The bed and room were comfortable. Good food.

The sliding door to the cupboard kept getting stuck. The door to the shower area in the bathroom did not close all the way, so the water kept seeping out and the entire bathroom was always wet. Drainage not good. After the room was cleaned there was a damp smell all over the room like a dirty, unwashed cloth was being used to clean. More than once used hand towels were left behind. Doormat was hung behind the door on the hook. The central light system was not easy to understand. The table on which kettle was kept was never cleaned properly.

I was denied entry to the hotel saying that my booking was cancelled, as it was showing confirmed booking in booking.com. So, either you don't visit the place if you have booked it from booking.com or book it somewhere else.

They gave a room where renovation work was going on.. it took a while for them to move us to a. new room only after our complaint. Wondering why they allocated room in a floor where work was ongoing. Some small issues in the toilet. Wash basin hot water not coming . We have to request for additional toiletries for the 3 adult when they already knew about the additional person. . I have stayed before this visit and it.used to be good. Also I had made prepayment in booking.com, but the reception insisted on paying at the hotel again and my earlier payment.got credited.

It meets all your requirements. Most suited location and the properrty for business stay. Food is good and staff is well groomed.

Clean the ambiance was good . I was a bit in happy with the laundry though they were not cleaned well. They did mention that some areas need dry cleaning but others areas should have been cleared which was not looked like it was soaked in water dried and press. Apart from that all was excellent

The hotel seemed quite old and needed to be upgraded. I was on the second floor and there were boards in the corridor and a sign saying renovations were underway’ . I asked the staff about this and was told there was a plumbing issue that was being fixed.

The carpet pathway to the rooms(on the 7th floor) looked ugly and needs some renovation. The upturned carpets can also be a safety hazard for guests of they trip and fall. The breakfast buffet can be improved.

It was the location hosting the function i participated in. Breakfast consisted of a variety of food items. Staff were very courteous and helpful. Bathroom haad all necessary amenities. Location was good.

The staff at the restaurant are not even greeting or smiling at the break fast buffet atleast it is more welcoming just saying good morning with a smile, they only respond if we ask them they don't even serve water or cutlery to the table we should ask them for that too

I have stayed here before & I loved it - in particular the front desk & the warmth I got. This time too I saw the same lady Kheli swu at hotel Front desk and she was exceptional. Happy to note that she upgraded me to the corner room with the large bed that I wanted as well. In fact because of my good experience the last time, I made my cousin book her son’s wedding reception here, and I had come down for that.

Quality of food could improve - average. Both in the restaraunt and at the banquet event !!

The location is really good. Convenient to get to all the major spots.

The staff were exceptional at every single point. The staff at the breakfast area need special mention. They were genuinely caring. Kept coming to the table and asked if i need anything more. Staff were very responsive. I even got to speak to the young operations manager who keenly listened to the feedback and implemented some of them instantly. The hotel exceeded my expectation espescially after reading some of the negative reviews. Cant beat the location, close to all the important locales of Bangalore. Value for money. One of the best hotel experiences in the world

They first said they don’t have bookings from 10th may My bookings started from 11th may however with the help of their staff I booked from 10th onwards I showed the name of the staff who confirmed the booking Secondly the food is horrible

This hotel is really nice, the food is very good and it is very well located in the city. The staff was friendly and the room was great.

During breakfast, it was really odd that the staff asked me to review them in TripAdvisor (which is ok), so he could take a picture of my screen showing that I did the review to hiss boss (not ok). Also, it is strange that an important hotel like this didn't have information about tourist trips in the city, or the contact of some tourist agency to help me visit the city and nearby cities.

In simple What we were promised we got. Room was very clean and specious. Breakfast was very good . Had veg/non veg options. Location too were good as it was just 5km around anything we were looking. Easy cab service and could reached the hotel from anywhere in BLR. Hotel got an amazing uninterrupted WIFI speed too,
