En general todas las instalaciones me gustaron, la personalización del desayuno tambien fue excelente, la tinaja fue espectacular con una temperatura muy agradable, un viaje cortito pero reponedor, lo recomiendo 100%

Un lugar tranquilo, limpio y silencioso

Adoramos o sami, ficamos em San Pedro por 5 dias e fomos bem atendidos. O quarto era grande e limpo, cama confortável, segurava a temperatura e a noite não passamos frio. O café da manhã muito bom e bem servido. O hotel fica um pouco distante do centro, porém se vice precisar eles lhe levam e lhe buscam no centro. Tem hora mais eles são muito pontuais. Quando você não consegue tomar café da manhã eles disponibilizam um sanduíche em qualquer horário do dia com suco e é bem grande.

Muito boa a hospedagem porém precisa colocar aquecedores por que Atacama é frio demais.

Um hotel muito acolhedor, e tranquilo. O café da manhã é a la carte, você escolhe o que quer dentre as opções, e é uma delicia. A água para o banho esquenta bem. Ele não fica perto do centro que é a Caracolles, mas disponibilizam carona para lá sem cobrar. Tem água gratuita nos quartos para beber. Eles também emprestam toalha para os passeios que precisa. Só senti falta de um aquecedor no quarto, pois para levantar da cama no inverno é bem difícil rs, mas não passamos frio para dormir, as cobertas eram mais que suficientes, e eles dão mais caso precise. Os funcionários são muito gentis e prestativos, e os cachorros que ficam pelo jardim são uns fofos, e brincalhões. Recomendo!!

Achei as pessoas bem solícitas. O hotel fica a uns 20min andando para a rua Caracoles mas há um serviço do hotel que leva a gente pro centro e busca em alguns horários também, então valeu muito a pena. A água do chuveiro é bem quentinha, cama confortável e com bastante cobertor que não deixa passar frio. Pra mim a única coisa ruim do quarto foi não ter aquecedor. O café da manhã é muito gostoso também. E não posso deixar de mencionar os cachorros do hotel que são lindos. No final valeu muito e a limpeza é incrível também.

Sami é um lugar aconchegante, uma casa no coração do deserto, nos sentimos super bem recebidos e cercados de muita beleza e cachorros e um gatinho lindo! Hospitalidade, qualidade e um bom atendimento nos encantaram demais!

A experiência foi aquém do esperado. Na descrição do quarto pelo aplicativo Hotels, havia frigobar e blackout, o que ao chegar lá não se concretizou. A temperatura da agua do banheiro (chuveiro, banheira e pia) oscilava o tempo todo, e estava um frio de lascar. O café da manhã atrasava em relação ao horário que marcávamos, além de ser oferecido em pouquíssima quantidade, ficávamos com fome e tínhamos de complementar com outros lanches. Para sairmos ou entrarmos na pousada, tínhamos de descer do carro e abrir o portão, que era velho, pesado e emperrava. Algumas vezes nos deparamos com o portão trancado com o cadeado, na hora de sair para um passeio agendado com agencia. Ao reclamarmos, a recepcionista da pousada se isentou de responsabilidade alegando que algum outro hospede deveria ter trancado e que ela não tinha como controlar o comportamento dos hospedes. Deveriam investir em um portão eletrônico e no treinamento das atendentes da pousada, para serem mais cordiais com os clientes. Não nos importamos com a simplicidade da pousada, mas sim com o descuido e desconforto, além da evidente falta de investimento na infraestrutura. A área de lazer está evidentemente “largada”, cheia de entulhos, a jardinagem descuidado, não ha planejamento arquitetônico. Nota-se que as suítes foram “remendadas”, a parede do nosso quarto “suava” (ficava úmida). Afora esses pontos, o quarto, roupas de cama são limpos, e a cama é confortável.

A estadia foi bem agradável. Tamanho bom de quarto e banheiro. Pedimos uma cama extra e nos atenderam prontamente. Fica distante do centro mas há serviço de transfer gratuito com regularidade. Disponibilizam água no quarto através de bombona de água de 20 litros. Ótimo atendimento. Nos passeios em que a saída é mais cedo do que o horário do café da manhã eles disponibilizam um kit lanche pra levar. Voltaria.

