Very children friendly. The baby play area was super useful. Location is perfect, you can go for a walk on the beach which is right in front of the hotel.

The baby play area opens at 9. However babies wake ip much earlier than that :)

The hotel facilities are good and water park is free good for family and location also very good and rooms are spacious good for families highly recommended for everyone

Breakfast can be more better is not bad

Location-wise, it’s perfect — a 5-minute walk to Terminal 21 and the outlet, a 5-minute tuk-tuk ride to Central Pattaya, and just a 1-minute walk to the beach. The staff are also friendly and professional, and I really enjoyed the warm smiles and welcoming attitude from everyone.

I wouldn’t say I was dissatisfied, but I do think the quality of the buffet breakfast could be better. Don’t get me wrong, there’s a good variety of options, but I was expecting a little more in terms of quality. I’d honestly be happy with fewer choices if it meant better-quality food overall.

We had an amazing stay at Holiday Inn Pattaya and would highly recommend it. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had excellent facilities. Its location is perfect—within walking distance of Pattaya Beach, Terminal 21, many shops, and a great selection of restaurants all around. The food was excellent, and every member of the staff was warm, friendly, and helpful. A special thank you to Bew, who truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. He recommended wonderful places to visit, arranged our transport, and helped organize tours, making everything completely stress-free. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made a huge difference to our holiday. Thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful experience. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Pattaya.

Kids Zone Family Zone on the 4th floor was great and not too crowded. Honey, Naew, and Sally were very friendly and took great care of us. We had so much fun and didn’t want to leave haha :’D

All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Specially Bew, who helped with booking reservations.

U don't to try Cookie+coffee in all day refash, Red wine in happy hour+Acl. And spicy salmon padkapoa in breakfast on 25th floor lounge. Natty and Gina will be welcome to your enjoying

Totally recommend this hotel .. great location with spectacular ocean views. I recommend to include the lounge access rooms. Every night they have happy hour and nibbles. The sunset is beautiful from rooftop bar!! Rooms clean and modern.. best of all staff friendly and helpful. Big thanks to the lounge staff Indy, Natty, Money , Gina and Itt.. keep up the great work

À seulement cinq minutes à pied de la plage, l’établissement bénéficie d’un emplacement idéal. De nombreux restaurants proposant une cuisine variée, plusieurs salons de massage ainsi que des taxis sont accessibles à quelques pas, offrant un cadre pratique et agréable pour profiter pleinement du séjour.

Lors de notre réservation, il n’a été indiqué à aucun moment que la chambre attribuée se situerait dans la seconde tour, à l’arrière de l’établissement. Cette information est pourtant déterminante dans le choix d’un hébergement, notamment lorsqu’elle a une incidence directe sur la qualité de la vue et de l’expérience du séjour. Par ailleurs, le tarif acquitté demeure particulièrement élevé au regard de la prestation réellement fournie. La chambre ne bénéficiait pas d’une véritable vue sur la mer, contrairement à ce que nous pouvions légitimement attendre au vu de la présentation de l’établissement et du prix payé.

doporučuji utěsnit vchodové dveře do pokoje. V noci vniká do pokoje příliš mnoho světla z chodby. Bydlel jsem na pokoji 708 a 2507. Problém byl tam i tam.

Location and the pool

They market the kids play area which is so basic and children above 5 years are allowed for jungle gym My child is 3 years old and was not allowed to use the jungle gym and was asked to do pretend play and a small slide. No logic no sense that a 3 year old would enjoy such baby games .. It’s marketting the kids club but kids below 5 are allowed toys and and an area which is good for one year olds and activities like trampoline slide are only reserved for children above 5 A dangerous slide in the splash area is allowed across all age groups when in reality it is very very dangerous and shouldn’t be allowed for children below 5 years .. The kids club is false marketting and fake posing please don’t fall for it

Perfect for families. The kids loved the play area and the swimming pool. It’s a nice place where parents can relax while the children have fun. Naew was very friendly and gave us excellent service.

Friendly staff, clean environment, lovely pool for adults and kids, kids play centre.

Western food was always the same. Options didn’t rotate like the Indian and Asian cuisines.

A lovely stay. The hotel is close to shopping centers and just across the road from the beach. The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautiful. I would definitely stay here again 👍🏻👍🏻

Everything has been perfect really I am an IHG Platinum Elite member and I was really treated so well. Exceptionally well really. The executive lounge is good. “Money” was particularly kind to me and she does an outstanding job working in the lounge. Also Bella on the main reception was exceptional too. I love this hotel really. It is very well run.

