Die Lage ist unheimlich schön!

Leider war das Personal nicht wirklich angemessen aufmerksam für ein 5-Sterne Hotel. Egal was man fragt, die Antwort ist immer erstmal “nein” und alles ist ein Problem. Angefangen bei der Tischwahl, über das Buchen des Tennisplatzes, bis hin zum Checkout. Alles ist total unflexibel und nie ist jemand zuständig. Egal was man bestellt, es kommt erst beim dritten Mal nachfragen und allem muss man hinterher rennen. Der Kaffee ist eine schreckliche Milchpulver-Plörre und es gibt einen Siebträger, den niemand bedienen kann. Er wird ausschließlich dafür genutzt, heißes Wasser zu bekommen. Ziemlich schlechter Service, wir sind sogar einen Tag eher abgereist. Wenn die Lage nicht so schön wäre, wäre der Urlaub leider ein teurer Reinfall gewesen.

Die Lage ist wunderschön, auch die Möglichkeiten Sauna, Pool und Meer sind sehr gut.

Nach über 10 Jahren muss ich die Daten immer wieder neu eingeben. Die Rechnung konnte mangels Drucker nicht erstellt werden, ging dann per E-mail an die falsche Adresse. Am Meer gab es für die vielen Liegen mehr Reservierungen als Gäste, ist völlig daneben. Die Sauna leidet immer mehr, der Abfluss in der Dusche funktioniert schon seit Jahren nicht richtig, jetzt ist auch die Eismaschine angeblich kaputt und die Tür zur Sauna schließt nicht mehr. Wenn nicht die Lage wäre, würden wir nicht mehr kommen wollen!

Fantastic location! Beautiful hotel and rooms. The staff were friendly. We went for breakfast at the hotel in the hills one day. The service and the views were top class. I think the waitress was Gabriella. Amazing! The breakfast was still a bit boring but the service outweighed that fact. The staff by the beach should take a course with her.

It’s a shame that the resort is not run better. It has all the makings of being a five star resort but it fails on a number of ways. We went to the pool/beach club twice. No one came to ask if we wanted to buy anything to drink. My husband went up to get a menu. Still no staff around. All of them hanging around in the restaurant. We got tired of that and went to the beach club 5 minutes away and that was excellent. We ate at the restaurant the first night. Expensive, but that would be okay if the service was okay. The staff are friendly but it’s like mom and dad left the kids to work without directions. They didn’t even ask if we wanted anything to drink with our dinner. Rest of the nights we went to other restaurants in town. Top class. If I was the owner of this place I would be furious. The amount of lost income must be enormous. Also the breakfast is not 5 star.

I really enjoyed the beautiful hotel, the comfortable room, and the amazing views. The hotel was very nice overall, and the beach was absolutely beautiful. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The breakfast was disappointing, with limited choice and poor service. The beach bar was also not great, as the menu had limited options and the prices were quite high for what you received.

Everyday they renew the drinks in the room. You don’t need to pay extra for this service. Also they have room service twlce a day.

Internet was not working outside the room, not working on the beach and pool as well. Internet basically not good even in the region too. They basically reserve some seats on the beach. Even they want you to sit somewhere else if they see that you sit in a reserved area. The problem is you don’t even know if you can reserve a seat from the beginning when you check in. Next day we wanted to reserve too. They basically sald it was reserved to us but someone else was sitting. They didn’t even care. You can order some omelets or pancakes during the breakfast. It was all included in the price but you need to really run after the staff to order. Sometimes they see you sometimes not. Basically average hotel. Should be way better for this price.

The location is pretty ok and the available parking space. The guys who parked the car are nice and the cleaning ladies.

The hotel is very old and urgently needs renovation. Many dirty areas and trash around the hotel were clearly visible. People at the restaurant were just running around, and it seemed that they had worked their first day; nobody really knew what to do. Orders were constantly mixed up. The last day it improved a bit, but it does not change the overall picture. Sunbeds on the first row were reserved for the "outside" people, and hotel guests were not allowed to use them.

