Petit-déjeuner correct, mais le choix était assez limité et manquait de variété , pas de yaourts , de fruits frais Jus d’orange plutôt chimique L’emplacement de l’hôtel très bien La climatisation bruyante

Camera vecchia, letto poco confortevole, balcone sporco, bagno con acqua calda funzionante a tratti. Cena e colazione incommentabili sia per esiguità che per qualità del cibo (persino il cappuccino, arrivato dopo vari solleciti ad un capo sala non prorpio disponibilissimo, era terribile)

Il bagno era orribile ..tutto crepato sia il wc sia la vasca senza una finestra o un aspiratore ..una puzza odiosa usciva dal bagno..una colazione mai vista cosi'..cornetti erano di carta in bocca ..non c era un vasto assortimento ..o un plumkake fatto da loro o cornetti..biscottini tutti duri da giorni che non si mangiano e mettono sempre le stesse cose ..colazione pessima Per essere un 4 stelle ..non mi aspettavo un hotel cosi'..la stanza erano attaccati 2 lettini singoli per farlo diventare matrimoniale ..1 bagno orribile ..colazione pessima ..e pulizia scarsa anche i vetri che c erano nell ascensore tutti sporchi ..che non si puliscono da anni..solo il panorama e bello il resto tutto da rifare

La posizione dell’albergo ottima!

L’organizzazione e i servizi pessimi, il mio compagno è stato male la notte per un intossicazione alimentare, avevo chiesto alla reception di poter avere un tè o una camomilla, era notte fonde ma ero in difficoltà e non sapevo come fare, ovviamente la risposta è stata negativa , senza nemmeno cercare di aiutarmi in qualche modo. Zero considerazioni , stiamo parlando di una struttura a 4 stelle e con così poca attenzione verso il cliente .

Buona la colazione e ottima la posizione per raggiungere la spiaggia

Truly Awful. The swimming pool was like a large bath with a wall around it, the breakfast a piece of cheese, salami or ham, and stale bread. Neither the orange juice nor coffee were fresh. The parking was an extra Euro15 per night, and the manager was quite surly. A two star hotel, at best

Sehr kleines Zimmer, auch waren die schränke mit Limonade oder einer anderen Flüssigkeit verschmiert, Sehr stark abgenutztes Interieur. Abendessen war leider auch sehr enttäuschend, das Frühstücksbuffet hatte nichts mit dem zutun was auf booking abgebildet ist, sehr kleine Auswahl und geschmacklich auch nicht überzeugend.

Breakfast was not up to standard. Not much choice, the last day of stay, coffee machine and juice machine were turned off and the cakes were dry and old from previous day. This was may be not many people around. Avoid the breakfast at the hotel.

Localização péssima, mais de 45 min para chegar ao centro de onibus pois de taxi um custo absurdo tabelado de 55 euros no minimo, cafe da manhã pessímo sem opções, wifi pessímo caindo a todo momento e necessitava reconectar manualmente, recepcionista pessímo se empatia e minima educação, não possui televisão e sim um monitor minusculo na parede que travava ao trocar de canais.

This hotel has one of the most attractive locations in Sorrento, as the name suggests wonderful panoramic sea view and access via a public lift to a sandy beach and restaurants down below. Situated in Mate there are frequent buses to Sorrento itself but the location is otherwise quite remote. We stayed in a sea view room which was large but rather old fashioned. The same applied to the restaurant, breakfast and dinner were included. You sit at the same table every night and order your dinner from a limited menu the preceding night. Service is friendly and with a sense of humour. Public areas are attractive and well maintained. Work is ongoing outside the hotel to create a piazza looking out across the bay, a pleasant place to sit after the evening meal.

We are very dissatisfied with our stay at this hotel. Every day, the air conditioning was switched off during the daytime. It seemed to be done purely to save money, which is unacceptable. We paid for our stay and expected to have access to basic amenities, including air conditioning, at all times. We also experienced problems with hot water. On one occasion, we returned to the hotel earlier than usual and there was no hot water available for a shower. I had to go to reception and ask them to turn it on. The most disturbing incident happened when we were in our room during the day. The air conditioning had been running normally, and suddenly we heard a knock on the door. Before we had a chance to respond, a member of staff entered the room without permission. She did not wait for us to say "come in." It seemed as though she assumed we were out and came to switch off the air conditioning. As an excuse, she brought a small bottle of water and claimed she had come to deliver it. One small bottle for two people, which nobody had requested, was clearly just a pretext for entering the room. This was a serious invasion of our privacy and completely unprofessional behavior. Overall, this was a terrible experience. The constant attempts to save money at guests' expense, the lack of hot water, and the staff entering our room without permission made our stay very unpleasant. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and would strongly advise others to stay elsewhere.

