Hotel in ottima posizione vicino a pub, ristoranti e negozi. La mia stanza era enorme, pulita, ottimamente climatizzata e anche silenziosa. Ho dormito benissimo. Staff gentilissimo.

Per la colazione avrei gradito trovare dello yogurt naturale confezionato, mentre era disponibile soltanto sfuso, e del tè nero indiano in foglie, magari servito in tazze di dimensioni più generose. Molti viaggiatori europei che visitano l’India prestano particolare attenzione all’acqua del rubinetto e al consumo di frutta e verdura crude, per il timore di possibili disturbi intestinali. Suggerirei quindi all’hotel di adottare un protocollo igienico-sanitario ben definito per il lavaggio e la preparazione degli alimenti e, soprattutto, di comunicarlo chiaramente agli ospiti. Non sapendo, ad esempio, quale acqua fosse stata utilizzata per lavare alcuni tipi di frutta o per preparare i succhi freschi, ho preferito rinunciare a consumarli. Una maggiore informazione su questi aspetti contribuirebbe certamente a far sentire gli ospiti internazionali più tranquilli e sicuri.

The property was welcoming, and at a great location. Well appointed rooms and prompt services.

The health club / gym was sparsely equipped. The main multi gym equipment was tough to operate in an overall cramped gym.

Excellent service and location is perfect. Room is clean and breakfast is the highlight.

The property was beautifully crisp and clean including the rooms. The reception area and room furniture are well kept. The staff are very polite and kind and helpful. The housekeeping was done to a very high standard. We were so excited to explore Bangalore that we did not try any of the food or breakfast but looked very good. Overall quite happy with this and will stay again.

I have been staying at this hotel for the past 10 to 12 years and the quality of service has remained the same. Great breakfast buffet and now they have added weekly Wednesday evening social gatherings hosted by the hotel manager. It’s a great way to mingle with other international travelers.

I stayed here for 9 nights and genuinely felt I had made a great choice. The location is fantastic, especially considering Bengaluru traffic. So many great places are nearby and even walkable. Church Street, with its lively pubs and breweries, is just a short walk away, and the beautiful, green Cubbon Park is also within walking distance. What impressed me most, however, were the people. From the managers and front-desk team to the restaurant and security staff, everyone was always trying their best to help. Even the security staff would greet me with a smile every day, and it always felt genuine rather than just part of the job. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and elegantly decorated, with a very classy feel. One experience particularly stood out. Late one night, around midnight, I had an issue with my safety locker and was honestly a little panicked. I spoke to the manager, who immediately reassured me they would take care of it. Within minutes, a technician came to my room, changed the battery and fixed the problem. Technical issues can happen anywhere — what really matters is how people respond, and their response was excellent. The food was another highlight. Breakfast has a very good mix of Indian and Western choices. Even after 9 days, I never got bored, which normally happens to me after staying 5–6 days in the same hotel! I also loved the rooftop Kohinoor restaurant. One evening I wanted kebabs but not too spicy. The chef personally came to my table, understood exactly what I wanted and prepared them accordingly. They were excellent. That kind of personal attention really touched me. Overall, a wonderful stay — great location, beautiful rooms, excellent food, but above all, genuinely warm people and exceptional service. I would happily stay here again on my next visit to Bengaluru.

This is not the hotel's fault but there was very loud guests on my floor. After I made a noise complaint they dealt with it immediately.

The location was great. The staff were incredibly kind and very helpful.

The hotel is located in precious MG Road area, which is city hub. Easy to commute to different place plus plenty of choices nearby. The rooms are specious, though the split door for toilet/bath is intriguing. A sliding door could have been more functional. I has to host a group of people and the restaurants in hotel were good choice. Away from crown or loud music.

Hands down one of the best value-for-money stays in the city! The rooms were sparkling clean, and the central location is completely unbeatable. What truly stood out was the hospitality—despite my 12 a.m. check-in, the team was extraordinarily helpful and genuinely kind. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The TV Channels were limited which was not that surprising though, Hahahaha...

The hotel and our room was beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, helpful and accommodating. The breakfasts and other meals were absolutely delicious with a huge variety of choices. The location is fairly central. We’d stay here again for sure!

Our stay at St. Marks Hotel was truly wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us with warmth and genuine courtesy, making the whole experience effortless and welcoming. The children absolutely loved it — the hotel’s family-friendly vibe and little thoughtful touches kept them happily entertained throughout our visit. The highlight, however, was the food: every meal felt exceptional, with flavours that were genuinely mesmerising and memorable. As a delightful surprise, the complimentary cakes and pastries were top-notch — a delicious cherry on top of an already fantastic stay. We left feeling relaxed and very well looked after; highly recommended for families and food lovers alike.

team lacks information at the front desk, did not explain on the inclusions of the package, even wifi password was not given, while we were reconfirming on the inclusions, check in assistant was blank and checking the papers. HK - double occupancy, single dental kit, single pair of slippers, towels were not replenished, no turn down service in the evening, minibar was empty, water bottles were not replenished, hair dryer plugged under the vanity counter and was not reaching the hair, hand shower positions was of great discomfort, our package included HAPPY HOURS 6 to 8 which was dishonoured and after speaking to 4 team members then we were 1 + 1 beer was offered, bitter and rude experience in the roof top bar - Kohinoor, F & B Manager was not cordial. we stayed 2 nights, second day we did not use the Happy hours at the hotel as we were very much disappointed on the day one. 2nd day we stepped out for dinner and spent more than 20 grands, your hotel has lost the food and beverage revenue for the second day. Overall disappointed with hotel. we have stayed in many Radisson across the globe, this was very disappointing.

