Das Zimmer war nicht sauber (Pfotenabrücke b Teppich, Papierschnipsel, Plastikteile, staubige Abdeckungen b Lüftung) es roch nach Katzenurin, die Lüftung im Bad war defekt und deshalb störend laut. Bei Rückmeldung an der Reception versprach man, sich darum zu kümmern. Das Geräusch war weg bei Wiederkehr, es roch nach einem Duftspray - gesaugt wurde aber nicht. Bei Rückmeldung Check-out gab es aber eine Entschuldigung mit Erlass der Kosten für Frühstück.

Posizione perfetta per visitare il paese le l'isola pedonale. Colazione veramente TOP ! Dal dolce al salato non mancava nulla. Il ristorante non l'ho provato quindi non posso dare giudizi.

Siamo arrivati in Normandia in un periodo molto caldo. La camera era priva di aria condizionata e la finestra si affacciava sulla corte interna/ristorante (rumoroso in certi orari)

A cena dal ristorante, uno dei più conosciuti della città, siamo stati un po maltrattati da manager poiché volevamo i formaggi prima e non per dessert. In maniera carina abbiamo risposto che ci tenevamo provarli subito e lei ci ha fatto presente in modo poco cortese che stavamo sbagliando e non ci saremo goduti la cena. Spoiler: i formaggi non erano così gustosi da coprire il gusto del resto.

El personal y las instalaciones. La habitación muy bien, el comedor y desayuno pura tranquilidad y la zona de butacas del bar un paraíso.

Frigorifero rotto in camera, sostituito appena segnalato ma non accettabile per un 4 stelle. Abbiamo chiesto un cuscino più basso ma non era disponibile.

Boutique-hotel med dejlig tilbagetrukket og stille beliggenhed tæt på alt i Bayeux. Stemningsfulde bygninger, gode senge og en god morgenmad. Personalet var også både venlige, morsomme og høflige.

Aircon ville have været rart, men vi sov fint med hjælp fra den dysonventilator, hotellet allerede havde sat til at køre, inden vores ankomst.

l'hôtel est à 20m de la rue piétonne. très bon emplacement pour visiter les plages du débarquement. Le restaurant est fabuleux. Le personnel très sympathique. pensez à réserver votre parking car pas beaucoup de place. Pas de climatisation mais les nuits étaient fraîches. Par contre la climatisation sera installée cet hiver pour la prochaine saison.

We stayed here for one night and found it to be very comfortable and nice. The staff were friendly and the terrace is beautiful. It is also centrally located to many restaurants and stores. We were able to reserve parking which had our name on the parking space waiting for us which was a nice added touch.

Good location, friendly staff

The room is a little small and it still feels sweltering even when the fan is turned on. The sound insulation is not ideal. You can hear people walking in the corridor and footsteps from the upstairs room at night, which tends to disturb your sleep.

L’emplacement géographique est exceptionnel, à 2 pas du centre ville piéton. Hôtel calme. Salle de bains petite mais moderne et fonctionnelle. Le dîner fut délicieux et copieux. Très bonne cuisine généreuse.

La petite taille des chambres. Ce fut une grande déception d’autant plus que j’avais pris une chambre supérieure. C’est petit, juste la place pour faire le tour du lit et poser 1 ou 2 valises. Mauvaise note sur le rapport qualité prix des chambres à plus de 200€ la nuit. Enfin, le parking est un spectacle quotidien. Trop petit, avec 3 places de trop le long du chemin, toutes les manœuvres des voitures sont à hauts risques.

Nice location, great staff, comfy albeit small room, lack of Aircon was a problem in the very hot weather although a fan was supplied. Breakfast dubious value at €20. Recommended.

La ubicación es muy buena, la cama muy cómoda, habia albornoz y zapatillas, la habitación y el baño muy limpio, no tiene aire acondicionado pero tiene un ventilador Dyson. han puesto ASCENSOR recientemente así que pudimos subir las maletas a la tercera planta sin problema. El hotel tiene parking pero hay uno público a un minuto andando. El desayuno buffet muy bueno. La habitación era muy pequeña pero la cama era grande.

Sono andato apposta in questo albergo e suo famoso ristorante era chiuso per due giorni in stagione medio alta, veramente peccato. Manca l'aria condizionata...un un albergo di questo livello è veramente peccato.

Nous avons eu une chambre très bruyante, en face de la fenêtre un groupe clim, pas possible de dormir la fenêtre ouverte et sur le côté des tuyaux d'évacuation qui résonnaient dans la chambre, nous avons dû acheter des boules quies, si on vous dit chambre 12 fuyez. De plus, le 1er jour lorsque nous sommes arrivés au petit déjeuner, il n'y avait plus grand chose car il était 9h30, jus d'orange pas frais, très peu de viennoiseries voir plus ! Nous avons trouvé que le prix était très élevé pour les prestations que nous avons eu!