Lugar excelente e atendimento fantástico, sempre estão prontos para te ajudar da melhor forma, café da manhã ótimo e funcionários educadíssimos. Super recomendo!

I reality enjoyed it

If you are sensitive to noise, do not come here! Dogs will keep you up all night! Read an earlier comment about it and thought - how bad can it be? It was terrible - we are talking many dogs in a constant verbal fight with the neighbor dogs. I had to use my earplugs, which wouldn’t be a problem, except I missed a tour, because I slept through it, which is a testiment to the quality of the earplugs. Also, it is way out of town; nothing happens there. The condition of the lodge is very poor, everything seems to be under renovation. Service is not very good either, breakfast was fine, without being it more than that.

Friendly and attentative service, in a walking distance to village but also a transport service free of charge regularly. Good pool area, modest but comfy rooms, own terrace in every room.

Je recommande sans aucune hésitation! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L’endroit est un vrai paradis: la nature, le calme, tout est propre et soigné. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine et du jacuzzi, le petit déjeuner est fait maison et les attentions et détails sont vraiment parfaits. Les gérants sont attentionnés. Bref mon seul regret était de ne pas rester plus longtemps !

Quartos muito limpos, aconchegantes, espaçosos. Banheiro espaçoso e bom! Hotel familiar, chá, café bolo e bolachinhas a disposição dos hóspedes sempre na área comum. Cama confortável. Ofuro e piscina bons para os dias de calor no verão. Café da manhã bom e preparado na hora, se precisa sair para passeio mais cedo oferecem um box para viagem, ficando bem pratico. Longe do centro, portão para entrar com o carro pouco prático, precisa entrar por uma porta e abrir por dentro, seria muito bom se fosse mais pratico. A propriedade oferece transporte gratuito até o centro combinando-se previamente. Chuveiro é bom, mas tem um timer que fica gelado após um tempo, não conseguíamos acabar o banho antes do timer, então tinha que aguardar um tempo para a agua esquentar novamente, como fomos no verão não foi um grande problema. Banheiro tinha secador de cabelos e toalhas bem limpas trocadas diariamente se solicitado. Sentimos falta de ventilador no quarto. Nosso quarto não tinha freegobar, mas tinha um freegobar na área comunitária que podíamos usar. Pátio atras com linda vista para o vulcão , onde você pode relaxar. Linda vista do céu e das estrelas, diria até que tão bonita quanto a vista do tour astronômico que realizamos fora. Proprietária solicita , nos emprestou mapas, deu muitas dicas do local, gostamos muito da viagem e voltaríamos a ficar no local, um bom custo benefício!

Sem dúvidas o melhor hotel que já nos hospedamos no mundo. Atendimento impecável, limpeza excelente, piscina deliciosa e um ambiente inacreditavelmente mágico! O Samí oferece um serviço de hotel com o carinho de um lar. Utilizamos também o serviço de transfer e foi incrível! Assim como o transfer diário para o centro de San Pedro que funciona maravilhosamente bem. Nos hospedar no Samí sem dúvida foi uma experiência que vamos levar para o resto da vida! Todos foram muito carinhosos comigo e com minha irmã, tornando tudo ainda mais especial! A família responsável pelo hotel é muito querida, e os cachorros e gatinho que vivem lá transbordam alegria e carinho com os hóspedes. Além de ter disponível bolo caseiro, biscoitinhos e água quente para chá e café em um ambiente super aconchegante. Garanto que não há lugar melhor para se hospedar em San Pedro. Estamos ansiosas para retornar ao Atacama e ao Samí. As fotos estão sem filtro algum, para vocês terem a dimensão da beleza desse lugar.

Great property to stay at!! Would recommend. The lady at the front desk drove us to the shopping area and picked us up. Loved the dogs there! Was perfect would stay here again if we are back in San Pedro.