St. Mark's Hotel offers an excellent combination of value and quality in the heart of Bangalore. The management and staff go out of their way to meet customer needs and the on-site restaurant / roof top bar offers great food with views of the city. Rooms are clean and well appointed. It is within easy walking distance to many good restaurants and bars. I stay here every time I visit Bangalore!

Location is very good, near to palace, attractions, shopping malls and eateries. Atmosphere is pleasant and cool. We booked for Executive room but upgraded to Suite room. Suite room is very spacious and furniture is new. Room is clean and quiet. House keeping is perfect. Room service is satisfactory. We liked to order grilled fish with rice. 10% Discount is given on dining. We didn’t try spa as it was closed at 9 pm. Room rent is expensive but discount is given on room rent. Worth for 4 star hotel stay. We loved to stay there.

St Marks hotel situated right in the heart of city ticks all boxes that one can expect from a good hotel. The real value for money doesn’t come from a very well appointed room or great breakfast but it comes from really warm people who over a period of time treat you as family and not as guests. Ably led by Mr J.P.Menon, the hotel can boast of being a great destination for business and pleasure travel. The last 2 years that I have been staying here, not once did I have to complain about amenities, food or linen. Everything works so perfectly. It has enough parking, a spa and 2 good restaurants along with meeting rooms. If you are lucky, you might get invited to a networking evening event hosted by JP for hotel guests. Quite a unique initiative. Look forward to my next visit.

The stay was wonderful. The location is central. The breakfast layout is very good and well balanced. The housekeeping is very professional. The front desk team under Mr Suja needs to be complimented for their hospitable approach to guests. I would also like to mention the names of Mr Dinesh, Ms Vijay Lakshmi and the chef at the live counter in 1/4 Restaurant who were very helpful. The entire team of St Marks Hotel ensured that we had a very comfortable stay.

Located centrally, St. Marks is a nice hotel with spacious and well designed rooms. The restaurant offers diverse cuisine options and tastebud tingling food. Peaceful and friendly ambience; I definitely recommend it to other travellers.

I have been staying in st. Marks Bengaluru for quite some time and I find the hotel staff quite courteous and respectful all times. Good variety of choices in buffet menu. I suggest you add desi ghee and virgin olive oil to complete the offerings. Rooms are comfortable. All in all a decent experience!

10 of us stayed at the Bangalore location. The atmosphere was amazing. The customer service we had was above and beyond for us. I had some additional services such as laundry and a massage at the spa. The atmosphere on rooftop bar was also exceptional. A few of us went to the rooftop to watch the sunrise and that was also a special treat for us. The staff were very welcoming and the hotel was spotless. If I am back in Bangalore, this would be my first choice of hotel to stay. Thank you for the most awesome time.

The location is excellent, right in the center of restaurants, cafés, and shops, all within walking distance. The hotel is spotless and well‑maintained, and although it is a boutique hotel located in the heart of the action, it remains quiet and peaceful. Most importantly, the staff is exceptional — fast, attentive service, always delivered with a smile and genuine kindness.

The most unforgettable stay I had in India was at the St. Mark’s hotel. Since day one I felt treated like a princesse. Everything was done with care, patience and a big smile. The rooms were cleaned every day and the rooftop had the most mesmerizing view. The location of the hotel is perfectly situated in the city center, with a walking distance to a lot of places and tuktuk’s in front of the hotel. Breakfast had a lot of delicious options from Indian till western food. The restaurant had plenty of options as well and room service was the best one I had in a while. I never missed hotel staff as much I miss them. They made us feel welcomed and loved. They organized a wonderful Kerala new year’s buffet, made us try local food at MTR and gave us warm farewell. Thank you for the best stay ever, thank you for making me feel at home and especially thank you for always being there and making me smile through the eased journey! Warm hugs from Belgium!

I absolutely loved this place! It’s in a fantastic location with great local restaurants nearby. The hotel itself is beautiful, the staff are friendly, and both the breakfast and the lunch I had on-site were delicious. Highly recommend!

St Marks Hotel has very efficient staff and the hotel is at the prime location in Bengaluru and if a swimming pool is provided it can add more value to it.

We had annual review meeting between 15-17April 2026,I would like to say that, our event was well organised, with excellent PA system, Buttler service and we had fantastic Food for all the three days and all the meals, I would like to place an appreciation note to the Chef Vimal, Mr.Menon the GM and the Head of Operations Miss Anusha, for such a amazing hospitality provided to us.

I only stayed less than 24 hours but I felt relaxed and welcome at the hotel. All the staff were pleasant and professional and helpful whenever it was needed. My room and bathroom were excellent. Breakfast had a wide range of choices and I had a delicious omelette specially prepared. I left my luggage on check out for several hours whilst I had a guided tour and on return I was welcomed back and allowed to relax with cool water whilst I admired the amazing tropical fish in the foyer.

We had 60+ friends and family in town for a family wedding - all staying at St Marks over a few days. For such an important event it was crucial that everything go smoothly. I am so happy that everyone was so well taken care of by the entire team at the hotel. We heard so many compliments about the rooms and the food, and that the service was personal and warm while being extremely professional. It was perfect! Kudos to Mr Menon, Ms Amudha and entire team for creating a great culture of attention and hospitality. We are fans!
