O hotel fica próximo à zona costeira próximo do funicular para a zona turística da cidade. Pela manhã é perfeito para ir à praia e à noite basta pegar ônibus ou funicular para ir à cidade. Tem uma piscina agradável e vista maravilhosa para o mar.

O hotel necessita de uma renovação urgente. A ida para o funicular deve ser feira por uma estrada sem acostamento é um pouco perigosa andando cerca de 800 m, mas em Taormina tudo é muito apertado pois são ruas muito estreitas. O estacionamento do hotel é péssimo, numa ladeira com grande dificuldade para manobrar e muito caro 25 euros por dia, mas é essencial reservar pois não existe alternativas próximas.

The room had a sea view, exactly as booked, and was clean and spacious. Some of the facilities could use a little maintenance, but everything was exactly as shown in the photos, so there were no unpleasant surprises. There was also plenty of hot water with no issues at all. The hotel is close to the railway line, as are most hotels in this area, so it is normal to hear trains passing by. However, this did not interfere with my rest or sleep. The hotel also has a lovely swimming pool with a beautiful view over Taormina, which was a great feature. The location is very convenient, around a 10-minute walk from the funicular, with Spisone Beach also within walking distance.

Parking at the hotel is very limited and costs €25 per night. We ended up parking our rental car on the road, and on the third day, the outer plastic cover of one of the side mirrors was stolen. This meant we lost most of our morning reporting the theft and damage to the police. Another downside is pedestrian access to the hotel. You have to walk along a winding main road with no pavement, while cars and motorbikes pass very close by, which felt extremely unsafe. Guests are also not allowed to bring outside food into the hotel. Finally, breakfast costs €12 per person and, in my opinion, it was nothing special and not really worth the price.

The hotel was tired and old, although we did have newly renovated rooms which were nice. The pool area and pool bar/restaurant had tired and weathered furniture making it rather unappealing. This is not a 4-star hotel. The road immediately outside the hotel that you needed to walk along to get to the centre was very dangerous with no dedicated footpath.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Terrasse und schönen Meerblick und konnten zu Fuß zur Seilbahnstation nach Taormina gehen.

Das Frühstück ist nicht so toll, das WLAN schwach, Parkplätze gab es für uns nur auf der vielbefahrenen Küstenstraße, die Bahn fährt am Hotel vorbei , nachts Güterzüge, die Klimaanlage ist sehr laut. Das ganze Ambiente ist etwas ältlich.

Das Einzige, was uns in diesem Hotel wirklich gefallen hat, waren die Kellner. Sie waren freundlich und aufmerksam. Leider war das auch schon alles Positive. Das Frühstück war eher enttäuschend und für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel unserer Meinung nach ziemlich dürftig. Wir hätten deutlich mehr Auswahl und Qualität erwartet. Während unseres zehntägigen Aufenthalts wurde unser Zimmer lediglich ein einziges Mal gereinigt. Und selbst bei dieser einzigen Reinigung wurde vergessen, Toilettenpapier sowie ausreichend frische Handtücher für drei Personen bereitzulegen. Für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel ist das für uns absolut nicht nachvollziehbar. Der Weg zum Strand führt über eine Straße mit Autoverkehr, was insbesondere mit einem Kind alles andere als angenehm und sicher ist. Was uns jedoch am meisten schockiert hat, war der Umgang mit Trinkwasser. Mein Mann wollte bei Temperaturen von etwa 30 °C eine im Supermarkt gekaufte Packung Wasser aus unserem Auto mit auf unser Zimmer nehmen. An der Rezeption wurde ihm die gesamte Packung abgenommen mit der Begründung, dass mitgebrachtes Wasser im Hotel nicht erlaubt sei. Lediglich eine einzelne Flasche durfte er schließlich mitnehmen. Die restlichen Flaschen wurden an der Rezeption aufbewahrt und uns wurde gesagt, dass wir sie nur wieder mit zum Auto nehmen könnten. Stattdessen sollten wir unser Wasser im Hotel kaufen. Besonders wenn man mit einem Kind reist und bei diesen Temperaturen ausreichend Trinkwasser benötigt, halten wir eine solche Regelung für völlig unverständlich und nicht akzeptabel. Von einem 4-Sterne-Hotel haben wir deutlich mehr Gastfreundschaft, Komfort und Kundenorientierung erwartet. Für uns leider keine Empfehlung.

