Location and staff were great! The room was acceptable.

No A/C, no tissues or washcloths provided. Breakfast was okay, but the same every day.

The room was in an annex about a 3 minute walk from the hotel check-in. We were a little concerned about this but the room was well designed and prepped for an enjoyable quiet stay.

Check in is 4 PM which surprised us as most hotels now offer 3 PM check in. The receptionist was able to get us checked in by 3:30 PM for which we were thankful. Their older computer system was having challenges which led to a pile up of guests wanting to check in. New computer system recommended.

Het matras is zacht. Je zakt er in weg. Je miet rekening houden met flink veel omgevingsgeluiden. Er liggen niet voor niets oordopjes op de kamer.

Prima hotel voor overnachting

A lovely little hotel in an old house by a canal in Delft old town. Modern decor and very comfortable. My room was a good size and had everything I needed.

There is no lift to the first and second floor and the reception has limited opening hours but it is such a charming little hotel it is well worth staying there.

Hotel is in a great location, near to the city centre and only 2-3 minutes walk from the central station. And staff were very friendly and helpful.

Still warm, humid night and no AC, only an electric fan in one of our rooms. Our double room and bathroom was also very small.

es wurde zuviel city tax verrechnet, das personal in der rezeption wechselt oft und ich musste es mehrmals urgieren. aber die refundierung hat problemlos geklappt.

De kamer. We hadden de steenhouwerssuite in het bijgebouw. Deze kamer had airco , was zeer ruim en heel hygiënisch. Er werden oordopjes voorzien.

Op het moment dat wij er waren was het de OWee ( ontvangstweek voor studenten) en was er op de grachten veel lawaai van optredens en studenten. Maar daar kan de accommodatie niets aan doen . Maar misschien bij het boeken hiermee rekening houden.

Prachtige locatie, goed ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel, airco aanwezig op de kamer.

Check-in tijd relatief laat, gehorige kamers (enkel glas), kamer houdt veel hitte vast (zelfs als het buiten koud is, is het in de slaapkamer vrij warm), badkamer is erg klein (douche en wasbak zijn echt eenpersoons). Waarschijnlijk veel overlast van studentvereniging Virgiel als er daar een feestje is, maar wel oordopjes cadeau op het nachtkastje.

Ich wurde nicht informiert, dass sich mein Zimmer nicht im Haupthaus befindet. Ich wurde ca. 100m davon entfernt in eine zum Hotel gehörende Unterkunft einquartiert.

When booking this hotel room, it stated it had air-conditioning. When we dropped off our luggage we confirmed if there was air-conditioning, they stated yes. When we got to our room late that evening, there was no air-conditioning unit. It was 92° and we couldn’t even sleep because it was so hot and so loud. On our way back to the room we noticed other rooms had a portable air-conditioning unit but definitely not ours.

Ужасно! Комната номер 16! Мизерная обшарпанная комната, которая не соответствует ни указанным квадратным метрам, ни фотографиям. Мы проехали уже пол Европы, колесим 1,5 месяца, каждую ночь меняем отель, но такое несоответствие впервые! Этих денег (мы заплатили 130 €) не стоит вообще! Мы прошлись по остальным комнатам — обычные нормальные номера, но наша — конура 😣 Указано 14 квадратных метров, но там и 12-ти нет. Интернет почти не работает, не может отправить даже текстовое сообщение, состоящее из двух слов! В номере крайне жарко, напольный кондиционер очень шумный! В общем, одно разочарование…

全てが素晴らしかった。 朝ごはんも美味しく、全てのスタッフは親切で、 部屋も清潔、立地も素晴らしかったです。

الغرفه كانت منظمه لكن لاتوجد اطلاله كما هو في الصور ، تسكنها العناكب وموظفه الاستقبال عندما اخبرتها بذلك قالت كل الغرف كذلك . الفندق كان تجربه سيئة جدا .

موظفة الاستقبال التي سجلت معها الدخول ، وجود عناكب وبيوتها في الغرفه . لكن موظف الاستقبال الذي أخبرته باني سأسجل خروج كان مهذبا للغاية . لم يعجبني عدم رد مبلغ باقي الليالي خصوصا اني لم اقضي يوما في الشقة بسبب وجود العناكب .