La nit anterior vam dormir i esmorzar a l'hotel Mercure de Mont Saint-Michel per, exactament, la meitat del preu. Un bufet molt més complet, una habitació molt més espaiosa amb aire condicionat. Aquí, pagant el doble, vam estar en una habitació interior i petita. En plena onada de calor només disposàvem d'un ventilador. El plat de dutxa estava embussat i la tapa del desguàs solta, al damunt, amb perill d'haver-la trepitjat amb els peus molls i haver relliscat. 336 euros, dues persones, per dormir i esmorzar no estan justificats. L'esmorzar ha estat simplement acceptable. Res més. Per aquest preu, a més, no tens aparcament. S'ha de reservar a banda i les places són molt limitades, per la qual cosa, és possible que hagis d'aparcar força lluny de l'hotel. Cap problema, perquè el passeig és maco, excepte si tens problemes de mobilitat o molt d'equipatge. Ens sap greu, però no el podem recomanar perquè la relació qualitat-preu no és la correcta, al nostre parer.

We absolutely fell in love with this hotel and the city of Bayeaux! We stayed over the anniversary weekend of D-Day so there weren’t many other options for a family of four in one bedroom. This served our needs perfectly! The family bedroom is absolutely beautiful with two separate sleeping areas, an outstanding bathroom, and a beautiful window view of their courtyard. It’s perfectly located for walking the town, which is outstanding. I can’t recommend this hotel enough, even though the price tag is a little higher than others. The food is also outstanding in their restaurant. Breakfast was delicious, I recommend including this option. We also had a wonderful lunch. Reasonable prices too.

My daughter joined our trip , so we booked this hotel last minute, we checked in first and noticed a strange odor once we open the door, and we found it’s come from the fridge area, we made complaint to front desk lady, she use a spray come up with us and stayed 2 mins . We come back to sleep at late night, and the odor was still there and unbearable, I opened all the windows and checked out early in the morning. Told front desk lady again hope they fix that room #38

Lovely hotel with beautiful restaurant and lounge. The staff was so very welcoming and accommodating. We had breakfast, lunch, and dinner and loved each meal. Our room was very comfortable.

No air conditioning! We happen to be in France during unprecedented heat wave in late May. Temperatures in the 90’s. Our superior room was on the bottom floor in the newer part. But it had a very musty smell, especially the bathroom which was big but had no ventilation.

Cet hôtel très bien placé est d’un charme incroyable ! La végétation et l’aménagement extérieur sont aussi charmants, le personnel est chaleureux et professionnel , la décoration intérieure est de très bon goût, l’atmosphère est cosy. Les chambres sont spacieuses , très bien équipées et très joliment décorées. Petit déjeuner savoureux. Un ascenseur est nouvellement installé et des places de parking dans la cour de l’hôtel sont accessibles sur réservation.

Un service client à améliorer. Je note en particulier que l'établissement n'a pas procédé au remboursement d'un petit déjeuner alors que j'avais eu l'assurance lors de mon arrivée que compte tenu du nombre plus réduit d'occupants (3 au lieu de 4), l'un des petits déjeuner me serait remboursé.

The hotel is close to the train station, the personnel in the front desk was polite and professional, the size of the room was adequate

The door to the room was very heavy and heavy spring loaded, you had to be aware otherwise it could hit you. There was a small foyer that connected the BR to the bedroom itself that had the same weight and spring loaded characteristics as the door of the whole unit. No stopper. At nigth to go to the BR we used apiece of luggage to keep it open. The armoire in the bedroom was un-leved and the door opened spontaneously. Needed forceful push to close.Poor air circulation in the room. Leaky toilet promptly fixed by hotel maintenance

Nice beds, coffee maker in the room, very central location with possibility to park your car. The bar area is nice with an active fireplace and very service minded and skilled bartender. We asked to change our rooms and the staff was kind and really wanted to make us satisfied

No reading light in bed The use of cheap materials and poor craftsmanship detracts from the overall experience ie. 1) The edges of the floor panels in the bathroom were frayed 2) The table top in the bath room was made with in cheap wooden material that was worn 3) The wooden floor in the room was made in cheap wood plates, that was worn The toilet in one of our initially allocated rooms (we had booked 2 rooms) had a strange smell. We got another room when asking, but it did not seem that the reception agreed with the smell.

This property is adorable.. the bar was so fun with the big leather chairs and Hugo the bartender was an asset to the property.. rooms were very big for Europe and their was a huge bath tub!! Great touches like caramels and a carafe of water..

Quiet, comfortable, and fair price for Bayeux in March.

A 3rd floor room wasn't a problem for me, but the hotel does not have a lift so if you have difficulty with stairs you may want a room on the 1st floor

It was in center of Bayeux. Rooms clean, breakfast & bar more than adequate for our needs. Moderately priced for area. Didn’t get to eat at Hotel restaurant, but heard it is very good.

Walk up to 3rd floor room with a bad hip. No lift. They are building a small elevator which should help.

Beautiful hotel in the perfect location. The staff was friendly, the hotel was beautiful and location was perfect. We paid for the parking spot which was a life saver. The room was clean and comfortable, great size for France. Overall it was a great stay and wouldn't hesitate to come again.

There is no elevator but I did hear they are putting one in soon. We were in Room 1 and every time the front door slammed our room and bed would shake. They need to put a soft close on the front door, that was vey disturbing.

Difficile de préciser ce que j'ai aimé le plus : la chambre, le restaurant, le bar, la prévenance du personnel. L'hôtel a tenu compte de mon handicap en m'attribuant une chambre, que dis-je, une suite au rez-de-chaussée, à côté du parking.