The staff was friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The balcony view was spectacular. The breakfast was good and the location was very convenient as it was walking distance to the cable car into Taormina and close to other restaurants, cafes & beaches.

My bed was not the most comfortable.

A szoba kényelmes volt, a személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész. Gyönyörű a kilátás a tengerre. A medence is tökéletes volt.

10 napot töltöttünk a hotelben. Ez idő alatt sajnos egyszer sem takarítottak, még akkor sem, amikor kértük. Az ételek nagyon egyhangúak voltak. A félpanziós ellátást nem érdemes választani, a vacsora nagyon gyenge, kevés a választék.

The view is fantastic, the hotel pool very good, all meals were excellent and all staff were terrific. Also, the hotel is a short walk to the local bus stop and a slightly longer walk to the cable car.

A few little things, the flexible shower hose did not have a proper holder on the wall, the power sockets didn’t take our usual Euro adapters and the kettle only worked from the plug closest to the floor near the bed.

The hotel itself is decent, but unfortunately the service at reception had a significant impact on our experience. From the moment we arrived, the woman who seemed to be working most often at reception (the lady wearing MK glasses) consistently had a very bossy and passive-aggressive attitude towards us. She spoke extremely quickly, rarely gave us time to process what she was saying, and made us feel uncomfortable from the beginning — almost as if we were being treated with suspicion rather than as paying guests. One example was when she realised we were not going to eat at the hotel. She immediately pointed out the hotel’s message stating that guests are not allowed to take food to their rooms. This seemed particularly unreasonable. Guests may have dietary or medical reasons for needing to eat elsewhere, and being told that food cannot be taken to the room felt unnecessarily restrictive. We also asked to borrow some towels and were immediately told that we would have to pay for them. The general impression was that virtually every small thing came with an additional charge. The parking is another point worth mentioning: the spaces are very poor and, in our opinion, definitely not worth paying for. The final interaction summed up the whole experience. On checkout day, we wanted to load our luggage into the car before checking out, but the same receptionist stopped us and, in a very commanding manner, insisted that we check out first. Since everything had already been paid, there was obviously nothing outstanding. She then asked me where my wife had gone. I explained that she had gone to get the car. It was immediately after this that she started speaking to the colleague next to her and calling other people to check whether we had actually paid for the parking. The fact that we had already paid everything seemed to come as a surprise. This was extremely embarrassing and, frankly, completely unacceptable treatment of paying guests.

Soggiorno favoloso, ci abbiamo lasciato il cuore! ​Stiamo tornando a Napoli dopo una settimana indimenticabile a Taormina. La struttura è bellissima, un vero 4 stelle con una pulizia impeccabile nelle camere e una vista mare da togliere il fiato. La piscina è grande, meravigliosa, panoramicissima e comodissima grazie al servizio bar adiacente. ​Abbiamo scelto la mezza pensione e la cucina ci ha sorpreso in positivo: sia la colazione che la cena offrivano piatti sempre vari, squisiti e molto abbondanti. La posizione dell'hotel è ideale: fuori dal caos del centro di Taormina ma estremamente strategica per fare escursioni. In soli 10 minuti di funivia si raggiunge il centro storico, davvero comodissimo! Unico piccolo appunto sul parcheggio: quello interno è a pagamento, mentre per le strisce bianche all'esterno ci vuole un po' di fortuna e pazienza, ma alla fine il posto si trova. ​Un plauso gigante a tutto lo staff e alla reception (attiva 24h), tutti sempre sorridenti, cordiali e super disponibili. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Giuseppe e Salvo: ci hanno letteralmente coccolato ad ogni cena con la loro simpatia e ci hanno dato consigli preziosissimi su cosa visitare. Hotellet i seg selv er flott, men beliggenheten nær vulkanen Etna, som hadde utbrudd hele uken, skapte mye stress da all flytrafikk stoppet, det ble fullt kaos, da nesten alle ble omdirigert til Palermo. Som er på motsatt side av øya, og det tar 3-4 timer å komme dit fra Catania. Offentlig transport med tog og buss var utsolgt og taxi ekstremt dyrt og vanskelig å få tak i, Mye usikkerhet og mye venting. Vi mistet en del av ferien i venting og flykaos og usikkerhet, både på turen ned og turen tilbake. Vulkanen skaper visstnok problemer hver sommer, men det var ekstra langvarig i dag. Når det gjelder selve hotellet hadde jeg ventet at det ikke var steinharde madrasser og tynne og små puter på et 4-stjerners hotell. Synes standarden på rommet var relativt enkel for 4 stjerner. Flere av oss fikk vondt i rygg og nakker pga dette.

