Good location for an airport overnight stay.

Bed is as hard as a concrete floor, noisy corridor action in the night. Shower is very basic.

The location is convenient for the airport, and it’s easy to reach by taxi.

The service at the reception was poor and unhelpful. The room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, and the bathroom smelled of mold. The bed was extremely uncomfortable — one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. There were also many small ants in the room. I asked to change rooms, but the only options offered were just as bad. Overall, the cleanliness and maintenance were far below acceptable standards.

I was a solo traveler and grandmother who was in Thailand to visit my son and his family. I’m a moderately hearty traveler and didn’t expect much for the price…I just needed a safe and comfortable place to sleep and hang out for a day waiting for my flight home. As soon as I arrived, I felt unsafe and disturbed. The check-in desk was dimly lit and didn’t smell good. There were a couple of guys in the lobby who didn’t seem to belong. I didn’t see any other customers. The gal at the desk was very sweet, but wanted a 500 baht deposit even thought I had already paid for the room on line. When I questioned this, she brought it down to 200 baht. I could not ascertain a reason for this due to a language barrier, but it was returned to me in full upon my checkout. I was led to a 6th floor room by a young man who seemed nice, but was very disheveled. The place was obviously dirty and smelled terrible. I was left in a hot room with some a/c and low overhead lighting with zero places to charge electronics. The tv barely worked and only had Thai stations with a great deal of static. I ended up leaving immediately. I didn’t feel safe or as if there was anyone who spoke my language. Just my take. If I’d been with someone else, I probably would have toughed it out.

We stayed in two different rooms and in one of them rooms the a/c was not working. The staff came to fix it but told me it was working already. The a/c was not comparable to other hotels. I also did not get my deposit back (cash deposit) after checking out because I didn’t have a receipt for the rented room. Most of the staff did not speak English.

Although I find most of the beds in Thailand are very firm. This one was like a rock!

Weve been three nights there. A large, clean and beautiful room with extra kitchen (no cooking materials) and a couch. In the room you always can listen the very nice moderate wind blowing surrrounding the hotel. All in all good to relax.

In our last night there was significant noise due to loud door bumps over longer time.

The beds were too hard for my liking. A bed more in between the softest and hardest mattress would be better.

Nice big room with large fridge. Towels were better than the last 4 star hotel we stayed in. Decent shower but wall tiles grubby. No safety deposit box as advertised. Bed on the firm side. Poor quality reception on tv. Shuttle transfer to the airport is three times more expensive than bolt. 500 THB deposit on room which could be a problem for people low on cash at the end of their trip.. No kettle in room but hot water dispenser in reception.

Having messaged the hotel twice for transfer, when I phoned from the airport to find where they were, l was told " driver gone home, you get taxi " this was at 15.00, was not happy. Will not be staying again.

Close to BKK airport. Staff is nice. Mattresses are hard, but pillows are ok. Food on property or close by walking distance. Drinking water is provided.

Great value for the money and excellent shopping within a short walk. Just 20 minutes to the airport.

It was everything you NEED after a 24 hour travel day. $9 usd from airport taxi (not bad) 3 mins walk to a marijuana dispensary (skunk 420) great spot! $10 grams And only steps away from an amazing food street court/ grocery store and pharmacy/ great way to get to know Bangkok after a flight! Also one block over from a gentleman’s club late night, massage parlors, many girls asking men for massages!😘 Great A/C bed was nicer than an airplane seat no much better! It was a way to reset and re-up” from a 24 hour travel day. Just one night!! The staff was very helpful and professional felt like a safe location. Worth $20 usd a night not worth $25 a night don’t over pay for this place.

The room is nice, large open area with a separate kitchen and balcony area. Has a lot of outlets and good desk area. The staff are okay, the cleaning is excellent and nice. It is in a great area, 2 shopping malls and numerous restaurants in the area.

Not much to complain about, it was a good temporary stay but some noisy guests at times. The room is pretty quiet but you can hear the other guests if they aren't considerate of others.

Has a kitchen! Check in process was easy and quick… so appreciative. LARGE ROOM!

Terrible overall, VERY run down. Bed as hard as rocks. Needs to be demolished.Driver was supposed to be waiting for us at airport - waited nearly 40 mins - apparently , he wouldn’t wake up to phone calls. Would NEVER stay there again.

Check-in went smoothly, or so I thought. Paid a 500 baht key deposit as well as a shuttle to the airport leaving very, as well as car parking. The first room I was given, stank of cigarette smoke, The second room smelled better but everything was wrong. The door to the toilet couldn't be opened because it hit the toilet bowl, there were no spoons to stir a cup of coffee and apart from 2 cups, a fridge and a kettle, there were no other utensils at all. The bed was also rock hard. The lounge was broken and really uncomfortable and the TV was good watching if you're Thai Checked out very early and asked about the shuttle to be told I had not ordered one. That got sorted, but only because I was refunded 200 baht in coins and paid for a taxi instead. When I returned to collect my car, I'd booked in for another night and the transfer did turn up eventually. Different room but the same issues, lumpy, rock-hard bed, but in fairness the air-con worked, though the lounge was horrible again. When I left, I handed in my key and expected to be given a 500 baht note which I'd given over the night before., but the night staff tried to give me coins again. Managed to get that sorted out and was seriously happy to leave. If you read about the facilities, this place sounds very good but the reality is completely different. Yes they have a restaurant - that only serves breakfast, so if you want any food, you need to walk the 500 metres to a 7/11 or the food market, which closes around 6pm. I never saw a minibar, there were no cleaning products of any kind and certainly not any laundry dryer. Given the hundreds of other options in Lat Krabang, I'd urge anyone needing an airport hotel to find another property. This place is simply thebad. .