Very noisy, we could hear everything from our neighbors, rooms are definitely not sound proof. We used earplugs every night. Beach looks ugly, concrete flooring.

Overall, the hotel is good, with a small beach and a small pool. The rooms are excellent, with a modern and fresh renovation. However, there are some issues with the service. In the main restaurant, the staff often seemed either too slow or simply not enough in number, which affected the overall experience. We were also surprised by the showers on the beach. They looked very stylish and modern, but in practice they were almost impossible to use. It made us wonder why such modern-looking facilities were installed if they are not functional. There were quite a few moments like this, where we simply did not understand the purpose or logic behind certain things. Maybe our impression was also influenced by the fact that this was the second part of our holiday. We spent the first part in Italy, and, to be honest, the Italian service was much better than what we experienced at this hotel. In general, the hotel itself is nice, but the service and some practical details definitely need improvement.

Absolute joke. STAY AWAY. They shouted at me and my wife, after harassing us and telling us our room was not availible although prepaid. Still fighting to get a refund. This is a fraud and should be taken off the platform

We were now the 5th or 6th time in this hotel. So, we really like this place. The staff is also very kind and attentive, especially the always well-mooded Fabrice at the Restaurant. Just this time, I had the feeling, they would need some more people for this job?

For starters, if you choose a “room with balcony with sea view” - it is very likely that they will give you the most lateral room possible, which has a frontal view of the front house and the protruding balcony of the next hotel room and somehow diagonally you can see the sea... An inexplicable trickery for me, and the hotel was not even full... The beautiful umbrellas and sun loungers are placed on a concrete platform baked by the sun. No landscaping, just concrete. The sea was quite dirty, so in the end I didn't even bother to go in once.

Staff super disponibile e gentile. Stanza sempre pulita due volte al giorno, colazione super e tra piscina e mare un vero e proprio spettacolo.

LOVED our stay here. Perfect riveria stay. Food was great - all our meals were delicious. The pool was wonderful and access to the med was ideal. Our rooms were spacious with wonderful private outdoor space and views of the water. We were happy to be there even though the airline lost our luggage, so I think that says a lot! We will be back.

We enjoyed our stay from the beginning to the end. The welcome and the madeleines were really appreciated at the check-in. The room, even tough the carpet was a bit tired, was cleaned, set-up with taste and warmth. The housekeeping team at the afternoon service really stood out for the first contact and their reactivity. The breakfast room, with a stunning view of the bay, is really a key positive point of the stay. The lounge with several activities in case of bad weather was highly appreciated by both our kids and ourselves. The restaurant by the sea offer an impressive position. Thank you everybody.

Wir hatten in der Vorsaison einen guten Preis. Allerdings waren Serviceleistungen im Restaurant und Poolbereich doch noch stark eingeschränkt.

After a hectic weekend in and around Marseille it was time for some well deserved midweek R&R in a secluded little paradise hidden between red rocks and bright blue waters of the Meditteranean Sea @ Tiara Miramar Beach Resort, Vignette Collection by IHG. From the instant we drove up, the valet opened the car door and already greeted us by name, talk about personalized service. Check-in was well prepared so that we were brought up to our suite immediately. Since we were staying near the end of the season the hotel had very low occupancy, which kinda felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. Bad for business, but ever so enjoyable for us. Both at dinner and breakfast I don't think there were ever more than 8 guests at the same time.

Was nicely located close enough from main tourist points (if you have a car) and was clean and confortable beds.