L'unica cosa che salva questo hotel, è la vista spettacolare dall'ingresso e dalla terrazza.

La struttura non si avvicina neanche lontanamente a un 4 stelle. È vecchia e le camere standard ( ne ho viste due, perché la prima me la sono fatta cambiare ) sono pessime, piccole, scomode, ripeto, vecchie. La seconda, che almeno non era mezzo metro quadrato, aveva il bagno che puzzava vagamente di fogna. Nella prima camera, l'aria condizionata non funzionava, e se provaci a tirare le tende per fare entrare un po' d'aria, quelli della stanza di fronte potevano fare un salto sul tuo letto. È palese che giocano al risparmio!!!!!

Albergo datato, servizi troppo cari rispetto al lavoro valore reale. Una bottiglia d’acqua di benvenuto non li avrebbe mandati in rovina. Parcheggio in strada in una nicchia nel muro. Se soggiornate qui protestate per l’aria condizionata.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel e ci siamo trovati davvero bene. La parte migliore è stata senza dubbio la vista dalla nostra camera che dava direttamente sulla baia di Taormina. Lo staff è stato molto cordiale e disponibile, in particolare Salvo e Giuseppe hanno accompagnato con simpatia tutte le nostre serate. Abbiamo mangiato sempre benissimo, ingredienti di qualità e tradizione che hanno fatto la differenza. Tuttavia abbiamo notato che il servizio è stato un po' lento, ma apparte questa piccola nota è un posto che assolutamente consiglierei. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

The placement of the hotel was okay, but without taxi we had to walk along a very traffic heavy road. The room size was good, and the room was nice and clean. The pool had enough sunbeds.

It was not allowed to bring food or drinks into the hotel room. The options at the hotel were very expensive. The breakfast came with very few options, one bread option, and we had to pay for the second glass of fresh orange juice. Some days they played no music at the pool, which was nice, but other days they played super load music which was very disturbing. The experience overall was not good, as we felt monitored by the staff checking if we brought drinks and food into the hotel, as well as coming to our table every breakfast to ask our room number.

Pokoj byl čistý, dostačující. Snídaně dobrá, čerstvý pomerančový džus, pestrý výběr jídla.

Parkování je velmi problematické, drahé. Do centra pouze po silnici, kde je velký provoz. Bazén jen v omezenou dobu. Na večeři jen jedno hlavní jídlo, kde nebyly ryby, a to nejsme nároční.

Very old and run-down hotel, with no evidence of proper maintenance or care for either the rooms or the common areas. They charge €20 per day for parking, which has very difficult access. The surrounding roads have no pavements, making it unsafe to walk anywhere from the hotel.

The view was amazing

The location is not ideal to access their beach. They charge for use of their towels . No flexibility on checkout other than charging and reception staff were not welcoming . The aircon was not effective . Would not recommend this place .

The parking is horrific. How does a hotel of 48 rooms have only 7 parking spots. We had to park away from the hotel and walk to it. During the day you won’t find parking. We found parking at 1 am. Also, we got locked out of our room from the balcony- and to keep AC on you have to leave the key in the wall.

