Reviewed May 15, 2026Location is great, few minutes walk to Walking Street and the beache is across the road. Plenty of things to do nearby that can be reached by a short walk. Security is good, they will always check on you.
I have been travelling to this country for 10 years now, and I will visit at least four times a year and at least three times a year I will come to this hotel. Main reason would be my interaction from the moment I check in. Happy staff, smiles all around and always get my orange juice. On this occasion this didn’t happen, I felt like the staff was making me feel like I was being an inconvenience to them during checking, no one smiled, no eye contact, it was like they did not want me here, I didn’t get my welcome juice, the rest of the staff were great as always. Unlikely, I will be coming here again
