1. The staff is not good 2. Everything smells like cigarettes 3. Internet didn't work and could not be fixed 4. They try to squeeze every penny from you for dumb stuff that should not cost. Like using toys at pool. 5. Breakfast was awful. They act like cheese is unreasonable to ask for with an omelet...crazy

Ligger langt fra alt. Der var lidt dødt, men nok pga sæsonen. Værelset var ret mørkt. Men dejligt med pool adgang fra værelset.

Reviewed Jun 7, 2026Besonders hervorzuheben war ein Mitarbeiter im Service beim Frühstück! Er war wirklich sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war auch absolut in Ordnung für den Preis. Viele Tv-Programme, wenn man den Tv überhaupt benutzen möchte. Die Lage ist etwas weg vom Zentrum, aber dennoch schnell erreichbar 7/11 etwa 100 m entfernt, wenn man den Laden bevorzugt
Der Empfang war sehr unterkühlt Eine Kaution ist beim Check-In zu hinterlegen Die Koffer haben wir selbstständig aufs Zimmer gebracht. Die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen. Die Dusche funktionierte mehr schlecht als recht. Am Pool entspannen ist auch eher Fehlanzeige! Check-Out lief ähnlich unpersönlich

Reviewed Mar 19, 2026Nagyon szép belső légkör, igényesen kialakított kényelmes medencekapcsolatos szobák. Tiszta, igényes, nyugodt szálláshely távol Pattaya nyüzsgésétől. A környéken ugyanakkor éttermek, boltok, masszázs, gyógyszertár…stb közvetlen elérhetők.
A közeli homokos part a szomszéd szállodákon keresztül érhető el, ami nem nagy durranás🤷♂️

Lehátka na terase u pokoje jsou extrémně nepohodlná, není možné je polohovat. Jsou vyrobená více na efekt než na funkčnost, což je velká škoda. Měli jsme opakované problémy s funkčností klimatizace - nechladila ani po opakovaných zásazích technika.

Reviewed Jan 2, 2026The overall look of the resort was lovely, nice pool and sunbeds. The staff was very friendly but poor english made some of the communication challenging. Breakfast was great with plenty of options to choose from.
The rooms were spacious but little bit worn out and not as clean as they could be. Also the water from the shower smelled funny.

The baby cot could be updated. ☺️

Reviewed Mar 22, 2025The hotel is in excellent condition. Everything is clean and well-maintained, with nothing falling apart. The room, pool, reception, and the entire area are a pleasure to look at.
The only thing I can criticize is the Wi-Fi. The routers are quite old and weak, causing the signal to occasionally drop or web pages and content to load very slowly. Replacing the routers with more modern ones would make the internet much more stable and faster.

Reviewed Mar 13, 2025The pools around the rooms are fantastic and a great bar to swim up to. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The rooms were lovely and spacious and a good sized bathroom.
The air con was rather noisy and there are a couple of small step downs into the bathroom which you don't see easily and can either miss and judder yourself stepping down or trip on the way out. The restaurant at night does not sell alcohol which was weird. we had to go down the road for a drink at their sister hotel but that was distinctly average at best.

Reviewed Dec 21, 2024The villas are very beautiful with the added plus of direct access to the pool from them. The floating breakfast was definitely another highlight. Additionally you have 24/7 room service.
We choose this venue because of the wheelchair accessiblllity, unfortunately the only places which are accessible are the reception area and one path to the villa. If we had not had a plastic stepladder with us, I would not have been able to get in or out of the pools. The stepladders attached to the pools are not accessible if you have a walking disability. There is an under water table next to the villa which a normal person can use to access the pool, but this is not possible for someone who is slightly disabled.

No smoking area for smokers except you have to go outside of the resort. A lot of mosquito. Food in the restaurant, not so good due to limited choices!