The pool should open earlier than after breakfast and close at 20 instead of 19. It would give a better chance of using it. Often you return to the hotel at 18-18.30 after a day in the town . .. one more thing is options like spaghetti bolognese or lasagna in the restaurant. We ended up eating out on the evening instead .

Fantastic view from our room, overlook the bay. Good size room, clean and comfortable. Staff very helpful and friendly. Very good breakfast. Nice pool with bar.

La vista dalla camera che ci hanno assegnato, peraltro agevolandoci, visto che avevamo prenotato una camera standard senza vista sul mare, è qualcosa di indescrivibile; la piscina panoramica al terzo piano della struttura, con lettini e ombrelloni molto suggestiva; la vicinanza dal mare e dai lidi più esclusivi e’ un elemento di forza, così come la vicinanza dalla funivia, raggiungibile a piedi. Anche il personale è gentile e disponibile, pronto a risolvere tempestivamente gli eventuali inconvenienti. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo inconveniente con il bagno, la sera e già alle 9,00 dell’indomani l’idraulico l’aveva risolto, così come il cambio asciugamani, dimenticato per un mio errore nell’apposizione del cartellino all’esterno della porta e la receptionist, Veronica, è venuta gentilmente di persona a portarci il cambio.

Renderei il parcheggio gratuito, tenuto conto del fatto che, fuori dalla struttura, non vi sono aree gratuite adibite alla sosta di veicoli e la gratuità sarebbe un elemento di forza che farebbe la differenza rispetto ad altre strutture.

Abbiamo trascorso un piacevolissimo soggiorno a Taormina. L’hotel è situato in un’ottima posizione per noi che viaggiavamo in moto, ideale per raggiungere il centro e godersi la bellezza della zona. La piscina è uno dei punti di forza: ampia e con una splendida vista sul mare, perfetta per rilassarsi. Le camere sono spaziose, pulite e confortevoli. Lo staff, sempre estremamente gentile, sorridente e disponibile, capace di farci sentire accolti durante tutto il soggiorno. Un’esperienza davvero piacevole che consigliamo a chi desidera visitare Taormina e concedersi qualche giorno di relax. Ci torneremmo volentieri!

La habitacion era amplia y limpia. El personal muy atento. Las vistas y la piscina muy bien.

El acceso al hotel es un poco demencial con una entrada desde la carretera nacional y una rampa pronunciada y con coches que requiere buenas habilidades de conduccion. Esto hace que el momento de descargar o cargar el equipaje en el coche sea problematico

La habitación era muy amplia.

Las instalaciones son muy antiguas. La ubicación no es ideal, ya que se debe de andar por la carretera (sin aceras ni arcén) para llegar a pie a cualquier parte. El parking del Hotel es complicado y te obligan a dejar las llaves del coche en recepción. La comida del restaurante es limitada, cara y bastante "normal de calidad".

Moeilijk te bereiken ingang; steile helling in een bocht te nemen maar ook aan de autoweg zodat er iemand als verkeersregelaar moet dienen. Sleuren met koffers is niet te voorkomen, alsmede lopen langs de weg. Schrale en ouderwetse inrichting.

Très bel hôtel. La piscine est superbe. Le personnel est très sympa. Le resto est excellent. Très bon petit déjeuner. Chambre petite mais il y a tout ce qu'il faut. 15 minutes à pied du funiculaire pour aller à taormine Rapport qualité prix très correct.

Je ne sais plus ce que j ai sélectionné mais la chambre donnait sur le côté et la vue n est pas top. Pas facile de se garer. L insonorisation laisse à désirer. On entend la douche et les voisins.

Le personnel était tres gentil et aidant. L’endroit est calme et bien insonorisé et tout était tres propre.

Le lit était dur, une paire d’oreillers supplémentaire et une couette aurait été appréciés. Nous avons trouvé du stationnement gratuit à proximité, je trouve que 25euros par jour est exagéré.