Location is to die for. A short walk to the beach and to a big shopping mall, restaurants and certainly big C. Clean room, descent size bathroom with a view facing a beach. We definitely love the 7Eleven that can be accessed from the hotel's lobby. Hotel also provide a free rides to the beach or to the back road. Breakfast are ok-ish, but the star is is the infinity swimming pool.....me and my husband love it very much. It is like an oasis in the dessert, with frangipani trees here and there.

Had another great visit to the Holiday Inn Pattaya. The breakfast staff is always exceptionally kind and helpful. The weekend yoga sessions are incredible with Su. Su is a very talented and thoughtful instructor that manages to help all yoga attendees, no matter their skill level. I often miss yoga while traveling but attending Su's class was fantastic and better than most yoga studios.

موقعه بعيد عن شارع العرب مما جعله مميز قريب نوعا ما عن كل ماتحتاجه .. موظفين الاستقبال نوعا ما جيدين والمكان نظيف ولكن انصح بالحجز في المبنى الي على البحر على طول لان المبنى القديم كثير عليه السعر بس لان يحمل اسم شركة فنادق عالميه عموما تجربه ليست بممتازه ولكن جيدة الي جيدة جدا

It’s one of the best kids’ clubs in Pattaya — highly recommended and suitable for children of all ages. There are two kids’ club zones, and the rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff take great care of the children and are extremely friendly, especially P’Hop, who played with my child for hours.

We visited the restaurant for dinner and had a wonderful time. The location is highly convenient, the food tasted delicious, and the restaurant staff were incredibly friendly. After our meal, we walked through the hotel lobby, which is spacious and beautifully designed. We met CAP at the front desk counter, who was exceptionally nice and welcoming. He proactively shared clear details about the hotel's clearly and amenities. Even after we mentioned that we were not hotel guests, his high standard of service never changed. He even offered to sign us up for the hotel membership, which gives a 20% discount on food and beverages plus special member rates. Highly. we will return as the h hotel guest soon

I had a fantastic stay at Holiday Inn Pattaya, and what truly made the experience stand out was the excellent service from the staff. A special mention to Natty at the executive lounge. She was incredibly welcoming and professional, always attentive and making sure guests felt comfortable and well looked after. Natty, Indy, Money, Gina and Itt’s hospitality added a special touch to my relaxing evenings and stay at this hotel. I also would like to thank Oilly at breakfast, who took such great care of me every morning and even helping me with some Thai words. She was attentive, friendly, and always made sure we had everything we needed. Her warm service really made our mornings enjoyable. Thank you staff for going above and beyond — they are a real credit to the hotel. Looking forward to coming back again!

Very impressed with the service at the Executive Club Lounge. Ms. Indy and the club lounge team always take great care of the guests with warm, attentive, and friendly service. The staff remember me and make me feel very comfortable and relaxed, even though I'm not visit very often. Every time I come back I alway receive such a warm welcome. Executive tower is good for business peolple me. The lounge on the top floor is always good for sittings for work sometime when i don't go to office, and the breakfast was not crowded. The atmosphere and hospitality here truly feel like coming home, and this is one of the reasons why we always want to return whenever we visit Pattaya.

We decided to return to Holiday Inn Pattaya, a place we’ve enjoyed visiting for many years and once again, it did not disappoint. The hotel lobby has been beautifully refurbished, with a fresh and modern design that creates a great first impression. Prior to arrival, we received a thoughtful call from Khun Nattaporn, who ensured all our special requests were noted a few days in advance. She also communicated with us via WhatsApp, which made everything very convenient and efficient. We booked two rooms for a birthday celebration and were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to the Bay Tower. It’s truly beyond our expectations. A special thank you to Khun Arisara (RDM) for making our stay so memorable. Her attention to detail and care really stood out. Check-in and check-out were handled smoothly by Khun May and Khun Poppi, who were both professional and attentive. All of our preferences were perfectly arranged without any issues. We had a wonderful time relaxing by the pool over both days,it was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Pattaya, especially IHG members. The birthday amenities were a lovely touch and made us feel genuinely cared for. Once again, heartfelt thanks to Khun Arisara and the entire team for their excellent service and high standards.

Club lounge have a good vibe to stay during the cocktail hour 17:30-19:30. The service here is gorgeous especially Khun Money and Khun Indy ( lounge manager) even though the variety of food is not much but the attentiveness of staff is decent. Highly recommend to come and try the club lounge here.
