Reviewed Aug 3, 2026This hotel is exceptionally well thought out, with beautifully designed rooms and bathrooms. The furniture is stylish and carefully chosen, and everything is spotlessly clean the rooms are absolutely immaculate. I’ve stayed at several high-end hotels in Yiwu, but this hotel had, by far, the most diverse and impressive breakfast I’ve experienced. The location is perfect if you’re traveling and exploring the area, although it’s a bit far from Futian. Other than that, I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Reviewed May 24, 2026Complaint Regarding Heating Failure and Resulting Damages
Dear Sir or Madam, My daughter and I stayed at your hotel and had two separate rooms booked. Unfortunately, the heating was not working in either of the rooms. After reporting the issue and requesting that the heating be turned on, the hotel staff informed us that they would fix the problem and reprogram the system. Unfortunately, despite these assurances, nothing was done. Because of the very cold rooms, my daughter became ill, which forced us to extend our stay at the hotel for one additional day. Sadly, even then the heating was still not working, despite repeated promises that the issue would be resolved. Due to the unexpected extension of our stay in Amsterdam, we were unable to continue our planned trip to Los Angeles, which resulted in significant additional costs and the loss of our original flight tickets. In the end, we had to separate: I had to purchase a new ticket to Los Angeles at a cost of €1,800, my daughter purchased a new ticket to Zagreb for €750, and the additional hotel stay cost us €200. As a result, the lack of heating and the inadequate response from the hotel caused us additional expenses totaling €2,750, as well as my daughter’s inability to continue her planned trip to the United States. Kind regards,

Reviewed May 18, 2026Kingdom hotel was great! Staff was very helpful. A big thank you to sissi who was great and helped us a lot during our stay. It was super clean and the cleaner did an amazing job. Nice bed and clean room to come back to after a long day out. Facilities were great!
We liked everything but I think they could do even better when it comes to breakfast. The western breakfast was repetitive and limited especially when some customers stay for long. More variety of hot meals for Western breakfast would have been nice.
