Food is not tasty

We were there with our 10month old baby and unfortunately hotel charged us for baby khichadi food which is complementary everywhere. Our suggestion to new parents to check other properties because we stayed in south goa also after this where we get two times complementary baby khichadi.

Baby khichadi food is not complementary. They are charging huge amount for food.

Ein schöner abgeschlossener Hotelkomplex. Zentrum sind der große Pool und die Bar/das Restaurant. Drumherum die Wohngebäude. Sehr stilvoll gestaltet. Personal sehr aufmerksam und schnell verfügbar bei Bedarf. Das Essen war unheimlich lecker.

Die Zimmer waren nicht dicht verschließbar. Die Eingangstür war natürlich eine ganz klassiche Hotel-Türe , die Tür zum Balkon war aber nicht abgeschlossen. Das heißt es gab einen Spalt durch den Insekten reinkommen können. Das Essen ist für lokale Verhältnisse recht hochpreisig (für die Klientel aber angemessen und die Qualität total wert). Der Fernseher bietet keinen Zugang zu Streamingdiensten - wie so oft in indischen Hotels

La propreté pas au niveau fallait répéter plusieurs fois pour que on nous change et pas les couettes seul dans la chambre était un peu collant...

Well connected to the beach and merely a 10 minute walk to Newton’s and all the shopping locations. Clean and well kept rooms. Good and reasonably priced menu. Breakfast menu was limited but very tasty. Amazing staff who go out of their way to make ones stay comfortable.

Magnifique hôtel, située au bord de la mer avec des petites plages privées/ restau très sympas. Idéalement situé pour aller en 5mn à pieds au centre ville pour y faire des courses, restau, bar... Il y a un parking pour garer un scooter ce qui est extrêmement pratique. Le personnel est aux petits. Je suis restée 2 semaines, beaucoup de familles le WE ce qui rend l’hôtel animé et sympa. Grande piscine notamment du coté de l'établissement situé près de la plage où se trouvent les bungalows.

De devoir payer pour recevoir un invité à la piscine alors qu'il y avait que moi dans cette partie de l’hôtel et à la piscine. De ne pas pouvoir faire venir un invité dans ma chambre ( masseuse)

Nice resort with all the amenities akin to a 5 star. Rooms are super spacious, balcony view of pool is great, beach is about 200m, staff is polite. Food is great

Parking is behind the property. A path leads to the parking from behind the resort which new comers may not know. Rates are on the higher side, for the price lesser than this resort, we have stayed at a 5 star resort in south Goa which is much more peaceful and spread out with private beach. Management may study the market conditions and workout accordingly. Rest all great

It is a good place for leisure, we went with family and the stay was comfortable, it was walking distance to the beach, the food was excellent!

The room was clear, but there were insects found.

Not value for money. Go for other branded hotels if spending this much money. Breakfast was okiesh. Staff behaviour was very uninviting.

Wir wurden im Resort sehr freundlich mit einem Willkommens-Getränk begrüßt, man hat uns ein wunderschönes, großzügiges Zimmer mit Balkon und Blick auf den gepflegten Pool gegeben. Das Restaurant ist hervorragend. Wir können unbedingt den Fisch empfehlen und der Service ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Manas vom Hausservice hat aus Handtüchern regelrechte Kunstwerke geschaffen.

1. Front Staff can be more courteous 2. Toiletries are okay. But can be better. 3. Swimming pool regulations are not followed by guests. Guests were using normal clothes in pool which will make pool water not so clean.

The location and the amenities are very good.

Few staff are pathetic they wont bother about your requests like room cleaning and all they can concentrate much on customer request.

Vse je bilo zelo lepo. Je nekakšna oaza sredi direndaja. Krasen bazen, čiste in velike sobe z balkonom. Blizu plaže, a ne preveč glasne. Res dobra lokacija.

Pred prihodom smo morali plačati polovico zneska. Malo smo bili nezaupljivi, a smo vseeno plačali. Vendar pa so nam po plačilu še kar naprej pošiljali sporočila, da imamo odpovedano rezervacijo. Ko smo prišli tja, pa so s težavo našli sobo. Vendar se je vse dobro izteklo in sva dobila krasno sobo z najlepšim razgledom.

The behaviour of staffs and the cleanliness. Attentive to all requests and quick response. The pool was nice and breakfast was awesome.

In the description it was written as a beachfront and beach property. Thats the biggest disappointment as it location 100-200 metre away. The hotel has another property which is beachfront but in booking.com shows as single property

The toaster was very slow and it would be nice if they had a good coffee machine,but that wouldn't put me off going again.

Just the inability to call an Uber, but that is across Goa as they have banned all ride hailing services. However you can always rent a 2 wheeler or car.

