Tutto molto bello rilassante

Struttura molto pulita e in ottima posizione a Forio. Camera vista mare. Colazione varia con cornetti ischitani caldi. Possibilità di utilizzo piscine fino a mezzanotte, teli offerti dalla struttura. È stata organizzata una piacevole serata con band dal vivo. Locali e ristoranti nei paraggi con sconto hotel.

Dalle foto sembra molto più grande e moderna ma nel complesso la struttura è molto bella e pulita.

The location for restaurants, shops and beach was excellent. The staff are very efficient and friendly, The infinity pool and other water together with the sun beds and umbrellas offered a very relaxing resort. We will return.

There was not much to dislike.

The location is great! Walking distance to the beach, to Poseidon, restaurants. The infinity pool with amazing sunset views. Our room was spacious and had a beautiful view to the sea. But the absolut best was the service, the personnel was so kind and friendly. We loved it!

Tutto! Splendida posizione nella baia di Cetara con il mare più bello. Stabilimenti balneari solo attraversando una stradina. A due passi il capolinea degli autobus coi quali puoi girare tutta l' isola. Camere confortevoli, balcone con splendida vista sul mare e da cui si godono splendidi tramonti. Colazione abbondante sia dolce che salata per tutte le esigenze. Splendidi giardini e la parte esterna con bar per aperitivo e vista sulla piscina termale. Le due piscine e le docce termali la vera coccola per terminare la giornata. A due passi le famose terme Poseidon. Ottimi ristoranti sulla spiaggia. Consigliatissimo.

Sono stata in questo hotel nell’ultima settimana di agosto con una mia amica e siamo state benissimo. La chiave della camera non elettronica permette di lasciare i propri dispositivi in carica anche mentre si è fuori, apprezzatissima la pulizia molto efficiente delle stanze con cambio biancheria tutti i giorni e cambio teli piscina direttamente in reception a necessità. Colazione varia ed abbondante. Posizione comodissima per spiaggia e poseidon. Camera con balconcino vista mare. Presenza di due piscine con bar che ti serve l’aperitivo ai lettini o anche in acqua nonché doccia con temperatura regolabile dove è possibile fare anche lo shampoo con i propri prodotti o con quelli forniti dall’hotel. Ma la cosa che colpisce di più è l’ospitalità eccellente con attenzione del personale ai minimi dettagli e disponibilità per qualsiasi richiesta. Se dovessi tornare ad Ischia non avrei dubbi su dove soggiornare.

A 3 minuti a piedi dalle splendide spiagge di Citara, a 5 minuti dai Giardini di Poseidon e a 3 dallo stazionamento bus. Struttura pulitissima, camera datata ma spaziosa con una splendida vista mare. Buona la colazione anche se avrei apprezzato un po' di varietà in più per i soggetti celiaci. Apprezzatissimo l'uso delle piscine termali fino a mezzanotte e la dotazione di teli mare. Personale supergentile e disponibile a soddisfare ogni esigenza dell'ospite.

Starší, no udržiavaný menší hotel. Veľmi čistý. Upratovali izbu každý deň. Uteráky menili každý deň. Veľmi príjemný personál. Čašník nám nosil drinky až k bazénu. Hotel ani v auguste nebol preplnený, okolo bazénov boli po celý deň voľné lehátka. Pri bazénoch sú aj termálne sprchy a chrliče vody-na masáž. Hotel je kúsok od mora. Hotel nezabezpečuje večere, ale dali nám zoznam 6 reštaurácii, ktoré boli kúsok od hotela a mali sme v nich 10% zľavu.

Hotel nemá vlastnú pláž. Tak si treba zaplatiť súkromnú (cca 40-50 EUR za slnečník, 2 lehátka/deň), alebo ísť na verejnú.

La musica costante in un luogo di relax in cui il silenzio pure “parla”

La struttura è bella, dotata di spazi esterni ampi e di due belle piscine termali che, visto il notevole affollamento della spiaggia, offrono un'importante alternativa. Non c'è molta attenzione per il rispetto delle regole (uso delle cuffie, tuffi, consumo di cibi e bevande non solo a bordo piscina ma proprio dentro l'acqua).