Hotel confortavel, otima comida, atendimento excepcional, super atenciosos. Apenas nosso aquecedor do banheiro não estava 100%, mas tirando isso perfeito, café da manhã bom e servido no quarto se desejar e se tem passeio mais cedo, opção de kit. É um pouco afastado da caracoles mas eles oferecem transporte, então facilita muito.

The property is out of the way but beautiful, the staff make it exceptional. After coming from a hostel where the staff didn’t want to help us at all, the staff here organised a taxi to come and collect us, let us check in early and even had a bottle of wine waiting in our room for us. We enjoyed the pool and the many animals wandering around. We left early in the morning to go to the salt flats and they organised a little packed breakfast to take with us and gave us hot water for tea in the morning. Bed was super comfy and the room was spotless. 1000% recommend.

Nothing to dislike

Our stay is very cosy and comfortable. The room is very clean and quite. Its location is friendly for rental cars, so we don’t need to find parking in the crowded streets. The host also provides transport services to town center. Very convenient!

Le Sami Atacama Lodge est plus proche de la maison d’hôtes que d’un hôtel. On s’y sent comme dans la famille, les hôtes sont aux petits soins pour que votre séjour se passe au mieux. Il est au calme, un peu à l’écart du village, mais un service de navette à la demande permet de se rendre au village à tout moment. Les chambres sont propres et confortables . Nous recommandons cet hôtel pour tous ceux qui recherchent le calme et l’intimité

We were treated like a Queen and a King.

There was no restaurant, so we had to go to town to eat (but they take you there for free!). The water in the shower was not always hot.

first off, check your expectations and your attitude( I stayed at 3 different places in san pedro during my stay, and some visitors need some empathy LOL), the place is superb. You have to understand it is not most welcoming terrain. Great rooms, Juanita and staff are superb. Spanish helps. also need a car or have to keep requesting ride to main street.

Very rustic like the rest of san pedro! Very friendly staff, breakfast cooked fresh to order every morning! 25 min walk from town, if you dont feel like walking they have a shuttle on site which is great!!

The staff were incredibly hospitable and accommodating to all our needs. Our room was super clean and the bathroom was beautiful. The property is a bit out of the city center but the staff will drive you and pick you up, it's a 4-minute drive. The meals at the accommodation were wonderful. There is a staff member who cooks all the meals homemade in a small kitchen. The atmosphere was very homey and lovely.

We stayed here for 3 nights following our trip into the salt flats. The rooms are large and comfortable with a covered seating area outside. Large clean bathroom. We had a huge water bottle with tap in the room. Staff were extremely helpful and some spoke English which was so handy as embarrassingly I can't speak Spainish. If you need to pick up a Chilean sim, they sell them in the reception for around $2 US with 1gb of data. It can then be topped up. There is a lovely hot tub which can be booked in 1 1/2 hour sessions. No fridge in our room but there is a communal fridge for all to use. This hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the centre. It's a flat walk. However if you don't fancy that , don't worry. The hotel provides a free shuttle service, drop off and pick up pretty much all day. You just message on WhatsApp and they pick you up within about 5 to 10 mins. So don't worry about being slightly out of town. We booked a trip to El Tito geysers in the town and there was no issue picking us up from this location. A very relaxing stay with friendly helpful staff who are all the same family. Highly recommended.

We absolutely loved our time at Sami Lodge for the following reasons. We couldn’t fault it and would 100% recommend to anyone staying in San Pedro. - The staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating; providing San Pedro information and recommendations. - The accommodation was a lovely quiet and relaxing setting. - The rooms were spacious and comfortable. - Everything was very clean. - The breakfast was included and made to order, fresh healthy options. - They offer takeaway breakfasts for early starts. - They offer a very reasonable dinner (we didn’t try) - They offer a free shuttle to the centre as it’s slightly further out from the main shops/restaurants. We only used this once as we had our own car. They also have parking onsite.

Hotel incrível. Local amplo e em área silenciosa. O hotel conta com transporte até uma área próxima a rua Caracoles, quarto espaçoso, limpeza impecável e uma jacuzzi perfeita para as noites estreladas do Atacama.