Жили три дня, все понравилось, до моря 5 минут, вай фай работает, убирались каждый день, лебедей делали) еда на любителя, разнообразная, выбрать можно - вкусно.

Vi hade en mycket trevlig upplevelse med alla bekvämligheter man kunde önska. Läget var toppen liksom poolområdet och en stor eloge till personalen som var mycket vänlig och tillmötesgående. En särskild hälsning till Surenjo som ansvarade för städningen av vårt rum i två veckor och gjorde det med stor noggrannhet!

Kanske kunde det finnas ytterligare några solsängar vid poolen. Jag hade också gärna sett ett större utbud av kontinentala produkter på frukostbuffén såsom ost, skinka och ett mer varierat utbud av juice och frukt.

Mr. Priyank needs to be more hospitable. Upon our arrival at 1 a.m., instead of being comforting, there was unnecessary discussion, which was the last thing we needed at that hour. Future guests should note that no crib is provided at this property—this is important information that should be clearly mentioned on Booking.com. The property has frequent power cuts and relies on a very loud generator placed right in front of our room, making it impossible to sleep. In fact, almost everything in the place makes noise—the toilet flush is unusually loud, and water keeps running continuously in the flush. On the last day, despite having breakfast included, housekeeping refused to provide a water bottle, which is completely unacceptable.

Прекрасный отель, близко к пляжу, персонал очень отзывчивый. Поменяли нам номер с 1 этажа на 2й с потрясающим видом. Завтраки были вкусные и разнообразные.

This is the worst property I have ever stayed in.

We had an overall pleasant stay at Resort Terra Paraiso and enjoyed most aspects of the experience. The resort has a lovely ambiance, well-maintained surroundings, and is at a comfortable walking distance from the beach, which was a big plus for us. The food quality and taste were very good, both at breakfast and other meals. The breakfast spread was generous and well-managed, with good variety. Most of the staff were polite, helpful, and warm, and the taxi services arranged through the resort were reliable and convenient, which made sightseeing much easier.

We did face a hot water issue in our room on one of the mornings, which unfortunately took a long time to get resolved despite multiple reminders. While the rest of the stay was smooth, this lack of responsiveness did cause some inconvenience and unnecessary stress, and this is the main reason for deducting one star. Overall, it is a good resort with comfortable rooms, nice food, and a pleasant atmosphere, and with better responsiveness to such basic issues, the experience could easily be a 5-star one.

Хорошее месторасположение - море близко, замечательные номера. Отдельно хочу отметить ресторан - очень вкусные блюда, коктейли выше всяких похвал, персонал очень профессиональный и дружелюбный!

Nice, central pool with a restaurant attached. Close to the beach. Breakfast which was included in our daily rate was very good.

Many small things that were constant irritants. There was a gap between the balcony doors through which mosquitoes kept coming in. The staff at the front desk were not super friendly. They gave us a room with a very poor Wi-Fi connection and made a complete mess of our expenses upon leaving the resort.

The location was great, very close to the beach yet far enough away from the madness of Calangute. The majority of the staff from Richard the restaurant manager to the young boys who opened the hotel doors were all very nice and friendly. Richard was exceptional . On arrival he introduced himself and asked our names. Every time he saw us he would call us by our names. It was very welcoming. Also the deputy restaurant manager age was very helpful, nothing was too much for them.

Unfortunately the same cannot be said for those on reception. Shayne can across as arrogant and Shilpa actually rolled her eyes at one point whilst paying our final bill. Other reception staff never even looked or acknowledged us. Not the welcome you would expect.

Excellent breakfast, very professional, courteous and cooperative staff. Nice facilities. Quite close to the beach.

Det låg bra till, nära till stranden. Ger ett snyggt intryck.Personalen var trevlig och hjälpsam. Det var relativt tyst där vi bodde.

Frukosten var mest tillrättalagd för indier. Vi saknade ost, färska grönsaker bl.a. Indierna badade i poolerna med kläder på, vilket vi tycker är ohygieniskt. Det står angivet på engelska att man ska ha baddräkt, men det borde även stå på hindi. Wifi var inte bra. Vi fick gå ner i receptionen och få nya koder/ passwords varje dag.

We recently stayed at Resort Terra Paraiso in Calangute, Goa. It is ideally situated within a few minutes walk to the beach. We felt very welcomed at Terra Paraiso right from the start with Vinod at the front desk. Our room was made very comfortable by Andue from housekeeping. Chef Paresh was very accommodating to tune dishes to our palate. The breakfast buffet was ample both in vegetarian variety, quantity & quality with attentive staff under Mr Bali's supervision.  We had a great time. We'll definitely stay here again.
