เตียงนอนแข็งและเรื่องทำความสะอาดหอ้งนอนและหอ้งนำ้ไม่โอเคเลย พักนักงานตอนรับไม่อธิบายเรื่องอาหารเช้า เราตอ้งถาม และเรื่อง เช็กเอาต์กี่โมงฉันต้องไปถามทุกอย่างว่าทางโรงแรมบริการยังไง

ไม่ชอบอะไรเลย อาหารเช้าไม่อร่อย ข้างในเต็ม ไปนัั่งนอกระเบียงมีนกพิราบมาก่อกวนจำนวนมาก สกปรก นกมาจิกอาหาร

ไม่ชอบการไม่บอกข้อมูลกับลูกค้า จองห้องมา ได้เป็นห้องพักวิวสวนด้านล่าง ซึ่งต้องเดินขึ้นลงบันได หลายชั้นและชัน ไม่สะดวกสำหรับเราเลย แต่ไม่มีการแจ้งให้ลูกค้า ว่าเป็นแบบนี้สะดวกหรือไม่

ห้องน้ำ ไม่มีชุดแปรงสีฟัน /ห้องดีลักซ์วิวทะเล เราจองมาได้ราคา 3,000++ไม่รวมอาหารเช้า ปรากฏว่ามี2ตึก ห้องที่ได้เข้าพักเห็นวิวผ่านสวนและเรือนคนงานเห็นแล้วไม่สวยงามตามที่รีวิวไว้จะเห็นทะเลผ่านสระว่ายน้ำซึ่งอยู่คนละตึก /ห้องพักมีเตียงใหญ่ 6ฟุตและเตียงเล็ก3.5ฟุต นอนได้3คน แต่ชุดผ้าเช็ดตัวได้แค่2ชุด /โรงแรมมีสระว่ายน้ำแต่ไม่มีผ้าเช็ดตัวสำหรับลงเล่นน้ำให้/ในห้องมีกระดาษแจ้งรายการราคาของในห้อง แม้กระทั่งขวดใส่สบู่ ยาสระผม โลชั่น ขวดแบ่งเล็กๆกลมๆสูงประมาณ2นิ้ว 1ชุด(3ขวด) ที่โรงแรมทั่วไปแจกฟรีแต่โรงแรมนี้แจ้งว่า หากนำออกราคา 300 บาท /ปริมาณบีบใช้คนเดียว-ครั้งเดียวก็หมดขวด คนอื่นไม่มีใช้ต่อ (ถ้าไม่ประหยัดใช้ 1ขวดเล็กๆต้องแบ่งใช้ทีละ1ใน4ส่วนเพื่อ ให้เพียงพอสำหรับใช้2คนและสำหรับใช้ตอนเย็นและตอนเช้า//หนำซ้ำมีข้อความขอความร่วมมือรักษ์โลก แจ้งว่าโรงแรมจะซักผ้าปูผ้าห่ม ปลอกหมอน4วันต่อครั้ง หากพักต่อเนื่องจะไม่มีการเปลี่ยนชุดเครื่องนอนดังกล่าวให้จนกว่าจะครบ4วัน//เลยทำให้รู้สึกห้องที่เราจองนอนมีกลิ่นอับๆของเครื่องนอนคล้ายๆจะไม่ได้ซักรึป่าว อาจจะไม่มีกลิ่นรุนแรงแต่เราเอามานอนคุมโปงก็พอจะได้กลิ่นเหงื่อ//เวลาเปิดยริการสระว่ายน้ำ แจ้งไว้ว่าเปิด 7.00 แต่พอเด็กๆจะลงไปเล่นน้ำตอนเช้าก่อนเช็คเอาท์ เพราะเราเข้าเช็คอินบ่าย3 เลยได้แต่ลงเล่นน้ำทะเลและตั้งใจว่าจะลงสระว่ายน้ำตอนเช้า ก็ต้องผิดหวังเพราะทาง พนักงานแจ้งว่าสระเปิด 10.00น.ทั้งๆที่เป็นหน้าร้อนมากๆ แล้วจะเล่นกันทันสนุกเหรอคะในเมื่อ 11.00ก็ต้องมาเก็บเสื้อผ้าเตรียมตัวเช็คเอาท์ออกจากโรงแรมก่อน 12.00น.

