Good value for tariff charged.Clean unit .

The motel is in a perfect spot for walking to town and the old part of town, eatery etc. The room was warm with good shower, clean and nice comfortable bed. Overall a good place to stay!

Location was pretty good in terms of proximity to the main centre of town. Beds were comfortable.

Facilities seemed a bit dated, bathroom lacks appropriate ventilation and shower door was difficult to close resulting in water ending up on the bathroom floor. Paying for the stay was also difficult and felt disorganised.

Nothing the light in kitchen was not working,the shower is tripping take age , and the cushion on the bed was fluffy looks like it hasn’t been cleaning all of them the oven was not as good one of the element they took the thing out I asked for the bottom motel not the top cause I’ve got real bad arthritis but they put us on the top floor and the lady in the office turned up at 2:30 and we’re supposed to check in at 2 o’clock and there was like three of us waiting and you can’t even go in the office to see somebody in no one ever in the motel in the office most of the motel you have big post a person sitting there so not a good like yeah but from everything it’s not good at all disappointed

Found another guest’s underwear under the bed and woke up to ants in the room and on the bed. Video proof were provided to management after the stay. Refund request was declined because the issues were not reported during the stay

Taps in kitchen sink hard to turn on and toilet very hard to flush No clean towels for the last morning

客廳燈泡壞了很暗，年約60歲的女員工原本不願意幫忙處理，還想情勒我們說他都這個年紀了還要幫我們換燈泡嗎？我們要求跟主管談，她又突然說他可以做，完全就是欺善怕惡，服務精神很差。

Surprised there was no sink for doing dishes. The large bed made a noise when I moved around on it. Shower drain seemed to be blocked, water drained very slowly. Both taps in basin need new washers.

Toilet cistern kept running

I have booked 27 different accomodations for my trip through NZ, and this was easily among the best ones. Well organized reception, spotless room and shower, very good beds and linen AND towels, I would come back here in a second.

The flush toilet was hard to get the button down.

Accommodation was very spacious, bed really comfortable, and the unit was very quiet - even though just off a busy road. The decor is a little tired, but the functionality and cleanliness could not be faulted. Great value for money.

Charged a credit card surcharge above stated booking advice. Motel accepts pets and Manager advises they are "pet friendly" Booking.com states "no pets". NOT GOOD !

Good location, close to main road but double glazed so no traffic noise problem. Very traditional motel, but clean and functional. Comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen.

The location was handy to shops snd walking to town. The staff were very helpful.

The bed was not that comfortable. There wasnt a kitchen with a sink, which made it difficult doing dishes in the bathroom.

Beds a bit firm and pillows hard . Concerned about concrete step from top of stairs was not flush.

Although a little older, the room was clean and beds were comfortable. Double glazing on the windows definitely helped with traffic noise.

Lovely, friendly staff, great location. 5 min walk into town and 2 mins to an Indian Restaurant for a lovely meal. Comfortable beds and the unit was spacious and catered for all our needs. Would stay again.

A liw standard of cleanliness; ant infestation, smell of mould, food scraps not cleared from the settee, under bed not cleaned for some time. Two rings on the cooker dud not work properly, and I suspect the electrical connections as they heated up after being switched off. The unit was equipped to only just the minimum standard.
