The absolute best thing about the hotel is their staff. They are extremely kind and helpful. Special shout out to Sejjal who was always checking in on us and making sure we are comfortable. The property is nice and clean. As soon as you enter the resort, its a different world away from all the noise and chaos outside. Its peaceful and calm. The mattresses snd pillows are extremely comfortable. Houskeeping staff were also very good and did a great job. Ross Omelete at breakfast was amazing.

They could have some more variety in breakfast, but what we had each day was still good.

I spent there more than 1 week, and it was fantastic. The staff was really lovely and kind. The food was good, the place is really beautiful and quite however very close to the main road and many restaurants. There is also 10 min walk to the beach.

The pillows could have been softer ;)

The staff were terrible! No attention to detail....the pool guy and other staff spent all day watching soaps on their phones....the pool area could be cleaner.....the same bit of rubbish ( a used plaster) was on the floor in the same place for 3 days....people room service was left under the stairs for days.....shame as such a beautiful place

Very well appointed property in a serene and peaceful setting.

Overall, highly satisfied with our stay. The staff were friendly, attentive and helpful at all times. The food selection at breakfast was great and the quality of food was excellent, and very reasonable priced for a hotel. A decent sized pool which is kept clean is always a must and we weren't disappointed. A good location - sort walk from the beach and just as short to the main road in Calangute, where you can find everything you want, from supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pharmacies etc...

Not a dislike, but a suggestion for improvement - consistency with the provisions in the bathroom. Towels and toiletries were replaced inconsistently.

I liked everything

We got married at Andores in 2024 and visited with our baby daughter in 2025. Andores is one of our favourite hotels in Goa, the property is always well maintained, the food is great, the staff are all very helpful and attentive. We also love the pool. Bed are super comfy!

The only small downside is that the surrounding area can be a bit crowded and the walk to the beach isn’t great but overall we don’t mind because we like spending time at the resort itself so don’t get out much

Beautiful style and layout of the resort. Rooms are a good size, bathroom is big. Food, pool, and entire resort is great.

Attention to fine details, the bathroom room is dirty, the shower glass is dirty, the line to hang your washing in the bathroom is black, the towels are fraying and stained.

Very beautiful resort with lush green, well maintened, heavenly garden. Very nice and clean rooms. Very polite and helpfull staff. All in all a perfect, calm hideaway.

If there would be something to be complained about it's just some very small things, e.g. a second toaster and a second coffee machine would significantly help to reduce long waiting times at the breakfast and would reduce the potential stress level of the staff.

Wonderful staff and food at Cinnamon was fabulous.

The number of big groups with children being incredibly noisy both during the day and well into the early hours of the morning. The staff had little ability to manage these groups.

The breakfast was very tasty, lot's of options.

There was some damage to the roof and tarpaulin covering one of the restaurants which slightly impacted the beauty next to the pool. However again for the price and the accommodating staff it was a great stay.

The buffet breakfast was perfect. The chef cooked is items that were not at the buffet and they were delicious. Breakfast staff were extremely helpful and would not let us lift a finger.

Location was private and quiet and away from the main buzz of Calangute. Beautiful hotel, gorgeous landscaping, super clean and well maintained. It’s a luxury small boutique hotel.

On first entry through the gates to Andores we said Wow! It was like walking into paradise, a real oasis. Smiling faces from the security guards and reception staff were very welcome, as were the welcome drinks. The gardens, pool area, reception area and our room were all immaculate. The choice of food and drinks were perfect, breakfast plentiful and a range of indian foods available as well as cereal, breads, cakes etc. There was also live cooking to order. Nice range of and cold drinks were available too

There was nothing not to like about Andores. It was Perfect. Will definitely return and recommend to friends and family

Resort is beautiful and a peaceful haven away from the busy town. Rooms were modern and well equipped however housekeeping was a little disappointing and food items from other rooms were left in the corridor.

We booked a room from London with pool view and balcony. Unfortunately they were fully booked when we arrived. They gave us a discount which we did not mind as rest of resort was amazing.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, all the facilities and staff are amazing.