-น้ำให้น้อยเกินไปแค่ขวดเล็กๆ2ขวด -ชุดสบู่ ยาสระ โลชั่น ถ้าขวดเล็กๆขนาดนี้ควรให้ แขกที่มาพัก2ชุด -ชุดผ้าห่ม ที่นอน ควรเปลี่ยนใหม่ทั้งชุดและสะอาดไม่มีกลิ่นเหงื่อ -เลือกห้องปลอดบุหรี่มีระเบียง เพื่อจะได้ออกไปนั่งชมวิวทะเล แต่ออกไปนั่งระเบียงชมวิวไม่ได้ เพราะข้างห้องติดกันเขาก็ออกมานั่งชมวิวสูบบุหรี่อย่างสบายใจเช่นกัน(อันนี้ข้อเสียมากๆขอให้ทางโรงแรมปรับปรุง ห้ามสูบบุรี่นอกระเบียงด้วย)

I booked deluxe Ocean view expecting a room above the pool in the main building. The facility also appears to own bay view next door so our accomodation was in the next block looking out into the bay. True ocean view i guess but different to my expectations. It was ok though. Maybe in rainy season this may be an issue getting to the breakfast. It was a longer walk to the pool than expected.

Really recommend a coffee machine at the breakfast buffet. The standard old perculated coffee is getting a bit old and tasteless. Breakfast buffet was brilliant otherwise. I took my own coffee from the seven eleven 555.

Place is elite and amenities were exceptional. Very near to Sanctuart of Truth which is nice, housekeeping was really helpful and approachable.

The receptionist during our check in day isnt very nice, looks like she’s very annoyed on us. Didnt even bother to communicate properly, just look straight to ys even we had minor issue, didnt show any interest on helping us at all.

90% Baltic Russian peoples… breakfast so poor we gave up going down , beach was good private , booked royal suite on top floor without this it would have been disastrous… staff no understanding of English apart from manager ,won’t be back ….

The location is very unique in pattaya because it's far away from the hot spot night club area with a nice private beach !!!! Depending what you expect it might be a little bit far away from the nightlife, but for families a perfect place for sure.

we escaped from this place before end of reservation without refund Staff is extrimly agressive (also management), assult turists,  blackmail for money (pretending you damage smth, for example they bring bloody pillow from different room and say you did ) Sea is extremly dirty- big barge come directly to the beach and stay there during all day. Also there are canalization and big fishing ships next to hotel. Worst hotel and service in my life.

We liked the location near the temple. The pool area and garden was lovely. Breakfast was very good with a wide choice and quality. Friendly and helpful staff.

Unfortunately we had ants in our room and they got into anything we left out even though we tried to be careful. Even when we left and then unpacked at our next hotel on our trip, we found them in our belongings. The air conditioning was very noisy.

Hello, We only spent one night in this hotel! (2-12 to 2-13) Please issue refund to my card used for this booking Reasons: The water (shower and sink) smelled like Dead Fish. And this gave my wife allergies (attached picture 3435). We notified Management, two engineers came, confirmed the smell and my wife allergies. Management did offer an alternative over the phone, that was unacceptable to us. Walls and sofa are dirty attached picture 3436 and 3437. Door not locking properly and with termites’ holes Cut my foot on a broken step tile. Lunch and breakfast below average in food quality and cleanliness. Did your staff ever check this place? Awaiting your comments.

It’s beyond the fray of Pattaya proper but easy to get around with the local pick-up shuttles. Breakfasts were good. Russian tour agencies have the run of the place.

It’s advertised with balconies and that’s true. However there’s no furniture on them to enjoy. A couple chairs and a small table would really improve things.

The reception staff were always very rude and unwelcoming. Breakfast was a mess.

Normally I don't like to leave Bad Reviews but this one I could not close my eyes on. Considering this is a 4 star resort, but based on Customer Service and accommodation, it should be no more than 2 star. The moment we checked in, the place and staff gave us a haunted type of feeling. The water pressure in the bathrooms was so slow that it could take hours to finish one shower. Overall cleanliness was not up to standard of 4 star resort. Generally Thai people are very humble, polite and friendly but staff at this place were completely opposite especially of Hotel Porters. If the management of this resort can read my reviews, please consider to change the work environment. Try making it more friendly within the staff first then they will be able to pass it on the the customers. I understand that working in the customer service environment can be very challenging but this is what the staff signed for. I would recommend not to stay at this property even its offered free of charge.

