I can’t say enough about the team at this hotel, I travel all over the country and stay in so many top hotels but find few with the “ consistent” level of customer service. Josalyan, Raechel and Christian are always so delightful, upbeat and welcoming at the front desk.I get treated like a celebrity . I am -always acknowledged and remembered. Tonight , the Salmon( sauce) spinach and brocolli was amazing! Better than Ruth’s. Whoever is running the kitchen- 5 star. Always great and team always friendly and smiling. In this day and age, a smile and kind gestures go a long way. Thanks to everyone for always making my stay amazing. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Absolutely awesome!! The staff is super friendly and goes beyond to make sure know they value you and are there to promptly help in any way possible. The rooms are huge ! Beds are top shelf. Roomy & comfortable. The food is great and there is a tiki bar just a few steps away where you can sit & relax at the water. Sunsets are amazing! Be it business or casual, I highly recommend this hotel and location on the bay in Punta Gorda.

We arrived late and the Tiki Bar was still open. We got to sit outside and enjoy a drink after a long day of travel. Our bartender was very talkative and friendly.

Spinacurs has a wedsday seafood buffet what a wreck no organization no servise food just ok when their was something in the serving dish, long wait for plates and crab legs, got served my drink at the end of meal,,,

Not any information about what to do around the area!! Maybe an informational packet when guests arrive!! We sat at the restaurant for breakfast and the fruit flies were extremely bad !!!

We stopped here as a stop on our way to the Keyes. It was easy to get to. We arrived on a Sunday evening, and there was a concert by the hotel Tiki Bar. There were many people attending so the parking lot that was also for the hotel was initially full on our arrival. Fortunately, someone was leaving and we were able to get a spot. The hotel and staff at the desk were wonderful. The room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant in the hotel was basic but good with friendly wait staff.

We had tried to eat dinner at the Tikibar outside, but we couldn’t find a hostess to seat us, despite a sign that said to wait to be seated. A kind bartender saw us and seated us. But then no one ever came to take our order. We got the attention of one waitress who said she would come back if she couldn’t find anyone else. But no one ever came, so we gave up and ate at the restaurant inside the hotel.

The bathroom door squeaked when opening and closing so was hard to be quiet in the nighttime to use bathroom without waking up others while opening and closing door Also we had very very noisy next door people who came in very loudly at 10:15 pm and woke us up and continued being noisy for quite a while. My friend couldn't fall.back asleep and I slept with the TV on due to the noise they were making. We had to be up.for 3am to leave for the shuttle at 4am, they was the only problems we had during our visit

Close to everything I was in town for & the staff. Second time staying there this year & will book again whenever I visit South Florida.

I was supposed to have a marina view with balcony. My view was obstructed and there was no balcony. I contacted support several times and they called and were left on hold, hung up on, they sent emails and no response😡. It was the day before my wedding and then my wedding night !!!! A big disappointment!!! Also,it was overpriced paid over $725 and Not even breakfast included

The driver who took me to the airport at 4am was extremely helpful , that was a very big plus

I stay here frequently when working in nearby Port Charlotte, and it is always a pleasant stay. Check-in is easy on the Marriott app, although I find it sometimes annoying with buisness stays because they do not always check you fully in or provide a mobile key until an incidental credit card is provided in person on arrival. There must be a way to do that on the app to avoid having to go to the front desk. The front desk staff, however, is excellent. They are always smiling and welcoming, day or night. The entire team is really great. Marriott Elites are welcomed. Upgrades are provided when available (the hotel is often booked either due to high season or events like weddings). The rooms are cozy with a comfortable amount of space. There is a separate small sitting area as well as a designated desk area in the room. There is a full length mirror and lots of hooks in addition to a standard wardrobe closet. The tv is large with a fair amount of cable channels as well as easy access to streaming with Netflix or Prime etc. There is a small fridge and microwave in the room in addition to the standard Keurig coffee machine. Tea bags and coffee bags are provided in addition to a bottle of water daily. The bathroom is spacious. They provide nice thick bath robes. The toiletry products are not special (a bit cheaper in quality to me), but they will do. The harbor side rooms and the corner rooms are extra special for nice views. There are also a few rooms that have a small balcony. The balcony is nice to further enjoy the view, but it is tiny and probably not worth booking unless there is not much of an additional expense . Housekeeping is daily and the service is pretty good. There is a small gym with a few free weight and the typical cardio machines- decent. There is a small pool. The Harbor is adjacent to the hotel and a beautiful area for early morning or evening strolls. The Dockside Grill restaurant in the lobby has a nice selection of food and the staff is friendly. The drinks at the bar are great when you want to relax in the evening, although it can get crowded. There is no room service available, which is the only thing missing in my eyes to give this a true resort feel. I would quicker utilize Uber Eats after a long day of work rather than order take out from the restaurant. That’s a real shame because the lobby restaurant is actually quite good. There is a Tiki Bar is in the back parking lot of the hotel. It’s a fun option if you have the time. Because the Tiki Bar is popular, however, it does often make parking close to the hotel a challenge, particularly on the weekends. They do have an overflow area that is sectioned off just for hotel guests. This is great for guaranteed parking, but it is in the dirt! A parking attending in their front lot to enforce parking there for hotel patrons only would be helpful, particularly on the weekends. The area overall is a pretty fisherman village and the hotel is within walking distance to lots of trendy local restaurants. Publix and Starbucks are also a quick drive away. The bridge right outside the hotel takes you quickly to Port Charlotte. This is my go to whenever in the area! Highly recommended.