Perfect place to stay when you visit San Pedro de Atacama. Facilities are really good; swimming pool and jacuzzi are great. The offer a shuttle to the city center of the town and the breakfast is amazing!

The shower was not working properly: temperature was very very hot or very very cold. The host tried to fix this immediately; it helped a bit but not much.

The whole place is amazing, it was a huge plus to have my own water supply at the room with complementary wine. They have free rides to San Pedro downtown and the staff is very kind.

They should mention in booking that they will ask you to sign an agreement to pay damages if you leave any stains on their towels and sheets, it was not the best experience to find out about it during check-in.

Absolutely amazing. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The family run hotel is so cute and they will go above and beyond consistently to make sure you are comfortable. The location is pretty and traditional so it feels like a little village. They have convenient and safe parking for rented cars along with a hot tub and pool. The rooms are comfortable.

It was a fun adventure to stay in the Sami Atacama Lodge. The breakfast is top quality and the staff is friendly and helpful. The parking is rather tight and limited. The bed is comfortable and the room is spacious. The bathroom is also spacious but the shower is a tight tube that makes showering very uncomfortable. Also it took a while to get hot water. Over all a good experience.

We had an unfortunate experience with the lady running this hotel. We did not book online, as we wanted to see the rooms and property before committing. I communicated with her through WhatsApp to ask if we could come by. When we arrived I asked to see the room that was available, and she was very hesitant to allow me. She said normally she required guests to register and pay before they can see the room. When she did take me to see the room, I casually asked if there was hot water, she got angry and said these are the kinds of questions that will be answered after we have registered and paid. She wouldn’t let me see any other areas of the property and lectured me on how she doesn’t have time to show rooms to every guest who just shows up. This hotel was a top result when I searched on forms like Priceline. I imagine that most people book online and pay in advance. This hotel must be used to selling their rooms online, and doesn’t feel the need to practice good hospitality to prospective paying guests, as most guests have already paid before they show up. From what I did see, the rooms were dark, the property looked shabby, and there was loud music and guests in the pool area. I’m glad I went in person instead of booking online. We ended up staying a few nights at La Rukka and at Ittai Hotel. Both places had lovely hosts who were happy to show us the rooms and property, and answer any questions we had, including if there was hot water!

Nos fue genial. Estuvimos gratamente sorprendidos por varias entregas: 1. unos desayunos de lujo (bella presentación, abundantes y variados), 2. una fogata privada bajo las estrellas, 3. un refrescante jacussi luego de un día en el desierto. Por sobre todo estuvo la atención de la Mari, quien nos atendió en todo momento, con dedicación, calidez y una sonrisa. Muchas gracias

The lady who works here is so lovely! We arrived quite late, having some hassle at the airport and didn’t have dinner yet. Even though the kitchen was closed and our Spanish is not great, she offered to cook some food for us so we wouldn’t go to bed hungry. And this kind of service continued throughout our stay; breakfast could be serve when how and where ever you preferred. There are some cute dogs and cats walking around and there even is a small pool and jacuzzi which is great for chilling after a hike or trip in Atacama. The rooms are cleaned everyday and are very nice and cool (fan is also available). Only cons: parking is available but quite limited and you will block each other, which can be inconvenient with some guests having to leave earlier than others. Twice this became a bit problematic but was eventually solved. And WiFi can definitely be better. However, we would stay here again if we would come back because the service and the rooms (good rate as well) were great !

La estadia en general estuvo muy buena, el desayuno es muy rico y tiene de todo (sólo si comes en el hotel) porque para llevarlo a tours, es una caja de jugo, un sandwich y una barra de cereal. El único "problema" es que nos cambiaron el vuelo y llegamos antes, y queriamos pagar un resto para poder acceder a nuestra pieza antes (el check in es a las 15:00 hrs) y nos dijeron que no se podia, quizás especificar eso antes, para que uno vea como arreglarselas, ya que escribí al correo del lugar, pero no me respondieron.