De kamer was erg warm, er stond een mobiele airco, maar deze maakte echt veel herrie.

Es ist wirklich ein schönes Gefühl, in einem historischen Gebäude zu wohnen und dies auch noch in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Innenstadt, quasi in der Innenstadt selber. Gemütlich, komfortabel und vor allen Dingen verbunden mit einem wirklich außergewöhnlich persönlichen Service. Jeder der Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen begrüße uns immer wieder mit einem freundlichen Wort und war sofort zur Stelle, wenn sie den Eindruck hatten un helfen zu können.

Es war perfekt

Sehr freundliches Personal, ein sehr vielfältiges, liebevoll präsentiertes Frühstück, toll auch die veganen Alternativen (Cappucino mit Hafermilch wäre jetzt der Hit gewesen) – das Zimmer war klein und durch die einfache Verglasung sehr aufgeheizt. Mit dem Klimagerät ließ sich das aushalten.

Bien que modernisé, l'hôtel a su garder son cachet. En outre la vue de la fenêtre de notre chambre sur le canal apportait un charme supplémentaire. Le personnel est accueillant et avenant. L'hôtel est très bien situé pour explorer Delft à pied. Un parking public est accessible en quelques minutes.

La posizione della suite è splendida. Si trova direttamente su un canale a pochi passi dall'hotel. Arredato con cura. C'è anche una piccola cucina attrezzata.

Andrebbe forse segnalato che si trova all'ultimo piano raggiungibile tramite una scala a chiocciola che nell'ultimo tratto è davvero ripida. Manca l'aria condizionata e c'è solamente un ventilatore a piantana. Richiedono un deposito cauzionale di 100 euro tramite carta di credito...che verrà restituito entro 5 giorni...

Centraal gelegen, vriendelijk personeel, ruime, schone kamer.

De kamer was erg warm terwijl de temperatuur buiten niet heel warm was. Er staat wel een ventilator, maar die geeft onvoldoende verkoeling op zo’n grote kamer. Dat was het enige minpuntje.

De voordeur. We hadden de kamer aan de straatkant. De deur viel erg hard dicht, dit was niet prettig in de avond/nacht tijdens de slaap.

I stayed in the the other building and it was a bit further away from the main building, but once I was in everything was good.

The check-in process took far too long. It was very slow, even though I was the only guest waiting when I arrived.

Posizione comoda per chi arriva in treno e per chi vuole visitare il centro di Delft o il TU. Bella la camera affacciata sul canale, bagno spazioso, vasca angolare davvero grande, con ottimi prodotti! Colazione dolce e salata: molto buona! Senz’altro da consigliare!

Per noi non è stato un problema, ma non c’è l’ascensore.

The apartment was excellent with plenty of space and nice and clean. It had cooking facilities with a fridge and the bathroom was great. The location is central to Delft with most things in walking distance and the bus station is less than a 5 minute walk.

The only issue with the apartment is that it was a loft at the top of the building. The spiral staircase is narrow which was a little awkward to manage with a suitcase but that is only a small thing. Everything else was perfect. Would highly recommend 👌

De tig emot djur och låg hyfsat bra.

De behöll depositionen på 100 € för att de tyckte det var så mycket hår efter våra hundar (två American Hairless och en allergivänlig Bichon Havanaise) så de påstod att de fick slänga täcket.

Heerlijk ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel en onze studio in het bijgebouw in de buurt van het hotel was zeer mooi en we waren blij dat er airco in zat. Wij hebben genoten in Delft. Was een top weekend!

Nous étions dans les studios vers le centre. Ils étaient calmes, propre et joli et très bien situés. La petite terrasse est un plus très appréciable.

L'hotel è situato in un bel palazzo storico a Delft, vicinissimo alla stazione ma affacciata su un canale tranquillo e molto vicino al centro. Posizione ideale. La stanza è bella, spaziosa e molto pulita.

