあったり、ドアの下の隙間から廊下を通る人声がダイレクトに聞こえます。ロビーのスクリーンの結露が垂れたり廊下も古さがありました。清潔ではありました。

The emplacement straight to the aquarium and Emerald beach. A big thanks to the staff from the reception to the restaurant. A special thanks to the lady at the reception who helped us with our rooms and the gentleman in the restaurant who was very kind with our kids.

Honest review of this hotel where we stayed for 4 nights and paid 670€ with breakfast. This is the worst hotel I have ever been to. Some of the staff are nice. For a range of 150€ + per night you’d expect some relative comfort, service, food quality, and overall facilities to be at a standard of a three/four star hotel. This isn’t the case for Royal View Hotel Churaumi. 1. The hotel: It feels like the hotel wasn’t renovated since it was built in 450 BC. I’m not even kidding. The structure of the hotel dates for at least 40 years and they didn’t even bother to repaint it in white. The carpet in the common areas heading to the rooms are absolute disaster, with massive stains dating from the ice age. The smell coming off these carpet or perhaps the general smell in the hall way going to the rooms isn’t pleasant at all. I have seen hostels better maintain common areas. 2. The room: the room we stayed in (310) is spacious, however, everything in the room was and I am sure still is malfunctioning. Starting with the AC, it was impossible to sleep since the AC made noise while operating, noise of course, because the AC is cream color/yellow which means it has at least 30 years. They don’t make these models anymore and of course they didn’t bother to change them. Without the AC, it was boiling hot so imagine trying to sleep with the AC making noise, it wasn’t the most relaxing experience for us that’s for sure. Even got into an argument with my wife because she couldn’t sleep with the noise and I can’t sleep because it’s hot. So I had to sacrifice myself. The toilet in the room, standard Toto style toilets, however, again dates from the 80’s, when flushed it makes the most horrible sound, that would wake up the dead. I’m not even exaggerating.

プールへのアクセス最高。 美ら海水族館へのアクセスも最高。

エレベーターがあれば💯百点満点。子供連れなので荷物が沢山。行きは手伝ってもらえて良かったけど帰りにチェックアウトの時の荷物は男手が無いとたいへんでした。

オールインクルーシブなのでラウンジでドリンクやスナックを楽しめたり、プールやゲームセンター、キッズコーナーなど、ホテル内で楽しめるのが良かったです。

1階のお部屋だったこともあり、部屋に虫が出たところ。

景色がとても良かった。 ジュースとポップコーンが食べ放題も良かった。 子どもが遊べるスペースがあり良かった。

子ども用のパジャマもあれば良かったかな。 ソファーベッドが硬くて眠れなかった。 プールの更衣室が汚かった。 卓球のラケットがボロボロだった。

眺望希望で早くから予約したが、思っていたのと違った。別館から本館が遠いため本館のサービスを受けられなかった。

Номер довольно большой, с видом на море. Довольно разнообразные завтраки, включая классные блюда типа татаки из тунца. Рядом с океанариумом. Относительно недалеко находится красивый пляж (но не оборудованный - лежаков в аренду нет). Также рядом магазин и остановка, в шаговой доступности также парк и ботанический сад. Есть теплый бассейн

Ремонт и мебель не современные, чисто, но визуал устаревший - если для вас это важно. Нет лифта, чемоданы помогают поднять, но самим приходится ходить каждый раз пешком:)

It’s a walking distance to enter Churaumi Aquarium, the hotel is next to it!! Perfect location!!

朝食と景色がよかった スタッフの対応もよかった 設備もよかった

部屋の掃除をもう少し綺麗にして欲しい 入った直後に椅子の下に埃があったり 隅に埃やゴミがあって不愉快だった

地點就跟我們預期的一樣, 離美麗海水族館超近,超方便, 很慶幸我們訂2晚,可以好好享受設施.附近有便利店很方, 員工也很親切,因我們行李很多, 也熱情的協助搬運, 因館內無電梯.只有貨梯運送行李。

本館的房間真的偏老舊.地板可能因太靠近海邊, 無法很乾淨.但可以感受到他們努力創造舒適環境

Aufenthalt war ok … super für ein Besuch ins Aquarium sonst ist leider dort nicht soviel los … Zimmer riechen feucht aber soweit ok … waren 2 Nächte dort mehr brauch man auch nicht …

Pool sehr alt und leider zu wenig liegen …

泳池適合國中以下的孩子，有提供晚上放煙花的地方，旁邊有超商，已經第二次入住。

環境老舊，洗衣機都是灰塵不敢輕易使用

フロントロビーにあるキッズスペースで子どもたちが楽しんでいた。プールも近くにあるので、ホテルの中でも楽しめました。

プールの受付のスタッフの方は結構無愛想です。特に何も説明がないので、更衣室はどこにあるかなど自分から聞かないと教えてくれなかった。また更衣室も清潔ではなかった。 パッと除けば中が見られるようになっているので、少し着替えるのに抵抗がありました。