Very pleasant and caring staff. They take special care of you and really make you feel comfortable. Unlike many other places I've stayed in, they don't ask you to write a review on TripAdvisor and praise someone by name. That's the biggest tribute I can give to the entire staff, and you can be sure that all the praise on Booking is honestly deserved. Really, I can't mention anyone by name because absolutely every single member of staff was of the highest standard and worthy of mention and praise. I really haven't experienced such service elsewhere during my travels in India. The place is perfect for those who want a quieter place and don't like crowded places. One of the few places where there were always lounge chairs available by the pool. The pool itself is big enough and just like the pictures, and of course there was no shortage of unobtrusive staff to make sure you had everything you needed - a beach towel, something to eat or drink or a ball to play in the water. The breakfast staff and chefs do their best to make sure your morning starts pleasantly, and for us a big bonus was the very good coffee, which we couldn't get anywhere else on our Indian holiday. It is also a sign of the care that one morning when our teenage daughter fell asleep in her room, it was immediately noticed and we were offered to take her something to her room to eat later. The whole communication with the receptionist was also very pleasant. There is a restaurant on site where you can have a very good dinner in the evenings. This time we dined there less only because we wanted to try other places to eat in the area. This was our second visit and if I ever find myself in the same area again, we would definitely stay at the same place.

Lovely room and beautiful gardens. The most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept in!

This is a lovely resort, gardens and pool are immaculate and the staff are very friendly. Breakfast is plentiful and we got welcome pastries when we arrived. The bedrooms are also spotless and modern. I had a massage which was really good, although the spa receptionist could be friendlier.

Please encourage staff to acknowledge the women. It’s only some staff, but say good morning or ask them how their food was not just the male. I am paying for this hotel, I also matter and it’s 2025. We had an issue with the pool, although it was a great pool something in the water stained and ruined my partners swimming trunks. Other customers had also complained about this. The hotel didn’t seem to care, and after a 20 minute stand off gave us £10 off a bill (the trunks were new, and £30). The area outside isn’t very nice and there’s little to do.

The hotel had a very nice pool. It could have been improved by having a hand safety rail adjacent to the steps.

Fabulous boutique resort of 24 rooms with an amazing pool and spa. The restaurant and chef is multi cuisine with excellent food! We had rented the whole place for a friend’s bday - and loved being there.

Beautiful setting, and an oasis of calm in a bustling area of Calangute. Great rooms, excellent breakfast, delightful pool area, and restaurant was top class. Spa treatments were superb and very reasonably priced. Enjoyed the boutique-style setting. Special mention needs to go to receptionist, Rakshander, who was so helpful and couldn't have done more for us.

TV Channels were a bit difficult to negotiate. Would have liked a bar to sit and enjoy a drink.

The size, layout and look of the complex was lovely. The rooms however were a little tiered with marks on the walls and big chips out of paintwork, and our cupboards and draws wouldn't stay closed. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The food was also very nice. Generally the cleanliness was ok but in the bathroom there was a heavy build up of dirt and mould along the seal at the base of the shower door and in the corner near by.

Close to local restaurants and town centre. Sunbeds are very comfortable and food service at the pool was excellent. Rooms are spacious and beds comfortable although bathrooms are on the small side. Housekeeping service was excellent with plenty of water available every day. The restaurant on site serves lovely food at affordable prices.

I didn’t appreciate being woken up each morning to check if we were coming for breakfast. The breakfast offer is poor. If you are late, there is very little left. No menus to tell western guests what is available. You have to ask for eggs/porridge etc. The toaster was broken which was a pain and there was no coffee/tea self service, which meant you had to wait ages to be served. When you did the cups were so small you needed a refill & had to wait again. All the staff were friendly but breakfast staff need more training, service was very slow. Easier for us to go into town to eat.

We loved Andores Resort. We had an excellent stay. Every member of staff is friendly and so hardworking. And always there to help you with anything. The food is really good and we loved the breakfast service every morning. Excellent buffet with fresh coffee and eggs made hwo you like. Couldn't ask for a better breakie. The pool is gorgeous. Really nice set up and comfortable sunbeds with towels. Rooms are spacious and spotless clean. And excellent aircon. Really great shower too. The location is spot on. Nice little pizza bar next door, about 30 seconds away. Highly recommend. 🤩

It was a amazing experience to stay over there. Staffs were very friendly and always ready to help. Swimming pool was the best experience. We took their spa and it was soooo much relaxing.
