Baywalk Residence Pattaya

Ottima posizione, camera con tende pulite

Tutto ok, nessun lato negativo

Posizione ottima, staff ottimo, colazione buona

The hotel is clean, the rooms are nice and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is good.

Compared to other hotels in the area, I think it is a bit expensive for what it offers. The pool could be cleaner, and the gym needs better cleaning and maintenance. The gym facilities are also somewhat limited.

Location, view and breakfast is great , , great staff very friendly 👍

construction and noise not great

Baywalk Excellent Property and its in Prime Location , Lovely Breakfast view. Best Place to Unwind. Front office staff , House Keeping staff , Dining room staff all were great. Great Vibe , Definitely coming back.

i stayed in standard deluxe, could have bit more spacious.

The location is good, but unfortunately, my experience with the staff was very disappointing. They were not supportive and seemed to take the other person’s side, making us feel trapped and uncomfortable. The way the situation was handled also raised concerns about whether there was some understanding between them. Not recommended for families or bachelors. Please be careful with your money and valuables.

Structure little outdated.

Location

Stuff , poor breakfast

Quiet, close from beach, friendly staff, big rooms, good air con.

Swimming pool could be bigger, air con in room turning off when removing the swipe card.

Zentrale Lage, nettes Hotel

Best location and the staff so friendly helpful. We will come back surely.

Almost nothing. Only the construction next to it.

Great value, very clean, fantastic staff and facilities

I loved everything about it, there was nothing that I didn’t like

The staff were fantastic along with the facilities, very clean and I stayed in the mini suite which is great for family

It is the perfect location close to everything you need and want to explore and great for families or singles

Clean and friendly staff great location only problem I had was the bed was too hard for my liking and shower holder was hanging on for life but everything was perfect great location and good bars down the road for all likening

Hard bed and shower holder was hanging off

Direkt am Strand, unkopliziertes Hotel, Rooftop Pool, Frühstück Terasse mit Grandioser Aussicht zum Meer

Pool Wasser viel zu warm, Pool einige Fliesen defekt

All

Excellent location. Comfortable bed. Large deluxe room that had everything I needed. I was worried about the noise after reading some of the reviews but there was minimal noise. I took earplugs but did not need them.

Everything went well, very happy

Properties close to everything, I like that

There is no proper breakfast for Indian and water pressure is very bad. No hot water much in the room. Lighting is very terrible.

Location

Hotel used mainly by client who bring prostitutes. Not so decent for a family

Super Location and lots of Restaurants near to the Beach

Location, Staffs, clean, next to Restaurants . Easy to find

Spacious rooms, clean, and the location is perfect.

Na

good position- close to everything

power and aircon issues- had to change rooms.

Staff is exellent , good location,

Breakfast needs vegetarians stuff other then salad and breads

Big rooms, good bed, nice rooftop pool, great location, reasonable price

Its reflected in the price but its a little tired. Not talking complete refurb but just a few updates

Location on the beach is superb. Had breakfast in the top floor restaurant area - decent buffet but the best was the panoramic view over the bay - with the 200Bt - recommend walk in and pay 250 Bt.

Part of the building is being renovated (needed) - which is a good thing - but we stayed in the opposite part and was not affected by any builders noise. Ask fur this when booking.

Good hotel

Everything perfectl

Very thick pillows

Location

Breakfast was ordinary

All went as expected ... We just Loved it!

Maybe the room rate?

Clean and good size ...Large!

No Smart TV!

Happy with location, service and breakfast that's why me and my wife keep coming back. Very happy

All good

Suite was great, staff were very friendly and helpful

Breakfast could've had more options, but was nice. Omelets were great

Buller från närliggande arbetsplats

Hotellet har sett sina bästa dagar. Väldigt slitet.

Shower water pouring very slow/less

Nada q opinar

Service and location

Mediocre Front desk services

There was a pool and the proximity to the beach. The room was a good size and the staff were very nice

The breakfast could have.more options and better covers for the fruits. The building site next door was quite noisy and the loungers round the pool were worn and could do with a wash

Construction next door makes pool dirty and constant noise

Die Lage

Es wurde Renoviert, nun hat es offene!! Kleiderschränke, ein no Go

Location is in an adult themed section of the beach area. beautiful views of the beach and sea from the hotel and nice to look at while having free breakfast buffet in the restaurant. Room was large with good amenities.

The staff is helpful. Very good location. Clean rooms.

We had problems wit the air-conditioning and finally they changed our room.

Nichts

Location

Nothing. This is the perfect property.

Hotelli oli siisti ja rauhallinen. Sijainti aivan pelipaikoilla!

Location

İt must be much cleaner and well Equipped.

+ Perfect view from restaurant during Breakfast + Good equipped of the room + Free Wi-Fi with good speed + Comfort of Room and size of the bed + Restaurant + Good contact and helpful with staff + Nice area around + Possibility to leave luggage for some time + Swiming pool and terrace on last floor

- To short say in the Hotel

De kamer. Zeker in orde en modern.

De bouwwerf net naast de kamer. Hierdoor kon je vanaf 08:00u niet meer slapen. Ontbijt was niet voor westerse mensen.

Sehr zuvorkommend ,für Thailand sauber

Deutsche unzufriedene Kunden, die über alles meckern

The location. It’s so close to everything. Even next to Walking Street.

Fräscht rum

Väldigt hård säng

Läget var fantastiskt, nära till allt.
