Buona posizione perché vicino all' aeroporto (15 minuti di transfer senza traffico). Camere ampie

Poca attenzione nella pulizia della camera, x esempio non c'erano gli asciugamani. Nel bagno c'era una perdita d'acqua ( dal piatto doccia o dalla base del water). Il pasto incluso nel prezzo della camera presso il ristorante interno all'hotel non era eccezionale (solo thai food)

Crystal Suites Suvarnabhumi works well for a night or two near the airport, but after a full week, a few things left room for improvement. Clean, well-appointed room — comfortable bedding, very clean sheets and towels, a safe for valuables Fridge stocked with complimentary water, Coca-Cola, orange juice, soy milk, and even a vitamin C drink — a thoughtful touch Big, bright, clean bathroom with extra toilet paper, body wash, shampoo, lotion, toothpaste, toothbrush, and napkins Two water bottles daily, plus coffee, tea, sugar, and cream as standard Housekeeping were the true stars — kept our room stocked with fresh towels, water, and napkins, always with a warm greeting Dining staff went above and beyond even though we often ate out — happily heated and plated food we brought back, even sliced and plated a whole watermelon for us Day front desk staff were phenomenal — always warm and kind Maintenance responded promptly and with a smile whenever called for Wi-Fi issues A thoughtful umbrella rack by the door for rainy season Lat Krabang neighborhood was the real star — local energy, friendly people, great street food Overall: A good stay, but service inconsistencies and the laundry setup kept it from being great. Fine for a short airport stopover; for a longer stay, these details start to add up.

Wi-Fi required logging in hourly and kept dropping One night-desk staff member seemed annoyed by questions and unprofessional; at one point she appeared to discuss a guest in Thai with another staff member Front desk also handles the laundry room (no dedicated attendant) — I'd avoid doing laundry when this particular staff member is on evening shift Washer and dryer are locked on a single fixed cycle — the washer's spin isn't strong enough and the dryer doesn't run hot enough, so cotton and denim come out damp even after a full cycle; you'll need to run the dryer twice (60 baht/use) or hang damp clothes in your room

Als Veganerin war beim Frühstück das einzige was ich essen konnte Toast mit Marmelade und Melone und Drachenfrucht (oder trockener Reis) Etwas mehr Auswahl wäre schön, mir hätte schon ein bisschen mehr verschiedenes Obst gereicht und für den Kaffee eine Milchalternative. Es ist viel billiger, sich ein Flughafentaxi zum Hotel zu nehmen. Ich musste nur 125 Baht zahlen, für den Shuttle des Hotels musste ich für den Rückweg zum Flughafen 220 Baht zahlen.

One of the worst hotel experiences I had when I visited Thailand. The front desk staff canceled my booking.com reservation and charged me almost double the price. I was very jet lagged and didn’t fully understand what happened. The next morning I was considering extending and I asked her about why I was charged so much. She became aggressive and raised her voice at me that she couldn’t accept the booking price. She was so nasty with me that I asked to speak with her supervisor. She first told that there would be no one else that could help me for hours. She didn’t realize that I was not playing so I said I would wait. I waited in the lobby and canceled my plans for the day. Thankfully one of the restaurant employees came to help. Eventually I was connected on the phone with a manager. They tried to make excuses and say that I was accidentally double charged. That was not true. They didn’t realize i understood some Thai and already understood that she did not want to honor the booking com price. After maybe 90 minutes of waiting and dealing with an awful attitude from that staff member they gave me my money back. But then the very rude staff member (who never apologized) seemed to charge me for something extra on my card based on the receipt she gave me. When I asked about it she said there was nothing she could do to change it and that I would have to come in another day and talk to the accountant. Completely ridiculous. I was very surprised when management tried to defend and cover up for the very rude staff. I noticed that the staff member is in the promo photos on the wall of the lobby so maybe she is special there or something. Worst customer experience I’ve had at a hotel in bkk. Thailand was great though so I do recommend visiting there.

Great hotel, great staff. Bed was comfortable. Nice bathroom. Air-conditioning worked good. Free breakfast was included. If you have a car, There is lots of places to eat near by. I was only there for one night because it was close to airport and I was going home the next day.

Couldn't get the Tv channels to work, so i watched muay thai on youtube. When I booked room, it said balcony but I was put on 1st floor with no balcony

The staff were exceptionally helpful and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable.

The bathroom did not have any hand soap or a bathroom rug.

We found breakfast very good. Varied buffet.

We recommend this place as it's presented better and cleaner than similar priced hotels nearby and we feel it's better value and convenient for airport

לצערי ואולי זה אישי אבל ריח מאד ישן מיד עם הכניסה למלון, בחדר פחות מורגש. מתאים לדעתי כתחנת מעבר קרוב לשדה התעופה.