We weren’t advised before booking that at low season (end of March) the bar is closed, the pool was open but there were no Loungers next to them, same with the beach area. Only loungers were found at the top floor but lacking cushions. Which was very disappointing as we were hoping for a relaxing resort feel specially when sun was out most days. Finally the breakfast buffets was excessively expensive (39 euros per person) for a pretty average buffet breakfast with some limited cooked options (eggs, pancakes and crepes) and not even real orange juice …

On a adoré l’accueil, le site, la chambre confortable, propre et joliment décorée, balcon vue sur mer avec un lever et coucher de soleil absolument magnifiques. Un excellent petit déjeuner avec un accueil digne de ce nom chaque matin (attention et humour, que demander de plus pour démarrer une bonne journée), et une belle variété de produits (le plus dur, c'était de ne pas avoir assez faim pour tout manger 😉) Le restaurant était vraiment très bien, et encore avec des serveurs au top. Le jardin autour de l’hôtel est magnifique, on peut faire une belle petite ballade près de la mer ! Nous étions en décembre, et la piscine n’était malheureusement pas d’actualité, idem pour cette jolie petite plage privée, mais je n’ose même pas imaginer le bonheur de pouvoir s’y baigner en été ! Petite anecdote : chaque matin, nous avons eu droit à la visite d’une magnifique corneille sur notre balcon, qui venait nous « voler » les petits gâteaux salés que nous lui laissions, et ce malgré notre présence (nous ne bougions pas une oreille), c’était magique !

The trips started with them putting us in their “sister” hotel claiming it was the same hotel and telling us we should have understood that. Completely insane experience trying to argue with them explaining that a sister hotel 7 min car ride away that is not what we booked is insane. At the sister hotel we also met other guest equally surprised so this hotel has made this their business model. Hotel overall small rooms and quite run down, the restaurant in the Tiara hotel is really good. Jellyfish by the water when you swim so be aware. Will not book again.

Warm service and excellent food

The hotel is one of the more luxurious ones and met my expectations. However, what I enjoyed most during my stay was the staff – an intelligent, witty man at breakfast served us better than expected. I can say the same about the waiter in the restaurant during dinner; the effortless elegance and impeccable service during dinner will be remembered for a long time. The restaurant is highly recommended; although the prices are high, it's definitely worth it!

Maybe a little renovation of the carpets in the rooms would be useful.

Breakfast was good but not brilliant for the price of €195 per person minus taxes. I have stayed in a lot more luxurious hotels in the world and the breakfast indeed food was expensive. Thankfully included in the room rate with room drinks also included. The hotel is remote so you need a car and it is remote. On the plus the staff were particularly good especially the front of house staff who could not help you enough. I priced this IHG against the Carlton in Cannes and it was more expensive.

Restaurants in the surrounding area are closed in the evening so we had limited selection if none unless we drove. The hotel restaurant food was limited especially the lunch menu which was repeated in the evening. The local harbour shops and restaurants closed, so becareful what time in the season you book.

We booked this hotel for our daughter’s 22nd birthday and college graduation celebration. About 4 days before check in I sent an email confirming our stay and arrival time. I was informed we had been moved to a sister hotel because they had labor this hotel for our stay. We had booked and paid 50% deposit up front 9 months prior. We were very disappointed. They did not communicate to us at all. They just said we moved you to another property. We had wanted a beach vacation and were sent to their hotel on the hill. No beach or water access. They did send us to a beach club to spend $200 of our own money on a day at the beach. They upgraded us to junior suites which was nice. Staff were nice but the young people who worked there couldn’t even open a wine bottle. My husband had to show him and do it for him. The front desk staff were often on personal calls for 30-40 minutes at a time. You just had to wait to get their attention. They must be the owners children or something. Buyer beware of this hotel group. I would not recommend. There are nicer hotels in this very high price point. They likely have better service as well.

Amazing place!

A beutiful hotel with great views and good service. A nice small beach, pool and beachfront restaurant. Rooms and large and many overlook the bay. The team - Irina, Anush, Svetlana have been very helpful (thank you ladies). Im happy with the experience. Perhaps the only small issue is that its 20-30 min drive from Cannes and 45 min to St Tropez

Service was very slow when we had dinner at the restaurant

Do NOT stay here. This is not a 5 star resort. The only redeeming quality is the beachfront. Cleaning supplies were left in the room. We called to the front desk to let them know we had to check out early. No one was at the desk and it took them 30 min to get our car. No one came to offer us anything at the pool or beach. If we wanted food or a drink we had to go find someone ourselves. We asked for fresh towels multiple times and they were not delivered to the room. The walls are paper thin.