Nice property with a good pool. Rooms are a good size, bed quality good. Great balcony, big enough to sit on to relax at sunset. Wifi is shockingly bad, unstable, constant log-in errors and one of those stupid systems where you have to repeat log-in every few hours. Staff were OK, some could have been more friendly. Great hotel if you want to be away from 'it all', because it is deep in the Soi and is far from Pattaya. You really need your own transport. The hotel has a buggy, but were unwilling to take us to the main road to get a songtaew. The good pricing reflects location.

We liked the partial view of the ocean. The pool was nice for swimming and right next to the beach. The room was spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet had good foods.

I didn't particularly like that a staff member allowed another person to skip in front of me during check-in, like they were someone more special than me! I was next in line to check in, and suddenly, a male staff allowed a lady who came after me to the front of the line and checked in! This is so disappointing and frustrating that the staff members have so low customer service to do this. They need better customer service than they provided me! The room had old furniture, the breakfast buffet was too crowded, and there were no elevators to the pool area😫.

Fabulous balcony and view of the ocean from the bedroom. Nice large pool, gardens and private beach. I love the old granite floors and old wood decor.

As reflected in previous comments hot water in the shower is intermittent, beds too hard for me, poor wifi in the bedroom, no bedside lights and bacon would be a welcome addition at breakfast.

ROB NEVILLE ,always stay at flipper lodge ,iv stayed in many hotels in pattaya for me flipper lodge is by far the best for service and location. staff are very friendly. and helpful. i have stayed at least 5 time ,back again in summer cant wait.

Avoid the foot massage establishment located in the hotel on your way to the pool ( or from the pool ) . The attendant is definitely rude . Would not give you the foot massage that was ordered and would suddenly work on your scalp . . . . OK . Seriously , avoid . He must have had the worst day of the year the day I decided to get my first Thai foot massage .

Very nice location, quiet and private beach. Excellent for family vacation and resort atmosphere. Breakfast was very good. Buffet only on the weekends but breakfast was made personal on week days. Very good service.

This hotel has become a refugee camp for Russians in Pattaya. 80% of the occupancy was Russian at the time of my stay. Not great in any context (not about the Russians but having too many of one type of clients is not great) The receptionist struggled to get my Booking.com reservation and asked me to open the app to show it to her (she should have had it in her system)... The room was very outdated and had several broken items in it (bedside lamp, wall skirting, bottom of entry and bathroom door), the shower hose was terribly bad and very low. The breakfast had a lot of choices but all of it was of poor quality. The river of dirty and stinky water running on the street outside the hotel was not pleasant at all. The internet (wifi) quality was very poor (hard to connect and stay connected, weak signal all around) All this made us decide to move out of the hotel after one night (we had booked for three) and move to the Pattaya beach to the Holliday Inn (not much more expensive and a whole lot better)

Big disappointment in this hotel, the reception staff were completely unprofessional. After arrival we needed cash, the cash machine didn’t work and they were happy to exchange our dollars to baht at a sky high rate. After a few days the cash machine still didn’t work and the staff were watching an older foreign couple struggling with getting cash out of it and didn’t tell a word them not to do so, I asked them to stop trying. It was late though, their card was swallowed. Everything is displayed in Russian, they don’t even assume that you come from another country and don’t speak Russian, however they don’t speak other languages at all. Don’t try to communicate in English, it’s a waste of time. We’ve been traveling around the world for a couple of years and seen many different types of accommodation, and we are far from being demanding people but left this place after three nights.

Too far from street food ,city Too crowed with the group tour, everyday early from 3am -4am the tour they are serve the beach ,pool chairs reserved for themselves and not to share to others guests. The big balcony is good but no any small hanger for wet cloths.

Wood floor is very slippery. We almost slipped more than a few times. Hotel is a little rundown. Room definitely could use deep cleaning. Refrigerator has bad smell. Breakfast was good but salty. Would be nice to have more vegetarian options.

I booked a Superior room with city views, well no city view only trees, and at the back off the hotel, i arrived early and was told i would have to pay extra to book in, and i said that i had messaged the hotel weeks before and was told it would be ok, but the lady at the desk was not over friendly, she didn't charge, but was not a very warm welcome !!

The location is nice with big swimming pools and rooms have a good sunset view.