Situé près de l'aéroport avec un service de navette très appréciable. Hôtel disposant d'une salle de fitness, d'une piscine, d'un bar et restaurant. Les chambres sont spacieuses. Le personnel est agréable. Facilité pour paiement carte bleue. Nuit calme (pas de bruits d'avions).

La télévision ne fonctionnait pas ce qui n'est pas important.

Net luchthaven hotel. Ligging vlak bij een winkel centrum en food market. Check in ging vlod. Bed was schoon.

Typisch Thais hard bed. Ik heb voorkeur voor zachter bed. Douche heeft helaas een douche gordijn. Shuttle service is enkel om het uur en kost 220 tbh. Een Bolt is goedkoper en kan je ophalen op een eigen gekozen tijdstip. Ontbijt, tja. Het voldeet maar zal geen prijzen winnen. Eieren waren koud.

Very good airport hotel, clean room, good gym

Clean, near the airport, comfortable beds, excellent breakfast, tops mart is just a few meters away. The in-house restaurant is price competitive and small beer costs 70 Bhat. Nice slippers in the room.

Items sold at higher prices, like normal water bottle charged at 20 Bhat whereas it's retail price is 7 Bhat

Staff are super friendly and helpful!

The location was the only good thing.

Floor level aircon very poor and the curtains covered the vents. Only 2 hangers in the warobe, restaurant very limited, security safe not working when I arrived Loud music constantly in the reception.

I usually stay here every time I go through Bangkok and I'm usually happy. This time my room had no hand towels, only two pillows (usually two on each single bed) and no greeting pack. The air conditioning unit started rattling at approx 2.00am, it was obvious this had happened before because the 'engineer' knew how to fix the loose housing. Then 4.00am the a/c started rattling again and this time I changed rooms.

Отличный вариант не далеко от аэропорта. Останавливались из за пересадки на сутки. Всё понравилось. Забронировали и на обратный путь)

Close to airport for latover. Only stayed for 1 night and arrived late but everything seemed clean and tidy.

This hotel is well situated at only a ten minute drive from the airport with plenty of nearby shops and restaraunts. The included breakfast was pretty decent and great value for money. An added bonus was laundry facilities which I got to do during my layover, you need 100 baht (in 10 baht) coins however, so I needed to take out cash.

The bathroom was very clean except for the shower curtain in my bathroom which had a bad stench to it and brown coloring at the end.

The breakfast was good. Classic continental breakfast and a couple of Thai options. Decent food.

The pool could’ve been cleaner, couple of bugs and spiders and bird poo around the pool area.

הייתה לי חוויה מדהימה במלון Crystal Suites Suvarnabhumi Airport. במקור הייתי אמור להישאר פחות זמן, אבל כל כך נהניתי שבחרתי להאריך את השהות שלי. החדרים היו נקיים, מסודרים ונוחים מאוד, המיקום מצוין למי שצריך להיות קרוב לשדה התעופה, והצוות תמיד היה זמין לעזור עם חיוך. הדבר שהכי אהבתי במלון הוא התחושה האישית והחמה שקיבלתי. אחרי כמה ימים כבר הרגשתי כמו בבית ולא כמו אורח במלון. הצוות גרם לי להרגיש רצוי ומוערך לאורך כל השהות. אני רוצה להודות במיוחד ל־Pop ול־Golf. שניהם היו אדיבים, מקצועיים, סבלניים ותמיד עם חיוך. הם עזרו לי בכל שאלה ובכל בקשה ונתנו לי תחושה אמיתית של משפחה. אנשים כאלה הם הסיבה שאורחים רוצים לחזור שוב. במהלך הטיול שלי בתאילנד ביקרתי בכמה מקומות, אבל המלון הזה יישאר אחד הזיכרונות הטובים ביותר שלי. קשה להיפרד מהמקום ומהאנשים המקסימים שעובדים בו. תודה רבה לכל צוות המלון על האירוח הנפלא. אני בהחלט ממליץ על Crystal Suites לכל מי שמחפש מקום נעים, נקי, נוח ועם צוות יוצא דופן. אני מקווה לחזור שוב בעתיד. ❤️

Location. Very clean. Friendly staff. They helped me to find a massage place, where I could relax as I couldn’t check in.

Additional charge of THB 220 was taken from our son, by the reason that he lived in separate room.

Wifi was not working over 70% of the time during our 6 day stay. Totally unacceptable. Mediocre breakfast with minimal choices, a conveyor belt toaster that was positioned so the toast fell onto the power cord between toaster and wall Exercise bike not working
