Clean and comfortable. Great shower and spacious . Excellent value.

It exceeded my expectations. No complaints from me

Nice welcome, we could bring our dog, close to lovely park

Perfect for us

So great to be able to have our dog with us, really pet friendly motel and good sized room. Good location near river paths and gardens, easy to get to city also.

Thank you Neil for being very helpful and accommodating with our trailer. Neat, clean, cosy and warm room. We will be back.

Location was good, off street parking, good size rooms, very clean, bed was comfortable, owner was lovely, they allowed to bring our dog.

Nothing

Perfect location, easy access to different areas of Palmy with a short walk away from petrol stations & parks. Very quiet which was ideal for my partner and I as we needed a good night’s rest. :) The room we stayed in was very warm & welcoming, with a decent sized kitchen & bathroom.

Nothing, everything was exceptional! Only issue I had was staying connected to the wifi as the connection would suddenly disappear & I’ll have to try again or use Data until it came back again. - Could be due to the high number of guests staying as we arrived along with others I assume for the expo over the weekend, so possibly too many people using the same WiFi at once?

Lovely welcome Very clean Nice vibe

Located on a street close to the Regent Theatre getting around was easy. We appreciated that care is obviously taken to keep the rooms to a high standard of quality and cleanliness. We also turned up a bit early and early check in was no problem at all. All staff we encountered were welcoming and friendly,

No improvements noted.

Good room. Spacious.

Great place and amazing staff!

Spotless. Super clean. Great value for money.

We liked the facilities. Very clean & tidy. Comfortable big bed. We also appreciated the communication from the owner Neil, he was very responsive. We would definitely stay again 🙂

We had trouble sleeping initially from a group of young people running on the balcony after 11pm. Also, we had trouble with the wifi in our room with some of the TV channels.

Location excellent

Nil all was good even the parking .

The staff are lovely. The extra little touches are nice, chocolate, a candle and bubble bath for the spa. Parking was great. Room clean as a whistle.

The bed wasn't particularly comfortable More channels on the TV would have been good.

Nice big room Big bed

Everything. The staff were amazing, friendly, helpful and informative. The unit was clean and tidy, well equipped and very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again when back in Palmerston North.

Absolutely nothing, there is nothing to not like about this property.

Close to the public gardens

The location was perfect for me, the room was a good size. I like the little kitchenette, there is enough scope to prepare a meal or two. Towels and linen, were plentiful and good quality. All staff were friendly and helpful. Really nice to have access to a laundry.

All the pillows were the same, which gave no scope for choice. I like something a little higher and firmer. I felt that the mattress was starting to show its age in just one area ,probably where everyone sits to watch TV. I could not see how the bathroom heater was supposed to turn on.

Motel Was great , very clean , comfy bed and great for travelling with our little dog . We had a ground level floor and got to park right outside our room . The shower was modern and had great pressure.

It was a little bit of a walk into town but at keast Palmy is pretty flat so it was an easy walk.

Location. Price. The facilities: particularly the washer and dryer in the apartment

Excellent location. Room was very comfortable. Information regarding Palmerston North was exceptional. Given lots of ideas to go and explore the city.

Nice place to stay super comfortable bed.

The weather was cold lol

The location was ideal, within walking distance of several parks, the bird recovery center, and the Victoria Esplanade. It was also within easy driving distance of restaurants, shops, and other sights in the area. The apartment we stayed in was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Amber checked us in and was very friendly and helpful giving us suggestions and directions.

Comfy, spacious room, very clean, great facilities, Our second time staying, we will be back again

Very friendly and helpful staff. Made us feel very welcome.

There wasn't any we didn't like..

Centrally located, friendly hosts, clean and comfortable facilities

A bit run down- AC was hard to adjust - remote issue.

Clean and well equipped

Traffic noise

Great location handy to CBD. Friendly staff and very comfortable and spacious room

Lovely couple that own the property - very friendly and helpful.

Nothing!

Really clean, friendly owners

Nothing

The friendliness of management, nothing was a problem, clean and well serviced

Netter Gastgeber gibt diverse Typs.

Wir haben nichts zu bemängeln.

Comfortable bed, clean, friendly staff, good parking spaces, good value for money, loved being on the ground floor

We would like a fridge with a proper freezer compartment. Leaving the motel difficult to avoid the bottom front of the car scraping on the road.

Thin towels and pillows

Excellent location. Super helpful & friendly staff. Very clean. Great size room. Excellent shower (hot water is VERY hot, be careful).

Bed is very uncomfortable

We received a warm welcome. The shower was absolutely spotlessly clean.

Great spot very handy to down town. And the best owners ever. Even carried all our bags to our rooms and lots of great advice on the local area

Nothing

Fantastic spot and fantastic helpful staff

Nothing

The shower door displaces the bath mat. When you open the shower door to enter the shower, the bath mat is swept aside and you cant step on the mat when you exit the shower. This matters as the tiled floor of the bathroom is very cold.

Easy to find, clean, great facilities with exceptional staff. Will stay again - highly recommend.

Nothing - it was great

Spacious unit. Had everything we needed for a 2 night stay. Quiet. Welcoming host. Easy walking distance to the Esplanade bush walk and rose gardens.

Fabulous owners Very large room Quiet but handy to town

3rd time we ha e been here, consistently clean and friendly. Will stay again A+

Nothing, it was all just fine.

Genuinely friendly people that made me feel special even though I stayed for only 1 night. They offer a great pre-order barista coffee service! Wish I’d read the info before I went to sleep. I would happily re-book there any time. Super clean!

Nil

Me and my daughter just love it.

The quiet area

Quiet, clean and very comfortable beds. Friendly hosts.

The kitchen / bathroom was a little dated

Great staff, clean tidy will return

The Cleanliness of the rooms, spacious, the shower was amazing. The beds were so comfortable and we had the best sleep after a long day of sports. The hosts were awesome, advised us of where to get the best ice cream, things to do etc. Check in hassle free. Motel was so close to everything which was perfect. I highly recommend Kauri motel and I'm extremely fussy, so to finally find a place that ticked all my boxes, this will definitely be our go to from now on. 10/10

Nothing not to like was perfect for us.

From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel like family. Our room was spotless and beautifully presented, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Neil and Amber went above and beyond to share all the best local attractions, and absolutely nothing was ever too much trouble. We’ll definitely be back. I can’t recommend Kauri Court Motel highly enough. If you’re planning a stay in Palmerston North, this is the place to book!

We enjoy staying here very comfortable we feel very much as if at home. Nice and quiet. Neil is a fantastic host.

Nothing not to dislike.

Such a clean and tidy rooms and very spacious too. Big beds and cooking place available too. Owners were very friendly. A must to visit place. Yay

Spacious unit with comfortable beds, good shower etc. Heat pump appreciated as weather was cool. Good off-street parking. Friendly managers.

Bathroom heater and heated towel rail could not be turned on.

Great hosts, a friendly welcome, wonderful clean room, spa bath, easy ground floor access, bright, warm, tidy kitchenette, helpful recommendations of places to eat and things to do and see.

All good, we liked everything