The hotel is badly in need of a full refurbishment. It was badly maintained. Air in the elevator is old and musty. Air conditioner is old and noisy. As the room floor is tiled, bedroom slippers is a must but it is nowhere to be found. Most importantly, there is no wifi in the rooms only in the lobby and restaurant.

Overall was good, clean room, even the furnitures a bit old. Excellent beach, clean, and nice sea view. Breakfast buffet was a bit poor as not many varieties, no scramble egg or omelet but just fried eggs while our dinner by the beach was by far 10 times better. The concierge team was very kind, supportive and helpful. Worth a money to visit.

Отдыхали в Garden Sea Viev в третий раз. Поэтому понятно, что отель нам нравится! Но... с каждым годом всё меньше! Так как мы отдыхаем как самостоятельные туристы, то в этом году были удивлены большим количеством "пакетников" от "Анекса" и "Пегаса"! В связи с эпидемией короновируса совсем не было в отеле китайских туристов и вообще никаких, кроме наших! На рецепшене совсем сменились все сотрудники. Ну, конечно, кто же наших доставучих вынесет?! В общем и целом отдых прошёл хорошо. Завтраки как всегда на высоте! Территория чистая, море ласковое, номера убирают. Жаль около пляжа пальмы спилили. Зато на территории понаставили много лежаков. Отель рекомендую!

the hotel had a nice location on the beach. the hotel staff was very helpful with our arrival since we arrived at 5am. my only negative comment would be the shower curtain had mold on them。

Hübsches Hotel mit direktem Zugang zum Meer. Tolle Pool-Landschaft mit Wasserfall. Alle Angestellten stets freundlich und hilfreich, englisch sprechend. Gemütliche Bungalow, saubere Zimmer im Hotel und luxuriöse Chalets und alles umgeben von einem Park mit uralten Bäumen und tropischen Pflanzen.

ชอบชาเลต์พักในสวนตันไม้เยอะติดทะเล แต่ถ้าจะดีมากควรจัดห้องให้เหมาะกับผู้เข้าพักถ้าเอาเด็กมามากควรให้พักชั้นล่างเพราะวิ่งขึ้นลงบันไดวิ่งในห้องอย่างกับคนบ้าหนวกหูมาก

Отель не плохой, но сервис и обслуга практически отсутствует! За 10 дней проживания постельное поменяли только раз и то когда кинули на пол. Интернет только на рецепшене и то не всегда работает. Хороший бассейн, но не чистят стенки, очень жаль. Толпы азиатских пакетников, которые не имеют чувства уважения к отдыхающим.. Завтраки не стоят тех денег что берут. Район старый, отдалённый, цены заданы.. Один плюс рынок морепродуктов неподалеку.

ホテルは広い庭かあって広いプールと専用ビーチがあり何処にも行かないでホテルでゆったり過ごすには最適です。 ただ、バンガロータイプの部屋にしたのですが部屋の鍵が開かないトラブルがありフロントに伝えましたが修理されず。全く出入り出来なくなり結果的に部屋の変更、変更された部屋のTVが映り悪く修理依頼をフロントに伝えましたが修理されず、ルームサービスの時に現状確認して貰いTV交換…快適な部屋になったのが滞在7日後でした。 それだけが残念でした。 後、パタヤビーチ等から少し離れているのでタクシー料金が結構かかります。

Staff at reception were rude and extremely unhelpful !!!! Housekeeping didn't replace toilet paper for the first 3 days. (went and brought our own), room towels were not replaced daily - folded and put back. Bungalow Room was pleasant but needed a thorough clean. Bed linen poor quality. Summary.... Stay elsewhere!

โรงแรมห้องพักอาจจะดูเก่าไปหน่อย แต่บรรยากาศ ทั้งสระว่ายน้ำ และ ชายหาดส่วนตัวบรรยากาศดีมาก เงียบสงบ ไม่พลุกพล่าน

百冇酒店 - 酒店職員冇禮貌 芵語水平低 早上十時後已冇早餐 附近所有商店都中午後先開 要出去就要喺酒店門口call車或步行15-20分鐘出大街再坐讀讀 超級不方便 房間冇wifi 冇滅蚊用品 冇冇浴袍冇拖鞋冇牙刷 冷氣不停漏水廁所板破爛 從未喺泰國住個咁差嘅酒店兩星級都不如