This is definitely not a 4 star hotel. Rooms are very very basic and no better than hostels I have stayed in. The pool and terrace had no shade, or anything to make it look nice and were not really useable. The food was awful and most certainly not cooked fresh. Set menu and set seating plan felt like school dinners. The location is not Sorrento as we were told and I have only just noticed it says shuttle bus, I have no idea what that was but it was not offered to us. We had to take train or bus into Sorrento as there was very little nearby and the station was a good mile away up hill! Only positives were staff were mostly pleasant (except restaurant) and the bedding on our tiny single beds was very clean and fresh. The cleanliness throughout was the only redeeming feature.

Gute Lage auf der Halbinsel nahe Sorrent.

Frühstücksbuffet unter jeder Kritik. Hat nichts mit den Abbildungen auf Booking gemeinsam. Die Schallisolierung zwischen den Zimmern ist praktisch nicht vorhanden. Man hört das Schnarchen im Nachbarzimmer. Garagenabfahrt ist so steil, dass längere Auto regelmäßig aufsitzen.

Struttura in posizione privilegiata, stupenda la vista dalla camera. Garage comodo sotto la Struttura. Personale molto gentile e professionale. Da tornarci.

All'arrivo mancavano gli asciugamani del bagno ma subito li hanno portati. Televisione piccolo e non utilizzabile mancando il telecomando. Colazione deludente, solo pochi prodotti industriali senza prodotti locali e con poca scelta, ben diversa dalle foto pubblicate.

Serviette de bain qui a la matière d’un torchon à vaisselle La wifi était très lente Dans notre chambre on attendait les gens parlaient, fermer leur porte, on voyait la lumière du couloir depuis notre chambre( murs qui n’était pas du tout insonorisé) Si vous voulez dormir ou vous reposer ne venez pas séjourner dans cet établissement. En revanche, si vous souhaitez être réveiller à 6h du matin c’est l’idéal.

La limpieza de todo el hotel. La vista desde la habitación. La habitación es amplia y cómoda. Y una de las empleadas que nos dio cierta información para movernos en transporte publico.

El desayuno. Por ser un hotel 4 estrellas, fue bastante pobre. Y no tener una piscina climatizada. La distancia hasta Sorrento. Ya que es el centro de las excursiones.

Atención muy buena y la ubicación excelente sobretodo el ascensor para in a la playa

This promise of a breathtaking vista, however, is mostly reserved for the public areas. ​The Downside: Rooms and Amenities ​Unfortunately, most rooms do not share this view, instead facing a closed inner courtyard that offers nothing of interest. The rooms themselves are quite small and decorated in an extreme, stark minimalistic style that, for me, felt more cramped and clinical than chic—almost making the space feel like a cage. Furthermore, the interiors are showing their age and are in need of a fresh coat of paint. ​On the positive side, the housekeeping service was excellent, with daily and thorough cleaning. ​Limited Services ​The common areas and amenities were also a mixed bag: ​The Pool: The pool is small and situated low down, mostly enclosed by walls, which severely limits the amount of sun exposure. ​Dining and Bar: The restaurant appeared to cater almost exclusively to pre-booked groups, and the bar offered a very limited selection of drinks. ​Parking: On-site parking is extremely limited at the moment. However, the proximity of the bus station is a major plus, offering easy transport to Sorrento and surrounding villages. ​Final Verdict ​While the views from the hotel grounds are spectacular, prospective guests should be aware that the rooms are small, dated, and lack a sea view. The limited dining and leisure options suggest this might be a better choice for guests planning to spend most of their time exploring the region rather than relaxing at the hotel.

La camera era molto bella, il mare si vedeva anche dal letto … molto rilassante . Camera silenziosa e pulita . La colazione ricca tra dolce e salato . La struttura molto curata . La spiaggia è a pochi passi con spiaggia attrezzata e libera . Ho chiesto una torta per il compleanno del mio uomo, mi hanno fatto trovare tutto in stanza, la torta buonissima 😋

Il parcheggio è quasi inesistente a meno che non si prenota un parcheggio privato o si ha la fortuna di trovare posto sulle strisce blu.