シャワーのみなのが残念でした

スタッフが親切で、更にどのスタッフも挨拶がしっかりしていたので、とても気持ちよかった。 朝食の種類も豊富で沖縄の食べ物がとても珍しくて食べられることが嬉しかった。 パンケーキの自動焼き機が大人気、焼きたて食べられてとても美味しかったです。 館内、小さなお子様達の為のスタンプラリーやお絵かきの壁など楽しませる工夫が盛りだくさんで、小さなお子様は喜ぶのではないかと思いました。

施設のせいではありませんが、台風直撃で少し時間を持て余してしまった。

Bonne localisation, très proche de la mer et de sites intéressants. Parking gratuit et bon petit déjeuner ! Les chambres sont spacieuuses, confortables et bien insonorisées.

Convenient location close to the Churaumi Aquarium. Great facilities for families. Unfortunately it was raining throughout my stay so I didn’t get a chance to experience to pool but it looked great.

The hotel is perfectly located next to the Expo Park and Emerald Beach, with a private entrance leading directly to the park grounds. Our room was very spacious, with beautiful views of the sea and swimming pool. There is a free car park, and the staff were friendly and helpful. During our stay the hotel restaurant appeared to be closed, but there was a restaurant just across the street open in the evenings. A short walk from the beach there is also a small area with cafés and restaurants, though many seemed to close around 5pm, possibly due to the off‑season. A convenience store is about five minutes away, and more restaurants are within a short drive. The location is ideal for a relaxing stay or for exploring the natural attractions in the north of Okinawa. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

只喜歡泳池

早餐不適合口味 房間無法定別館 只能本館 本館老舊 還算乾淨 加床方式是沙發床形式要注意 總而言之整體而言不喜歡

海景非常漂亮，房間很寬敞且乾淨，雖然窗簾、櫃子等設施略為老舊，但整理來說很乾淨，浴室水壓跟水溫也都很舒適，大廳附有遊樂設施、伴手禮店、夾娃娃機、免費飲食享用等服務，覺得很貼心。

早餐部分因為價格高於期待，所以沒有預約，但住宿方會很貼心的提供折價卷。可能是因為天氣炎熱，加上門口接近大馬路旁邊，飯店門口到停車場的路上會有很多大隻蟑螂.....會怕的客人可能晚上走路出門要注意。

We love the north side of Okinawa! And this hotel was perfectly located to all the things. Amazing to be able to walk to the aquarium and one of the best beaches. It has a Lawson right next store which was super convenient.

They only had beds made for 5, and upon check out charged me more for a 6th person despite having made the booking for 6. Did not love that.

🌥️ The rooms feel quite dated, almost like stepping back into the 90s. 🌥️ Breakfast and dinner were available but were relatively expensive. 🌥️ Laundry facilities are convenient but also pricey. 🌥️ Bathroom floor becomes very slippery when wet and stays wet for a long time. 🌥️ Shower temperature fluctuated occasionally. 🌥️ Housekeeping schedule was not clearly communicated, resulting in staff attempting to enter our room quite forcefully in the early morning. This could be prevented by providing “Do Not Disturb” signs. 🌥️ Soundproofing could be improved; neighboring guests can be heard in room and hallway. 🌥️ Most restaurants and cafés require a car ride, making the area somewhat car-dependent. 🌥️ Cleanliness can be improved.

Easy to go to near by attraction walk to beach etc. Good Breakfast. And free flow happy hour 9 to 9 . Stuff are friendly and easy to check in and out no trouble at all . And plus they have shutter bus to Maihama where the Starbucks was for more food choice and shopping for sovenior. And 24hr Lawson just beside.

Nothing i wont like. Only the food wise you need to travel to Maihama or walk in to Bise to eat at the cafe there.

別館的房間很新很大，乾濕分離的浴室附有洗衣機，距離美麗海水族館步行不到5分鐘。

房間感凈整潔

1、房間的洗澡水洗完身體是滑滑的，很不舒服！！ 2、當天我太太生日，前台告訴我們會有特別的安排，結果完全沒有安排，真的感覺很差勁！

離水族館近

資料被外洩，有收到詐騙的訊息要我刷卡確認訂房。 一進去房間霉味很重，味道散不掉，整晚不舒服，主要設施別館都沒有，如果要訂房最好確認訂的是別館還是本館。

この度誕生日旅行で4歳、2歳つれて宿泊。 台風で延泊になったが、スタッフさんはみんな笑顔で 夜はカレーをだしてくれたり、心配は吹き飛び、なんなら ゆっくりできたホテルでした。遊び場大活躍でした。

床鋪很髒，有發現鼻屎跟螞蟻，全身整個大過敏，別館什麼設施，洗衣機，飲水機都要走到本館，很不方便。

Nice sized room, comfortable beds, great location next to Churaumi Aquarium and park. Free drinks/popcorn was nice.

A couple of the front desk staff were not very friendly. Breakfast was a limited "take-out" only because of some school group that was using the restaurant facilities.
