Reviewed Oct 12, 2025I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The location was ideal—close to everything but still peaceful. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Reviewed Oct 9, 2025I have a very high stress life. My stay there was great. The staff were excellent, the pool was fantastic and their music at the pool was amazing. The food was excellent. I found the resort to be very calming and quiet. I cannot think of one bad thing to say. I took my 22 yr old daughter with me and we just chilled at the pool, ate ourselves to death. And did a lot of walking around there.

Reviewed Oct 6, 2025My mom and I really enjoyed our 3 night mother-daughter getaway to the Sunseeker Resort. Upon arrival, we were glad we were using Uber for transportation because the parking fees would have been incredibly expensive if we'd rented a vehicle. The staff was very friendly and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. We also appreciated having robes in the room to use. The room was very modernized and had a panel with buttons for the lights, fan, and thermostat, which was easy to use. We loved the pools, the comfortable lounge chairs, and having an umbrella for when we wanted a break from the direct sunlight. We also appreciated that the bartenders came to us to get our drink and food orders by the pool. We were very happy that the sports bar was able to get the station for both of the college games we wanted to watch. We also ate at Half Cracked and everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. The desserts at Sweet Shine were beautiful and tasty too! Our only complaint would probably be the cost of the spa. My mom got a massage and said she enjoyed it, however it was very overpriced and there was also a 24% fee for the service. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Reviewed Sep 24, 2025Staff for the most part was rude. The valley were great except they have to wear radios and the radio marked my leather seats on a 911. The Level blue guy was very unfriendly. Vinney a waiter was really good. Your sign says pool open Dawn to Dusk but when we showed up at sunrise they told us it did not open for another hour and a half. View was fantastic and the hot tub when you can use it is very nice.

Felt like everything was an up charge. Then due to the rain I was unable to enjoy all of the amenities all pools and roof top bar was closed. Had to sit in a room during my whole stay. No rain checks or special offers for the inconvenience. Felt like a waste of a stay and money.

Understandable if there’s an issue. This place nickel & dimes you for everything every other resort gives you complimentary. $39 a day resort fee is ridiculous & then add the $25 a day self park fee. Food options were a food court. None of their QR codes to access menus or check in work properly. No dine in room service. Bars & food close early if they are open (weird hours). $600 for 2 nights & it wasn’t up to par. I’ll go back to Wyvern or the Sheraton when I come home to visit my family.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2025We had a wonderful 4-day stay at Sunseeker Resort for my birthday with my Family. The suites, rooms, and amenities were beautiful, but the view is breathtaking and the staff across the suites were attentive and welcoming. Special thanks to Oriana and David at Copper Cask for their amazing hospitality, Andy the bellman for being so kind and helpful you are the best, and Gabriela at the Adults Pool for her excellent service. They truly made our experience memorable. On the other hand, the pool manager’s someone nicknamed ”CUZ” his attitude was unprofessional—sarcastic and dismissive both with guests and staff. Several other guests mentioned similar concerns. At the main pool, a server named Krissy who we asked for help came across as unfriendly and rude. One area where the resort could improve is entertainment. Since there isn’t much to do in the surrounding area, guests spend most of their time on-site. It would be wonderful to see more daytime activities by the pools, and for the music and live entertainment to better reflect the diversity of guests. Many Spanish-speaking visitors stay at this resort, so offering a mix of English and Spanish music and events would make the atmosphere more inclusive and enjoyable. Overall, the resort is stunning, the view is breathtaking and the resort has so much potential. With small improvements in entertainment, it could easily become one of the top destinations In the area.

The water pressure was less than expected in shower, and the beds did not have fitted sheets. Staff around the property were friendly and helpful. If you choose to stay here ask for a room not in a high traffic area and it should be better than our experiance.

Offer more vegan dining options 2. Make it all inclusive 3. The staff never cleaned the entire suite. They clean one room and left the others. Not sure why. But once we called they came back and cleaned it. Overall FIVE stars!!!

I do wish Harbor Yards wasn’t so plastic-crazy. The weekends seem to attract many younger people with day passes, so keep that in mind if you’re a “get off my lawn” sort.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2025The Sunseeker is the perfect name… very little shade and there is sun all over the place. Pros: Beautiful place, comfortable beds, loved the view from patio. Cleaning staff is nice and helpful. Pool is huge (no shade unless you find an umbrella). Pool staff are fast and efficient. Free cookies at noon, and free water and pop downstairs by lobby area all day in the suite building. Checkout was easy. Make sure to use your BOGO drink vouchers. Cons: Lots of walking to get to car if you’re in the suite building. Foldout sofa had thin blankets, it was cold the first night. Called twice for thicker blankets. Need more umbrellas around pool area (August sun is brutal). Called for a Cabana rental on my birthday NO ONE answered phone and tried to CHAT it took them over an hour to get back to me. By then we had figured out another plan. Golf carts are not easily available unless you pay for valet (extra). Also tried to Chat with someone on line as my family was trying to rent another unit and no one ever got back to me. We reserved their week reservation on Expedia. Customer service via phone and chat needs help when employees are standing around at check in/lobby.