Because I changed my reservation a couple of times, there was some confusion. I was having some difficulty in resolving my issue. Fortunately Sara must have heard my frustration from the back room. She immediately got involved, and resolved the issue. Because of her, I will always stay at Four Points when were in the Punta Gorda area. William Gorman

am a frequent traveler and a Marriott Titanium Elite member, so I base my hotel reviews on both brand standards and my personal experiences. We had a great stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Punta Gorda Harborside. From the start, check-in was friendly and efficient, and I was recognized as a Titanium Elite member. I received a voucher for breakfast in the morning, which was appreciated. Our room was nice and comfortable, and we were fortunate to have a small balcony, which added to the overall experience. While not a luxury property, the hotel was clean, well maintained, and exactly what I would expect from the Four Points brand. Breakfast was menu-based and good. Nothing overly elaborate or fancy, but well prepared and a pleasant way to start the day. The location is one of the strongest aspects of this hotel. It is within walking distance of downtown Punta Gorda and sits right next to the walking path along the river, which makes for an enjoyable stroll. There is also a tiki bar adjacent to the property that is a fun place for food and drinks. There happened to be a live band during our stay, which added to the relaxed Florida atmosphere. Despite the activity nearby, we did not experience any disruptive noise in our room — only occasional minor street noise from a passing motorcycle, which was not bothersome. Overall, this was a very enjoyable stay driven by friendly service and an excellent location. I would absolutely stay here again when visiting Punta Gorda.

Parking far away from entrance and limited due to tiki bar crowds using common parking. Balcony with room we had was very small and not worth added cost, also did not drain rain water so there was standing water.

Our family and friends stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton Harborside in Punta Gorda the weekend of Dec. 12, 2025 for my daughter's wedding, Dec. 13. During our stay, the staff could not have been more welcoming and helpful in getting us settled and getting the gift bags to the guests of the wedding. They were all friendly and accommodating. Montana, who I think is a manager, coordinated a brunch on Sunday for our friends and family, with very little notice. Anthony, the bar tender for the brunch, made everything fun. Erin, the server, who doesn't usually work on Sundays, was very nice and welcomed us with smiles. Even though I don't know everyone's name on the staff, I want people to know that they were all wonderful, including housekeeping and the Tiki bar. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Punta Gorda.

This is a fabulous Sheraton - Marriott. We loved our nautical themed King room with balcony & harbor/ marina view. While lots of bridge traffic passes by, it was very quiet in our room. We loved the Tiki bar for drinks & their restaurant Spinnaker was excellent! The lump crab cakes were divine! The 3 layer chocolate fudge cake - omg - incredible. Also of note: assistant front desk manager and m.o.d. Montana was amazing. She was helping out in the restaurant Spinakker as it was packed & extremely busy. She helped with seating & anything else needing to be done. At one point a group of loud locals became rude & nasty with their server. Montana calmly, respectfully & assertively stepped in & handled it - them. Wow, she was truly grace under pressure, awesome to observe - well done!Montana clearly has a bright future in any kind of management. Every hotel should have someone like this. We loved our stay here & wish it could’ve been longer. We definitely recommend & hope to return soon!

We had an ungreat experience because we ended up in a room with adjoining doors to another room, and it was unusually humid in our room despite our attempts to run AC and the cooler outside temperatures. (Adjoining doors this means you can hear the other room's conversations, and it is uncomfortable. I complained upon discovering this in my room arrival, and the front desk said they were fully booked for our two-night stay and we would not be able to change rooms. I also told the front desk at checkout.) The room was otherwise clean and aesthetically pleasing. The encountered staff were nice. The lobby is very noisy due to the restaurant. The parking lot becomes easily full due to the tiki bar and a wedding, and we had to park the first night in a grass area. At least the parking was included and not an additional fee. I would not stay here again, as I think there are more comfortable and relaxing rooms elsewhere.

We didn’t stay at the hotel we had thanksgiving dinner there. The service was great and food great, but it was buffet and they ran out of food. 4 at our table never got either turkey or ham. Plus we had one of our friends that was paid for, you had to pre pay, and they could not make it, so that should have been extra food. I only got a tiny sliver of turkey and never took ham. At 60.00 per person, you should have had plenty of food to feed all since it was by reservations only. I tried calling the catering manager,Drew, twice and left messages, but no return call.

Really enjoyed my stay at the Four Points by Sheraton in Punta Gorda. The location right on the water is beautiful and makes it easy to enjoy the town. Rooms are comfortable, the staff were welcoming, and the pool area is a great spot to relax. I also appreciated having a restaurant right on site, which made things super convenient. Overall, a solid and enjoyable place to stay — I’d happily come back when visiting Punta Gorda.

Lauren G is an asset to your hotel. All the associates we met had a very positive attitude and were all smiling and happy to great all the guests. The breakfast server and the bartender were also very professional and efficient. The hotel and the bedroom is well maintained , the bed very comfortable and everything is very clean . The service and the positive attitude of the associates who works at your hotel are better than some 5 stars hotels I have stayed during my years of traveling. This is our second time staying here, we absolutely love the location it’s close to so much!

Parking is limited especially when special events are going on. We have spent the last 2 Labor Day weekends at this hotel and it’s always packed full of fun events. I think certain parking should be marked for hotel guest only so everytime we leave we don’t have to worry about parking blocks away.
