My stay at this hotel in Shanghai was truly exceptional and exceeded all my expectations. The hotel is modern, impeccably clean, and very well organized. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The location is also excellent, with easy access to everything you might need during your stay. What truly sets this hotel apart is the outstanding service and professionalism of the staff. I would especially like to praise the reception team, who were extremely kind, helpful, and always ready to assist at any time. Special recognition goes to the front office manager, a true gentleman and an outstanding professional. His dedication to guests, calm demeanor, kindness, and the way he leads his team leave a lasting impression. This level of hospitality is rare and truly makes a difference. Overall, this is a hotel I would gladly return to without hesitation and highly recommend to everyone. 感谢你们的热情接待，一切都非常完美！我一定会再来！特别向前台经理致以诚挚的问候！

I didn’t stay at this hotel it was a lie

The staff is very respectful and helpful.

At breakfast, the dietary requirements of Muslim guests seemed to be followed more as a formality than in practice. My spouse and I were only able to eat boiled eggs most of the time. Eggs fried in oil should not be cooked in pans that have been used for pork products unless they are thoroughly cleaned or separated. Having a second cooking area or stove would be an excellent solution. Not being able to have a proper breakfast was disappointing for us, and we kindly suggest that appropriate arrangements be made.

Nothing is good.

They let people smoke everywhere even in elevator. And room smells like someone peed, also bathroom is dirty.

Rooms was good size, staff was good

There’s a bar ground floor very loud and rowdy people

That it was opposite a big shopping mall

The internet was non existent! Also one had to pay to watch the TV!

Very good hotel 👏🏻❤️

10/10

Nothing

Racism, the front office refused to speak to me in english and kept laughing and speaking to me in Chinese although she clearly noticed that I don’t speak English. Unprofessional, they sold my room to another client and I had to search for another hotel late at night. I have clearly stated in my booking in the application that I’ll be paying In property.

It was was nice but the communication was poor

Communication in English language

Breakfast buffet was excellent! Location is prime. Room styling was beautiful. Across the street from Yiwu’s most famous shopping mall, so lots of options for food/ shopping, etc.

Water in the bathroom was just barely warm, not hot. I kept getting cold when taking a shower. Called 3 times to have it fixed and even the repair person couldn’t fix it. No one likes lukewarm showers especially in winter.

Professional staff. Good Service. Good breakfast. Very clean and comfortable room and installations. Only one but, staff needs to learn how to speak English

Staff does not speak English

Price and breakfast.

Lack of English speaking workers and very hard to exchange Australian Dollars.

I loved the decor and my room. The bed was really comfy. Breakfast was excellent. Nice mall over the road with many eateries

No food served through the day. No English speaking staff. The traffic outside is constantly peeping their horns.

The Breakfast wsnt bad but it caters more for the local palate . By day 5 the breakfast was still uchanged

The wifi was a problem it was working intermittently, and we struggled initially to get connected

It’s clean and near the shopping mall

They can improve the staff because the reception can’t speak English

Excellent location center of city 👏...helpful staff..gud breakfast 👌

location and facilities

WiFi connectivity was an issue

Quality materials of furniture

Early end for breakfast

Good in general

Place was in the centre of Yiwu, across from a shopping centre and grocery store. Breakfast was great! We got our rooms cleaned everyday which was a bonus, only down fall was our room smelt… not sure if this is a pet friendly hotel but it’s definitely affecting the rooms/ hotel due to some sort of strong odour that lingers in the rooms.

It’s in the heart of Yoel, Mall, restaurants, taxi ..,,all what you need is close to us.

Nothing

Location in front of mall

No roof when it rains (when going in to the property)

Location, guest relationship we're very helpful.

Location in the heart of the city, friendly staff, good value , breakfast, big size room

I have stayed at this hotel here quite a few times now. The hotel staff was wonderful as always. Very pleasant and accommodating. I usually stay in the premier room or the exquisite room which are nicely decorated. The rooms are very spacious with a separate sitting area, a king size bed and walk-in closet and bar area. The bathroom is huge with marble floors, a huge bathtub, and a separate walk-in shower The towels, pillows and linens are of superior quality. The wifi was better, still not great. The breakfast buffet was excellent as always, with many Asian and western choices. The hotel is also right across from a huge mall with many shops and restaurants. Also, the hotel is only a 15-minute drive away from the Yiwu market. Will surely be staying here on my next visit to Yiwu.