Nei giorni del soggiorno ha fatto molto caldo (una situazione estrema, ma sempre più frequente in Olanda). Le stanze non sono dorate di aria condizionata e questo è plausibile. Nella stanza era presente un piccolo condizionatore portatile, assolutamente insufficiente. Non sono riuscita a chiudere occhio per le tre notti del mio soggiorno (di lavoro). Quando ho fatto notare la questione al check out, mi è stato contestato che l'aria condizionata non è indicata nella descrizione. Vero. Ma sinceramente ritengo che piuttosto che una posizione passiva (non possiamo farci nulla) la struttura debba avere un atteggiamento attivo: proporre dei piccoli condizionatori ma adeguati, o per lo meno contattare gli ospiti e indicare la situazione per un warning o eventualmente con possibilità di disdetta. Sono onesta, la davvero stanza non era abitabile. Per una persona anziana, la situa poteva essere pericolosa.

I was off the main site, in the annex. It was okay, the walk there from reception wasn't that far and quite nice along the canal. The room was big and clean and felt modern. The reception staff were helpful.

Being in the annex felt quite isolated with no ammenities.

The room had no windows for fresh air, and every night there was a very strong sewage smell from the toilet.

The staff were helpful. Canal view was nice as well as the complimentary appetizer. It was very clean and I appreciated the closeness to city center.

It is noisy due to nearness of college kids partying. The electric system was wonky and had to unplug some lamps to turn off and move Nespresso machine to the bedside table for a workable plug.

The location is very central, only 5 minutes from the train station but already part of the old town at a canal. Staff was lovely and very friendly and helpful.

The property itself is a charming old house in an excellent location. My room was lovely with a beautiful view of the canal. It was spacious, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. I would have happily brought it and the view home! The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. It was a real pleasure to visit and I will definitely come back.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent and very convenient for visiting the city. The staff was extremely kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety and fresh products . Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

The hotel is a short walk from the railway station and not far from the town centre. It's a handy location. The room was a good size with all the facilities you need and had a canal view. No traffic noise. I didn't have breakfast at the hotel.

For me, the bathroom was rather cramped, with the sink partly overhanging the toilet - that might have been a peculiarity of my particular room. I think the thing I really didn't like was that, first thing in the morning, the smell of breakfast cooking was very powerful. On occasion the canalside street could be noisy - late night revellers mainly, I think. It didn't really bother me but might some might not like it.

Das Zimmer und das Bad waren frisch renoviert und sehr ansprechend. Sehr sauber. Unmittelbarerer Blick auf den Kanal großartig. Abendsonne im Zimmer. Auf den Nachttischen lagen eingepackte Ohropax, so dass wir dachten, dass das Hotel in einer belebten Gegend liegen würde. Doch falsch gedacht: die Ohropax benötigten wir in keiner Weise: es war sehr ruhig und wir schliefen sogar mit offenen Fenstern. Das Bad war sehr schön und neu. Uns fehlten hingegen Ablagemöglichkeiten für Waschtaschen und Utensilien. Kosmetiktücher gab es keine. Das Frühstück war ausreichend, jedoch nichts Besonderes. Das Personal sehr freundlich und stets zur Stelle, auch mit guten Tipps, was man wo unternehmen oder sich ansehen könne. Im Hotel haben wir zwei Fahrräder ausleihen können. Alles schnell und unproblematisch. Kleines feines Hotel. Liegt mittendrin, daher sehr kurze Wege zu den Märkten, den Kirchen, zum Vermeer-Zentrum und und und.

Es fehlten Kosmetiktücher im Bad. Ein kleines Regal oder mehr Haken im Bad zum Ablegen oder Aufhängen von persönlichen Utensilien wären schön.

Le souci permanent de faire payer le client la moindre prestation courante. Il n’y a pas de relation au client, toute question reçoit comme réponse un prix. Le client est censé s’adapter à des règles managériales parfois absurdes. Par exemple : le Check-in est à 16h. Si le client arrive à 15h et s’il y a une chambre disponible il doit payer 22euros en plus du prix de la chambre pour l’intégrer immédiatement. Pourquoi ? Parce que le Check-in est à 16h. Mais puisque la chambre est déjà prête ? Mais il peut avoir un autre client qui arrivant plus tôt soit disposé de payer le supplément pour l’avoir plus vite … Etc …