Abbiamo avuto una camera decisamente vecchia e mal messa, pavimenti e piastrelle danneggiati, bagno da rifare. Altre camere sono sicuramente migliori e rimesse a nuovo, ma non è accettabile che chi paga debba essere soggetto a una sorta di lotteria, e sperare nella fortuna di vedersi assegnata una camera buona. I soldi pagati sono gli stessi per tutti, e così devono essere le camere. Da quando abbiamo fatto notare questa disparità, una parte del personale ci è sembrata più scostante e meno disponibile.

Perfect location - right next to Citara beach, Giardini Poseidon and the bus station. Good swimming pools though we wished one pool had been a bit colder to cool down in the heat. Staff in reception always ready to help and answer questions. Everything was super chilled The room was very good and spacious with a big terrace.

The breakfast-we didn´t like the coffee in the coffee machine. For our taste we wished for more healthy and fresh breakfast instead of lot of sweets. Often when we arrived to breakfast the fresh fruits (like watermelons) were finished/empty although we came at 9.15-9.30 which is not late on a vacation in our opinion.

The room was clean and had a lovely balcony. The pool and area was clean and enjoyable with a great view.

Vi var familie med to store barn og bodde på to sjarmerende, rene rom. Hotellet har nydelig sjøutsikt mot vest med solnedgangen i horisonten. Det er en kort gå tur til stranden og vi fikk låne parasoller fra hotellet. Vi slappet av ved bassenget og fikk servert flotte drinker (med og uten alkohol). Frokosten var helt super. Vi reiste til hotellet med bil, kjekt at hotellet har en bra parkeringsplass.

Alt var helt topp.

Quest’anno ho scelto di tornare in questa struttura. C’ero già stata altre due volte all’incirca quattro o cinque anni fa e ne conservavo un bel ricordo. Purtroppo la struttura nel frattempo è nettamente peggiorata. Ci hanno dato una suite al posto della standard, pensavamo fosse un upgrade e invece si è rivelato un vero e proprio incubo! Una stanza sporchissima e la vasca idromassaggio esterna che ci hanno proposto come una chicca era piena di acqua nera di fogna, (ovviamente non l’abbiamo usata) e i lettini erano inutilizzabili tanto che erano sporchi. La camera era letteralmente invasa dalle zanzare e l’ultima notte, abbiamo visto addirittura tre gechi che giravano in camera da letto e abbiamo chiesto di cambiare camera. Ma il degrado prosegue nelle aree comuni. La piscina era sporca e a bordo vasca i resti del cibo consumato dalle persone del giorno prima erano ancora a terra il giorno successivo, senza che nessuno pulisse. Mi dispiace davvero perché è una struttura con un forte potenziale ma è stata completamente abbandonata.

Beliggenheden var rigtig god. Nemt at komme til Forio Porto og Ischia Porto med bus. Pool området var godt, og der var en fin poolbar. Sengen var fin og udsigten fra værelset var smuk. Der ligger rigtig mange gode restauranter tæt på, hvilket var et stort plus.

Begge pools var 33-34 grader. Så på intet tidspunkt kunne man køle sig ned i varmen. Morgenmaden var ikke særlig god. Der var ikke særlig meget at vælge imellem og både min kæreste og jeg var skuffede. Der var nærmest intet frugt og pålægget var skuffende for Italien. Det der fyldte halvdelen af buffeten var croissanter og kage… Brusekabinen var virkelig lille. Den mindste jeg har stået i nogensinde. Vi fik heller ikke meget hjælp i receptionen, når vi havde spørgsmål. Stranden tæt på koster 50 euro for 2 stole, så det er ikke med i opholdet. Hvis man ankommer med en klassisk forventning for et fire stjerner hotel, vil man blive skuffet.

Location molto bella e rilassante, la camera era spaziosa e con una vista eccezionale difronte al mare. La colazione era abbondante e di qualità. Le piscine termali ottime. Se dovessi ritornare a Ischia, andrei senza dubbio qui.