La struttura un pó vecchiotta..un 4 stelle ti aspetti maggior comodità...nonostante avessi chiesto la disponibilità del parcheggio a pagamento e con conferma della struttura ...all'arrivo mi è stato detto che era tutto pieno e che avrei dovuto procurarmelo da solo ... l entrata non presenta nessuna disponibilità di un passaggio con valigie e bagagli incompranti ...scalini scomodi .. camere troppo sottili da sembrare di essere nell'altra camera ... nessuna comunicazione del cambio lenzuola , al rientro in camera c siamo accorte di ciò... Solo l'ultimo giorno ci siamo accortr che l'hotel disponeva di una navetta per la spiaggia ... al check in non è stata fatta nessuna comunicazione di ciò.. nonostante avessimo due bimbi e un passeggino .

Mancanza di parcheggio solo a pagamento

La posizione e il personale. Stanza con tutti i comfort, aria condizionata e letto comodo.

Incominciamo partendo dal fatto che prenotando con soluzione DEPANDANCE, priva di fotografie, ci hanno inizialmente posizionato in una stanza di un B&B a 50 metri dall’Hotel. Stanza comunque nuova ma con soltanto una piccola finestra in alto. Facendo presente questa situazione, il personale ci ha fornito le chiavi di un’altra stanza, sempre nel B&B, questa volta più grande e con un ottimo terrazzo; Il problema questa volta era un odore stantio di umidità, con conseguente parete ammuffita. Facendo presente questi altri problemi, ci hanno sistemati in una stanza all’interno dell’Hotel, dopo, però, aver parlato con l’ufficio prenotazioni. Inoltre il parcheggio all’interno della struttura, a detta loro, sempre pieno e nelle vicinanze non vi sono strisce blu se non 7/8 posteggi e l’unico parcheggio disponibile si trova giù alla spiaggia.

Esmorzar molt limitat pel tipus d'establiment. Malauradament vam coincidir amb unes obres que ens van despertar a les 6.30h. No és un problema, però haguessin agraït que ens haguessin avisat.

La magnifica vista mare

L’unica pecca è che non era assortito al livello del senza glutine e senza lattosio, però tutto eccezionale

Good location. Close to a lift to the beach and also close to the public beach and a few private lidos. Also, good location to visit other towns within the Amalfi coast. Very polite and nice staff. We had trouble with the bed, which wasn’t very comfortable. We requested a change of bed and they complied immediately.

The breakfast wasn’t very good but it was enough to just start the morning.

Struttura perfetta tutto ok. Però il mare giù non è così pulito come credevo e questa è stata la delusione più grande. Siamo stati al lido Marinella e lì l’acqua dalle 11:00 di ogni mattina diventa torbida e sporca assumendo un color marroncino.

La pulizia molto scarsa , la colazione povera e qualitativamente scaarsa, la vista e la piazza (che sono il punto forte dell'hotel ) non libera a causa dei lavori comunali, l'albergo datato avrebbe bisogno di una rimodernata non e' per niente un 4 stelle e per quello che si fa pagare non ci valgono tutti quei soldi spesi per una notte.

Hotel offered a beautiful view the Ocean. We stayed early July and unfortunately there was construction going on while we there. Poor internet figured out late the lobby has internet when we needed it. Breakfast spread lacked but toast and jam helped ! Clean rooms, they provided us a remote for the display in the room but it didn’t work. Friendly but pretty basic. The hotel has some nice views of the Ocean possibly a better place to stay in the future.

The place was in a fantastic location with amazing views. The hotel and pool were outdated. Parking is a nightmare, too. It turns out that there aren't many restaurants open within walking distance.

The hotel is well placed for a summer holiday. The beach is located right under, and the sun rises behind the hotel. The beach doesn't belong to the hotel. 2 sun beds and an umbrella = euro 25! It has dirty rooms, old and rusty window-doors. I was amazed by the dirt in this hotel, which is however a 4* one. The shower cabin is very small, I couldn't bend to wash my feet. I could hardly enter into it, as the sink blocks the way in. Never again.