The place has the necessary for staying in the area, swiming pool, jacuzzi, common areas and staff treats you excelent! The only thing is a bit far from the town to go walking, however they have shuttle services at certain hours, just ask for it, there are no extra charges.

Me and my girlfriend had a really nice stay at this hotel. It's a 20-minute walk from the town, but it's a really easy walk. We would sometimes walk back-and-fourth three times a day. During our week stay, we didn't use a taxi not even once. But it's still nice and quiet around the hotel, which is so nice. Beware that the streets are not lighted, so you might want to have a flashlight when walking back at the night (watching the stars while walking back to your hotel is just priceless!). The whole staff is really nice and helpful. We were served breakfast individually at every morning by the hotel owner, and it was delicious! I really miss having my morning coffee at their garden watching the first rays of light shed over the Licancabur volcano. There's also a pool and a jacuzzi at the hotel. Jacuzzi was nice and warm. The shower was just great and we had hot water during our whole stay. There's also free WiFi, but don't expect much, you are the Atacama desert.

There i a a great difference between what is shown on photos via the website and what we've discovered; the place need really to be maintained in several places. hopefully we had a discount when we've booked, if not we would have been really disappointed. a window of our room was repaired with scotsch tape, the door of the closet was broken, and the furniture are not the ones on photos, the door of the room could not be fully opened because of the wraped floor.the bathroom was nice.the jacuzzi should be cleaned, the wood is green because of the water.The staff was very kind and helpfull and the breakfast is very good. tea and coffee are available 24h/day. Not a lot could be done to the make the place nice to stay. the place is quiet.

Excelente elección para los objetivos de descanso de nuestro viaje. Muy buen nivel de las instalaciones y cumplen con lo descrito. Mención aparte hacia la atención que siempre fue oportuna, de calidad y muy preocupada de hacer de nuestra estadía una experiencia placentera acorde con las expectativas de una estadía tranquila en un entorno natural. Las restricciones externas respecto a la implementación de señalética y letreros informativos hicieron que nuestra llegada no fuese tan fluida a pesar de lo fácil que resulta dar con la ubicación.( no confiar tampoco en google maps ya que hay dos pasajes con el mismo nombre)

Muy buena atención, limpieza y comodidad...lo único malo es que esta retirado del centro y nos jugó en contra porque No quedaba mucho tiempo entre nuestros tours del día para ir al hotel a pie y volver a pie. En general muy bueno.

Gostei demais do atendimento , localização ( estava de carro , tem estacionamento gratuito e demorava poucos minutos para se chegar ao centro de automóvel ), lugar silencioso , quarto grande, café servido pontualmente no quarto, bom café, quando cheguei fiquei com medo que estivesse abandonado , pois trabalha uma família no local que toma conta do hotel que mudou de administração, não está em seu máximo potencial, mas adorei o atendimento , o local e o quarto. Apenas o banho a temperatura da água é díficil de estabilizar , foi o único ponto mais fraco. Mas dou nota 10. Ficamos super a vontade.

el dia del arribo estaba preocupado por que no contestaban el telefono, sms o whatsapp, que aparece en hotels.com o en la pagina, por que mi vuelo llegaba a Calama a las 22:00 y queria avisar a la recepcion. Llegamos a las 23:50 al hotel y no tuvimos problemas. Solo el tema de la incertidumbre fue incomodo. La estadía estuvo impecable, la atención muy buena. Muy amables, excelente trato. Nos prepararon lunch boxes para llevar al tour del Tatio, y pudimos usar le hot tub. Ademas nos quedamos un rato despues del checkout sin costo. Muy agradecidos.

We had trouble finding this property but once there it was a great experience (a sign at the end of the road to it would have been helpful). Own transport was really required for this property as it was quite a walk into town. Covered parking was provided and there was good security with a locked compound . This appeared to be a family run business, the family were really helpful, lovely people who offered a service beyond what we expected providing drinking water and hot drinks included in the price whenever you wanted. They cooked for us when we requested. Language was sometimes a difficulty but we managed and it was great fun staying here.