The hotel is ideally situated in a quite location but close to beech, thermal spa, garden, nice restaurants and close to Forio town. Staff are polite, respectful, helpful and friendly. Elena at the reception was very helpful from check in to check out. Helped us in every aspects, transport, p[laces of interest and restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would happily recommend it to anyone. The location is simply perfect — the beach is just steps away, which made our holiday so easy and relaxing. The rooms were spotlessly clean and well-maintained, the pools were great, and the staff were genuinely friendly and attentive throughout our stay. The only weak point was the breakfast, which didn't quite match the overall standard of the hotel. All in all, a great choice for families and couples alike. We'll definitely be back!

We stayed here last week and generally the hotel was very nice. The outside area is lovely, with two pools, pretty gardens and plenty of loungers and seating. I had booked the holiday for my wife's birthday and unfortunately, first impressions spoilt the whole experience. Our room was the smallest in the hotel with single beds. It was situated at the rear of the hotel and had no balcony or views. I offered to pay for an upgrade to a double room with a view but was met with total negativity from reception saying the hotel was full. This put a huge damper on our romantic break. They dont even provide an iron in the hotel. We are not sure how people give the breakfast such good reviews. If you're not used to eating cakes for breakfast then it was mediocre at best. On a positive note. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and well kept and the location is great with easy access to the beach or local transport.

Sengen på vores værelse var ALT for hård for både mig og kæresten. Morgenmaden og kaffen kunne godt have været bedre. Meget kedelig kaffe og lidt meget fokus på kage til morgenmad.

l'hôtel bien rénové, se situe à 2 min de la plage et de plusieurs restaurants. Notre chambre avec vue sur mer et balcon était très agréable. Beaucoup d'espace verdoyant autour de l'hôtel avec deux belles piscines d'eau de mer chauffée. Le petit déjeuner est varié et copieux, pas de restaurant le soir mais petite restauration à midi. Parking gratuit sur place.

Staff were excellent. They made the stay really enjoyable. Reception gave a birthday bonus without being asked, they helped with taxis and were very informative. The restaurant staff were helpful and friendly. Anyone you meet working in the hotel had a smile. It made you feel very welcome. The pool area was very good. The location was fab - near bus stop, beach (very busy) and the Poseidon Gardens Thermal Springs (worth a day). Would recommend.

Great location! Walking distance from the beach. Friendly staff. Clean resort. Towels and umbrellas for Beach use. The breakfast was absolutely beautiful and delicious. Our biggest issue was regarding comfort. The beds and pillows are extremely flat. The showers are tiny. And the rooms are not soundproof at all. This resort still uses old-fashioned keys to enter and exit the rooms. You can hear people trying to unlock their doors throughout the entire night. The doors are heavy and close loudly.

Room was nice. Staff were very helpful. The facility has beautiful ocean view from the rooftops even from the main entrance. Breakfast buffet was superb.

The location was ideal for spending time at Giardino Poseidon and its beautiful beach. The #2 bus stop is steps away which made it easy to get from the ferry port to the hotel. The staff are proactive and helpful in every way. I had a great stay!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel Punta Imperatore in Ischia, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The location could not have been more ideal—just a five-minute walk from the renowned Poseidon thermal spa. The hotel itself features its own natural hot spring pool, which made the stay even more special. Each morning began with a complimentary breakfast that was superb in both quality and variety. The grounds of the property were beautifully maintained, creating a serene and inviting atmosphere. What made this stay particularly enjoyable was the convenience of the surroundings. Gorgeous beaches were within walking distance, as well as a wide selection of excellent restaurants. Everything we needed—from dining to leisure—was accessible within a ten-minute walk, making it unnecessary to venture far from the area. Overall, this hotel provided the perfect balance of comfort, beauty, and convenience. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ischia.

Camera buia hotel assegnataci che dava di fronte ad un muro alto 4 mt. , colazione caotica e confusionaria con prodotti non freschi. Non da 4 stelle. Ci saranno state ottime camere, ma non quella assegnatami.

We absolutely loved our stay in the hotel! The staff is very nice and helpful, we did not expect a pool with warm thermal water - which was an amazing highlight for us. The location is very close to the beach, the breakfast was fantastic! I had great time!
