The receptionist seemed brusque and a bit flustered when we arrived, partly because we had reserved bike spaces but she wasn't aware of this. No AC was a surprise but we managed with the fan.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was also very good. Most importantly, the hotel is located right in the city center, making it very convenient for visiting the main attractions and exploring the city. The reception staff were especially helpful. They marked the main attractions on a map for us and also recommended some very good restaurants. The hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend it.
The only negative point was the stairs leading to the rooms. They were quite narrow and not very standard, so you had to be careful when going down. However, considering the traditional design of Dutch houses, this was understandable and quite normal.

Bis ins zweite Stockwerk sind es einige Treppen zu laufen. Es gibt keinen Aufzug Parken muss man im Parkhaus. Ist nicht günstig. Aber klar, dass im Zentrum direkt keinen Platz für Autos ist.

El hotel tiene un encanto especial, con una decoración exquisita con cuadros de grandes artistas clásicos neerlandeses. Excelente atención del personal, se ocuparon amablemente de tramitar el acceso de nuestro coche a la zona peatonal del centro para la descarga del equipaje.
El desayuno nos pareció algo limitado, cerrando a las 9:30h.

Unser Zimmer war dunkel und die Fenster zur Seitenstraße im EG. Das Fenster ließ sich nur einen Spalt öffnen, dadurch war es sehr warm ohne Klimaanlage. Zum Frühstück gab es das Nötigste, aber das aufgebackene TK Brot/ Brötchen war ständig leer.

Schön fanden wir die Rituals Produkte im Zimmer. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir sicher in einem Flur parken. Alles war fußläufig erreichbar

Deze waren ruim en kan eventueel voor 3 personen gebruikt worden. Je zit midden in de stad waar je alle kanten uit kan voor eten, drinken, geschiedenis verkennen of winkelen. Het was weer fantastisch!

Meisje achter de receptie vroeg niet eens of alles naar wens was geweest bij uitchecken. Ontbijt was prima maar niet heel uitgebreid. We boekten een familiekamer, maar kregen een gewone kamer met extra bed. Terwijl de familiekamer tegenover ons leeg stond.

Reviewed Jul 2, 2026Heerlijk hotel, midden in het centrum van het leuke Delft. De Beestenmarkt is een gezellig plein met veel terassen. Ontbijt heerlijk buiten gedaan, bedden prima en ondanks dat we aan de voorkant, aan het plein sliepen, geen last gehad van nachtelijke herrie.

Ich habe ein Zimmer bekommen dass nur über eine zusätzliche Treppe (ausser der normalen) Haustreppe zu erreichen war. Das verlangte schon Kondition und eine gute Beweglichkeit!

The owner of the hotel was especially wonderful and arraigned a tour around Delft for us. I enjoyed the breakfast. The location was excellent, a short walk to the central square. Delft has many fine restaurants and it was easy to choose small friendly places to eat and drink.
Be aware that there are stairs to get to the rooms.