Nous nous sommes vraiment senti chez nous avec un personnel au petits soins une fois sur place (quelques petits soucis de communication avant l’arrivée, peut être dus a la barrière de langue. Un peu plus de support de la part du service commercial Hotels.com aurait été le bienvenu ! ). Le lodge est simple et authentique, confortable et bien entretenu. Nous avons tres largement apprécié la terrasse semi-privative devant notre chambre, les petits déjeuners a emporter, le bain scandinave lors de nos retours d’excursions ainsi que le frigo commun mis a disposition des clients.

Hotel e atendimento excelentes! Fica a 15 min de caminhada da vila, além de táxi a 3.000 pesos, o hotel dispõe de um veículo para nos levar a vila. A internet não funciona bem nos quartos, mas recomendo por todo atendimento, limpeza e instalação.

Realmente me surpreendi com o atendimento. Trata-se de uma família que está ali 24h procurando ajudar, atender. Muitos passeios são as 5 da manhã, eles deixavam o café da manhã pronto, embalado para nossa viagem. Incrível!

My husband & I stayed here for our first 3 nights in Chile. It was perfect & we cannot thank them enough for the hospitality. The owners were welcoming, caring, & knowledgeable. They were very accommodating for our early mornings & check out - even ensuring food was set out for us by 5am despite a typical 8am breakfast. We would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing stay. The lodge is not at the heart of San Pedro and requires a 5-10 minute drive - but my husband & I preferred the quiet, homey atmosphere to a lively hostel downtown.

Muy bonito y precio económico. Algo alejado pero el precio conpensa

Buena experiencia, nos sentimos como en casa; los dueños muy preocupados y atentos. Nos dieron facilidades para preparar algunos alimentos sencillos. La piscina y tina de agua caliente funcionaban; comimos una noche en el hotel, el menú es limitado, pero los platos muy bien preparados. El día que salimos al Tatio nos dieron colaciones y facilitaron termos con agua caliente. Se pueden hacer mejoras en las habitaciones.

Fue todo excelente, el lugar es muy tranquilo, la atencion fue de lo mejor, siempre atentos a todo. recomendado totalmente.

Demasiado lejos del centro, e infraestructura exterior muy descuidada, tarifas no acorde a instalaciones en general. Los días que estuvimos nunca repusieron toalla en baño. Hace falta más mantencion al entorno del lugar.

O quarto era frio (inverno) e o aquecimento não funcionava, o que salvou foi um pequeno ventilador aquecedor. Não chegava água quente no banheiro e não havia ninguém para orientações, só no dia seguinte informaram que o aquecedor ficava muito longe do quarto. Afastado do centro do tinha internet, que era muito boa, para distração, no nosso caso como era apenas um pernoite atendeu parcialmente mas para alguns dias pode não ser uma boa experiência. Talvez alguém discorde mas achamos bonitinho o sistema de trazer o café da manhã no quarto.

Si bien el hotel no es gran maravilla a pri era vista, las habitaciones cumplen con ser cómodas y calientitas. Lo que marca la diferencia es la buena atención de la Sra Juanita, su buena voluntad para con los huéspedes y su simpatía. Gracias a ella nuestra estadía fue como sentirnos en nuestra casa, cómodos y en confianza. Hada nos prestó una parrilla para hacer un asado!!!! Los desayunos ricos y variados.

El primer día me sentí muy cómoda con la atención de la señora que me recibió, pero el resto de los días la señora tenía una muy mala actitud, era como otra persona, no tenían calefacción así que bastante frío en las noches pero al menos buena ropa de cama, poco espacio en el comedor para tantas habitaciones ( solo dos comedores de 6 personas) El agua caliente de echo a perder el calefont asi que fue incómodo el último día para decirle a la señora que lo solucionara.

The staff where lovely but only speak Spanish the place is a 20 min walk from town at the very least makes it hard to come back to at night. They are doing a lot of upgrades to the property expecialy the entry and surrounds. There is no room heating but great blankets.
